Charged me $50 to clean carb on lawnmower. . Got home and lawnmower worked for 20 minutes. Called another guy and he fixed it correctly and said scooters did not clean or fix anything. DO NOT GO HERE

This place is run by a crook. You go in for one problem and come out with another. The gentleman in the office charges a lot yet don’t fix the original problem before you know it you back with another issue. Now I see why there’s so much equipment in the back because before you know it you will be paying more than what it’s worth or more than a brand new mower or anything else you need fix. He’s very disrespectful with women and try’s stalling every chance he can to not refund you. Stay away

Very expressive on the bike and four wheelers. Oh and just drop off because if you wait for repair it will take hours.Also the place looks like a salvage yard inside but they do have the parts and they will fix it . But just took forever. Oh and not the most friendly people in the world ither.I need to find a new place for repairs.

After going to the big boy stores, which didnt have my part or tell me when they can have it.. I came to scooters and I was in n out in ten mins..Customer service was excellent Im sure to be getting my future parts here..

They charged $40 to replace an inner tube on a scooter which is fine but the incompetent individual who works there didnt put the tire on correctly. Within 60 seconds of using the scooter the inner tube exploded! Very dangerous. Now Im out all the time, I have to buy a new tube, wasted money, I cant use my scooter and made me sad on Christmas. Terrible place dont go.(edit)Not only this did place not fix my inner tube but they busted my new inner tube and broke the actual tire. I dont have enough bad things to say about this place.Im still sad about how much this place sucks.

Had my kid bike up your 4 weeks because of an oil leak came two weeks later the bike still have not been worked on with left outside and the rain so I left only to come back two weeks later to take a picture of a another oil leak still under the same motorcycle with parts missing off of it now I bought the bike from these folks thinking they would fix it or just simply set my kids motorcycle to the side as if it was trash still has a oil leak and here we are 5 weeks later and now have taken Parts off of it and never put them back on never called me to contact me but let me know the status of the absolutely horrible customer service

They are liars!!! They took forever with my scooter repair that never happened and also took forever to give me an estimate that never happened either by the way. And then wanted to charge me for something that they never did and couldn’t understand why I was upset... the positive review that are on her are from employees, do not go here this is a fair warning

I took my scooter for a ride to this shop.I needed a full synthetic oil change on my 150 scooter.I told the guy behind the desk what I needed done .The mechanic came out from the back, I showed him my bike and he told me no worries.He was done in about 15 minutes.He changed my oil, adjusted my brakes, tighten up all the bolts for $50.00 that was $15.00 less than the store I bought it from in thier service dept.I rode it home about 15 miles and could really feel the difference in performance, actually took the long way.Great experience for me.

Took way to long for the simplest job says they specialize in scooters but it took them 2 weeks. But on a good note they are way better with lawn equipment

The owner completely forgot about my vehicle, never called me back. I called constantly, he just brushed me off and said to give them a few more days. 6 months later i showed up in person to pickup. They hadnt even touched my vehicle, it was just sitting there collecting dust.

I recently had my generator repaired to get it ready for Hurricane Dorian and they had me out the door the very same day for a very reasonable price, this place is extremely busy and has excellent workers and mechanics for small engine repairs. Walking into this place through the front door they have parts and pieces for literally everything that is small engine repair would need, I highly recommend this business !

The guy sold a atv thats mess up the battery was 2yr old and the starter wasnt possition write it came out like nothing without the chain on the starter on it dont buy from him he is just a re-off person but we going to court he is not going to get away with this

I have been going to this place for years now. And will continue to go and recommend it. I am seriously baffled how this place can get bad reviews. I read the good ones and it makes sense with my positive experience at this place. So! Simply said those bad reviews have got to be coming from people who can never be satisfied no matter what you do. And people do exist like that. This shop has helped me and fixed more than my scooter. They have fixed my lawnmower as well. Riding and push along with my trimmer. Prices are not high. And they have so many parts and if they dont have it they will get it.

