Great Customer Service! This business repaired the damage to my car from an accident. The same day I contacted them they sent a wrecker to pick up my car. My service rep. Chris Hadley was great keeping me informed on the status and details of my repair. James Tucker, Director step in when Chris was in the field and was so very efficient in checking out and resolving any concerns that I had. Cindy Eagan is the first person you talk to. I had several contacts with her. She either provided the information that I needed or found the person to handle it. I was truly impressed with the high quality of customer service that I was given.

I had a car accident and it required my car to be kept and reconstructed by Auto Nation! The team there kept my car for over a month, but when it was returned it looked like I never had an accident!My car has been running in excellent condition every since! One particular employee John whose last name I can’t recall, even fixed a prior issue that I had been told I needed a part for, and took the time to show me and explain how it was a simple fix which didn’t require a part!As a woman I really appreciated that, knowing that many mechanics would have taken advantage of what I didn’t know! God Bless everyone who is a part of this team! You guys did an AMAZING job!!!!!
John at AutoNation Collision Center West Colonial was amazing. he kept in contact with me and informed throughout the time was vehicle was at the dealership. My vehicle was returned to me in an adequate amount of time. If I were to have any other collision or painting needs, I would definitely reach out to John at AutoNation.
My Car Was Towed Here Upon a Car Accident. When I Picked My Car Up On Saturday The 7th I Heard A Noise. I Called There Today (The 10th) To Ask About The Noise I Heard. John Clearly Stated That My Right Sway Bar Or Strut Was Damaged And He Didnt Bother To Fix It, When This Clearly Stemmed From The Original Claim I Had Opened ! Instead He Told My Insurance Company That This Noise Was Already Existent Leaving Me To Have To Pay For This Out Of Pocket ! Ridiculous And Ill Never Get Serviced From Here Again.Update: JOHN LIED To My Insurance Company About My Right Strut Or Sway Bar Being Damaged Knowing It Was Damaged From The Original Accident I Had. He Waited Until I Called Him Days Later To Tell Me It Was Damaged Instead Of Telling My Insurance Company So It Could Be Fixed. He Tried To Get More Money Out Of Me & Is Lazy & Unprofessional ! And I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

Incredible. Chevy dealership by airport said they couldnt get me a rear driver window they werent made anymore. Thus dealership found me a wjndow in 2 minutes and ordered it. Installed it and washed my car. A $ 491.00 dollar loss to the airport chevy dealership.
I have been trying to work with them since August 2020, making multiple calls a month and emails. I’ve never gotten a call back, and have received maybe 2 emails. The issue with my car is still not resolved (something that SHOULD be covered under warranty). Worst communication I’ve ever experienced with a business, and were I not 10 months into this, I’d go somewhere else.

Everytime I needed service for my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu, I rely on them . So when my vehicle was in a accident, I felt like let me give them a chance. What a great idea that was, because Scott took care of all my service needs and kept me informed, every step of the way.

My FJ Toyota was hit from the rear, the insurance co. sent me a list of shop in my area. I picked Autonation because of their location. I went there and their attention and service was excellent; Their empathy was exceptional. Personnel very helpful. They checked every part that could have suffered from the impact, and Jhon was very detailed with a list tasks that needed to be done. He explained the complete process. I felt that our FJ was in good hands. Since we want to keep our FJ I was very nervous about the outcome of the repairs. But when I got my truck back, I was very happy, because no matter how hard I tried, i could not find traces of the accident. They really know their profession and they take pride on how their repairs come out. To Jhon and the whole team at AutoNation Collision Center West Colonial thumbs up! BTW, My granddaughter was very happy with the treats too!

AutoNation repaired a large crack in my front bumper by plastic welding it, and the bumper looks brand new. The service was quick and friendly. I recommend them.

If you buy an extended warranty on your vehicle here, you can possibly wait for days for their warranty company to accept your service coverage before they finally get around to fixing your car. The worst part is they wont tell you it can take that long. They allowed me to wait for hours at the service department. It took days to get an approval for the warranty coverage I purchased before they even began to fix the car.They could have told me from the start that it could take a long time to get an approval, then I would have known to leave right way after dropping the car off.Terrible communication between the service people and the warranty company. Why would I purchase a warranty to cover costs of fixing my car if they wont even fix it on the day I scheduled an appointment? Have to wait for days after my appointment day (in reality, a scheduled walk-in). If you buy pre-owned, you are out of a car, and all they will do is drive you somewhere if you need to leave (and that can be extremely slow too - they have one person available to shuttle every customer, so you do the math...). No free rental, no courtesy car. Just dreadfully slow service and downtime without your vehicle for days.

Had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and communicated with me every step of the process being done on my car. The turnaround time was phenomenal and I was so happy to receive my vehicle back. The body work is beautiful and the car looks good. I highly recommend Fields Collision Center if you ever need any body work done.

James in the service center is amazing. Super friendly. I had an issue with my van and he was able to quickly get me up and running again. I got other quotes from mechanics and what they wanted was outrageous, but here I got a fair price.
I took my truck to AutoNation Collision after reading other customer reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed! I mostly dealt with John and he kept me informed throughout the time my truck was being repaired. They did an amazing job with the repairs and actually had my truck ready earlier than they had promised. I would highly recommend AutoNation to anyone needing their services!

I had a GREAT experience, my side mirror broke on a weekend, they got the part ordered, painted and replaced in 2 days. The guys in the body shop took GREAT care of me to assure I could go out of town the next weekend with NO worries! Highly recommend. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

My car was repaired and repainted to look as least as good as before the accident where a negligent driver backed into me. The repairs took slightly longer than the original estimate but that was because I asked for some additional work which was repair of prior scratches. Excellent job!!

I was in an accident back in April 7th. I had to wait until May 2nd to get my car fixed because the repair center was very busy already. But every time i set foot through the door, everyone greeted me with a genuine smile and no matter how many times I went, they were never hesitant to help me out. Anibal was very professional, genuine, caring, and kind. He definitely showed concern for sonic and made sure everything was done right before I left. :)

I have a good experience, they did a good job fixing the front fence and replacing all the damages parts, the only thing was it took them longer than the time frame they gave me, but the job done was good.
