Great staff and products. Our purchase was easy and they took extra time to explain all about our new waverunner. We drove over 100 miles from north Florida, but it was worth it. A great dealership staffed by friendly and competent people.

I had to get my new tires installed along with a slip on exhaust, a new air filter, and an oil filter change. It was a good experience but it took a but longer than expected, brought it in at opening and it was finished at 5:15, almost closing time. But it doesnt degrade the experience. Everything was installed properly and I am satisfied.

Decent buying experience albeit a tad slow. Initially I felt a lack of service when shopping ATVs due to my young appearance but once they realized I could afford it they were nice. Stock and options were abysmal. Website did not align to their actual inventory. I’d say call before you go — but they never got back to me. Either way, not bad.

I recently purchased a PWC; my sales person was nice and professional but we were not impressed at all by the aggressive selling behavior of the sales manager, we were about to walk away from the place at one point. Although on their website they advertise that they are the home of the free trailer because you are supposed to get the small triton wave for free with the purchase of your waverunner, thats false. When I brought it up to sales manager, he said the were out of stock, but for sure they were able to sell me one right away if I paid for it. Im ok with paying for the trailer, but do not false advertise something that is not true. Dont create a false expectaion!

We began looking for jet skis around our area in the early spring. All the local dealers were attempting to charge at least $5,000 over MSRP for nonsense such as uncrating fees. They also could not get a jet ski for us until August at the earliest. We called Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki and were able to order two jet skis for MSRP, with a free aluminum trailer. We worked with Axel and could not have had a better experience. I would highly recommend buying from Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki if you are in the market. It was well worth the drive for us.

Unpleasant experience I took my sportquad yfz450r 2020 because it was only smoking from the exhaust, my ATV was running no engine problems or leaking. I take them to them for such a reason that I have warranty of ( 4yrs warranty) to see what could happen, because I tell them that after 1 month they call me to tell me that the guarantee is not going to cover and that they have to replace the entire engine because the hot cams were bad. the valves were bad that the engine was full of sand they made me an estimate of $ 8,980.17 to repair the complete engine I told them no. that my sportquad are running I had no engine problem, I only took it because it was smoking. So to pick up my ATV and take it away I had to pay $ 596.00 just to open the engine. I took it to a personal mechanic that I know and I checked the parts and everything they wanted me to repair was in perfect condition, the hotcams were good, the piston was not even burned. He found only an open valve seal and that was why my ATV was smoking. I just got my ATV repaired for just $ 600 buying a new piston and its rings and all seals with the new valve seals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU NEVER BRING YOUR UNITS TO THIS PLACE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

****Poor knowledge staff****Been researching on what kind of ATVs to buy so I thought this would be a good place to start. Wrong! Went to check out their ATVs (only two) and I asked the rep (tall guy with beard) about different ATVs and then I asked if they sale Cforce atvs and he had no idea what it was. One would think a rep in the industry would know about brands other than Yamaha and Kawasaki. Ever hear of Can-Am? Lol what a joke. The guy actually said “sounds like Wal-Mart, you can’t get wal-mart parts”. CFMoto has outperformed Kawasaki and some Yamaha ATVs, and he thought they were Wal-Mart? Get better reps that know what they’re talking about is all I can say.Is Bosch (CF Moto uses their fuel system) also Wal-Mart parts? He couldn’t even answer basic drive system questions of the two ATVs they did have. May have gotten their Yamaha 450 if a better rep was there.I definitely wouldn’t trust their staff if they don’t know basic knowledge, sounds like they just want you to overpay.

I didn’t buy the bike there but did have the service department do some work on it. Derrick took care of me. He was able to squeeze me in pretty quick and got the job done the same day (awesome, since I couldn’t wait to ride the bike). Good man. Go see him.

My issue is not with the quality of the work. But the parts department. They have no sense of urgency or of what good customer service looks like. They certainly dont go an inch outside their normal routine. My ZX10 went in for a routine valve adjustment on April 28. I schedule this service a month in advance, and ordered all of the parts suggested by the dealer, and received them prior to the service. Apparently, an air box gasket was not on the list of suggested parts. I initially received almost daily updates on the service. Things like, service has started. We suggest changing the spark plugs, changing the brake fluid. After about 10 days with no updates on the bikes progress, I called them and was told about the gasket being on backorder, and that expected date of receipt was TBD. In about one hour I was able to locate the gasket from a parts warehouse I found online, and had it shipped directly to my home. Again, this took me less than 1 hour to find and purchase. When I dropped off the gasket at the dealer, and asked why they could not find the part, I was told we dont have all day to be on the phone looking for parts. So now I had to wait another 10 days for my bike to get back into the queue to be finished. They apparently have more work than they have technicians to complete the work. I suggested that they hire another technician or offer some overtime to the existing technicians to clear the backlog. The service manager actually laughed at me and said thats not how business works. Well, I am in business, and we care about the service our customers receive, and we routinely offer OT to catch up when we fall behind schedule, and as a reward to top performers. He also explained that they have bikes in service since November and October still waiting for parts, so my situation was not unusual.I received my bike on June 11.

Called regarding a great priced 2020 Ninja400 KRT ($4017) and was told it was available. I drove 40 minutes to the dealer to take a look and when I get there they say they sold it last week. Id just asked the day before and was told it was in stock?Come to find, theyve got it listed EVERYWHERE still as for sale but also 3 different Z400s as well that are right around $1K off. I noticed they omit a stock number on their site if theyre listing a bike that isnt actually there.Bit shady if you ask me. Clearly doing it to just get you in the door and onto a newer model bike.I would have considered a 2021 Z400 if they could have given me a fair OTD Price. Unfortunately no one seemed to want to get back to me on that either. The lady in the store gave me a rough price but after I followed up with their online team? Nothing.