During Hurricane Irma they prioritized generator repairs to help the community. Their mechanics appear to be competent and they have friendly service. Just beware, that they may perform service you dont need. Be sure to be very explicit with them.24 hours after I rebuilt the carburetor, performed an oil change, replaced all the fuel lines, fuel filter and spark plug, I still could not get the engine to run smoothly. I brought it to them. Without consent, they changed the oil, replaced O-rings in the carb and replaced the spark plug.They charged me for all of those services. I will be back for parts, but not for service. I was disappointed.

Bad customer service, tried to make a return very politely and owner said (you know this will be the last time Im dealing with you)

I took my go kart so see what was wrong with it and it took them almost 3 weeks to even check it. I called them to see if they had done anything to it and they were very rude about it. Picked up my go kart and took it to a different mechanic.

Shop was efficient, wise in their instructions to me on repair/tire change on my scooter yamaha smax, and fairly priced. Easy to work with and get to...would recommend.

I was having problems with my peace 150cc scooter. I came to this scooter repair shop and had a conversation with the owner. I told him my scooter was jerking back and forth and wasnt consistently riding. He told me to bring my scooter to the mechanic he IMMEDIATELY spotted the problem and FIXED IT in like 30 mins. It was really fast and reliable service I was really GRATEFUL to have had such a good experience with them. I DEFINITELY recommend anybody thats having a problem with their scooter to bring it to these guys theyll help you out. Thank you guys !! 😊😊

Worst shop Ever been to. Kept my motorcycle over a month without any contact. Left my bike untoutched, Completely forgot about it. Then whenever i called, manager got upset. Then when i finally came to pickup bike to take to better shop, it hadnt been turned on or touched in so long the battery died. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

We drove quite a distance for a part for a pressure washer they said they had, arrived 40 minutes prior to closing, and found them closed. Several employees in the parking lot. When asked, boss said I sent everyone home cuz its raining. We asked about our part, were told to come back tomorrow for a used one. Theyre an hour from us...we wont be returning for that part.

The WORST service I have EVER encountered. These are just low life guys trying to make some easy cash at your expense while wasting your time. All of the people working there are in dire need of a Customer Service 101 class, ESPECIALLY the manager who is only interested in his best interest rather than the customer, and only manages to say me..me...me when you talk to him. I will never come back to this place and I wish there couldve been a review for me to read that would say to not come here. These people do not deserve your money. Avoid this place at all costs so that it can shut down one day. If I could, I would give a -5 star rating.

I had my Sears riding lawnmower repaired by scooters.Yes, they are a bunch of regular garage type guys not thats not bad butthey gave a reasonably quote for repairs, repairs done on time and no problems.and yes, Id go to them again in a heartbeat.

This place is a joke don’t go here. The owner is very nasty. You bring something there they keep it for days and it never runs right it seems the are just rigging things to run for a short period of time and you have to bring it back.

Oh, Where to start with these guys, Biggest RIP offs ever! I used to take 4 different fourwheelers fir any type of repair, it seem everytime I dropped off any fourwheeler, they dont give you prices and charge 1000$ in shop labour to removed your item they fixed, I didnt mind has the mechanics them selfs are top notch and deserves a shop of his own, the mechanics them selves are super, and I mean super smart! But the owner that sits at his desk inside knows how to RIP you off, like i said i didnt mind i got good work done on my bikes, but i dropped a bike off over 30 days ago for a simple starter repair, and a month later nothing was done, and they had my bike tore apart left outside, my motor got filled with water destroying my bike! It sat there for over 30 days being destroyed by this company that doesnt care about you, your wallet, or your item. They ebay parts to get them at the cheapest market price then charges you x2-x3 fir that part. Just very unprofessional business, but the mechanic himself is golden.

Worst experience ever I had my trimmer over a month and a half I brought it in working I just needed an adjustment on the carbs and they returned it not working saying the engine was damaged also it was not the same Troy Mgr that I brought them it was all rusted and definitely did not match the one that I brought them in I will never conduct business with them ever again and do not recommend anyone to do so .

If I could give this place no stars I would... the prices are way too high. I took my lawnmower in thinking that he could fix the problem, but the quote he gave me was so unreasonable. Then, I told him that I would just take my lawnmower back and he said that I have to pay $40! That was no said/written down anywhere when I asked if he could check it out.