I contacted them through Cycle Trader and Chad promptly followed up with me and confirmed they had the bike (other dealers were advertising bikes they didnt have). After a short round of courteous negotiations, we struck a deal. Maria helped with the final negotiations and arranged for delivery. Shes a lovely person. Jose had the paperwork already done for me so the delivery was quick and painless. They presented me with a perfect spotless bike that was ready to go with a full tank of gas. Brought my 2018 VXR in for service due to it not starting. It turns out the engine somehow locked itself (security lock feature). Service reprogrammed my ski to work with my key again and that was that. The issue i had was the ski isn’t that old (65 hours or so on the clock), it’s under factory warranty, i purchased the extended warranty and lastly- this was not my fault. I don’t know how the ski locked itself, all i know is the remote would not unlock it and i did not lock it to begin with. So to me, that is a Yamaha issue. I was charged $85 for reprogramming something that was not due to customer error. If it were, I’m happy to pay. I kinda just felt like the store didn’t have my back on this one. I did not need a new key (which i understand is not a warranty item) but the ski locked itself permanently. I just feel I’ve spent so much money with this store, would have been nice if they helped me out, i feel they could have fought Yamaha and got that warrantied out, but i didn’t get that vibe is all. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This place is THE BEST!! Buying of a used jet ski was fantastic !!Maria Was my sales girl. She was very professional .And after the sale, She gave me 2 free shirts. They moved the used ski back to shop. To go over it again, And mechanic notice battery was dead. They put a NEW battery in it. And check it over one more time. I came all the way from Fort Myers to buy from them. That should speak a lot what kinda store this is. I would definitely go back to them for any future sales or needs.

Waited 3 hours for a 30 minute recall repair, even with an appointment. And then saw that my tank was chipped during the repair but no one told me. After bringing it to the service writers attention I was blown off for 3 days stating they were too busy to investigate. After talking to a manager I was told they’d look into it and I’m still waiting for a reply.

Absolutely no customer service Internet inquiry unanswered called they act like I was putting them off very awful. Somebody needs to teach their sales staff customer service it’s really ridiculous when somebody’s trying to spend money to buy something from you but yet you treat them as it does not matter I’ll take my $20,000 somewhere else. Prices over inflated and the website has inventory that they don’t have in stock and haven’t for awhile. Shop around it’s not necessarily about the price I would pay more for customer service but this place could care less!

I can’t tell you how much I Love this place, Brandon the technician always takes his time and works on my bike and does a great job. Derrick and Donaven at the service counter always ask exactly what I need to get done and gives me great pricing on what ever I need. This service department is definitely top notch and would recommend them to all my friends.

Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki has been my go to motorcycle shop since 2006. They have always treated me like family so to say they are fair and honest is an understatement. The sales manager always remembers our names and takes the time to say hello, and I’ve never bought a motorcycle there just parts and service on my old stuff. They are an Orlando staple I will always go there first for our parts and service.

Ive purchased two motorcycles from this place. Never had a problem. Fair price, great selection of parts, and service was always good. This review is more on the parts and services section than the dealer itself. I purchased a tire for my Yamaha and received it today. When I ordered the part, I asked the parts guy if I could get it installed there when I picked it up. He said: It shouldnt be a problem. So today when I picked up my tire I went to service. They said the earliest I could get it done was September? Really, September? Then they said that if I removed the wheel and brought them the wheel and tire, they could get it done in a few days. I asked what was the difference and they said because its easier for them to deal with a wheel vs a whole motorcycle and it took less time. So, from that I understood that they didnt want to deal with the inconvenience of moving the motorcycle around, they want the easy task, and Id probably need to pay for full service even though they wanted the easy way out. I called a shop down the road and they got it done for me the same day. Very disappointed today...poor service.

Drive over an hour to see a bike advertised for 3,777 because they refused to tell me the out the door price over the phone or email, and for good reason, they wanted 5,600 for the bike and refused to budge on price, Orlando kawasaki is a scam, champion honda in cocoa offered the same bike 4,400 out the door and were willing to negotiate -_-

I have a 2020 Yamaha unit with starting issues since the first day I took it home. I took it to West Orlando Motorsports 3 times for a total of 2 months. Every time they had it for 1 -2 weeks then said that it was fixed and after I took it back home, it was not. I was very upset. Yamaha recommended me to change dealership. I took it to Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki. Derrick and his team took action immediately, found the issue and fixed it! Derrick does an outstanding job communicating everything, every step of the way. Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism at the dealership Found a ski online, drove to the east side of town and the ski was not on site, it was at their warehouse. They instantly offered to bring it over for us to view, which was pretty quick. We decided to purchase the ski and came back for it after the weekend. It was detailed, new lettering applied, full tank of gas and they let us use their trailer to bring it home. We enjoyed dealing with Axel and he followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase and everything went well with launching the ski. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

Back in the saddle again!I purchased a 2019 MT-09 from these guys about 48 hours ago to replace my previously stolen MT-09. I got an EVEN BETTER deal the second time around as a repeat customer, with Orlando YK waiving a few fees and the inventory blowout on these 19s.I had the same sales rep - Axel - and same as before he was super nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. I signed at 11, rode off with it after a few aftermarket installations just a few hours later, same day. Service department is all top notch and friendly and theyll help you customize your bike to your liking.This is now my 2nd bike purchase from OrlandoYK and while I hope to never have to replace this bike again, I will definitely be back for my next purchase -- hopefully a dirt bike down the road.
