I was rear-ended and I was referred to this company. I was given a time to receive my vehicle back and got it a day earlier. My vehicle was like brand new. The owner was courteous and professional.

I came to know this shop over two decades ago and its the only shop I trust, recommend and ensure all my friends and workers know about. Recently, I was doing some repair work on a classic car (no longer in production) and I took it to the only place I knew would take care of it like if it was their own. Martin (the owner) gave me some pointers as well as showcased some problems I did not see. His eye for detail is excellent and as the name implies...unique. Not only did the car turned out mint-like but the color (ice gray) was a dead on match right down to its original factory gloss. Getting compliments on my car happens routinely. Now, its a showstopper! To the team at Unique, you guys set the bar for the rest to follow. As the best, there is NO substitute!!! I recommend this business to anyone. After getting hit by a truck I honestly thought my car was gone. From the beginning the customer service given by employees specifically the operations manager Duane was superb ! Above it all my car looks brand new... and this was all done quickly ! HIGHLY recommend

My 2016 Lexus IS was hit in an auto accident earlier this summer and I had an insurance claim with Ocean Harbor insurance. This body shop was the shop my insurance recommended I go to and I was more than thrilled with the results. My entire front end was smashed in and when I received it back from Unique Custom my car looked like it has never been touched!! A+ Body shop, very friendly and honest owners. I will always take my car here God forbid I have another accident!

The shop is owned by a father and son. Most of my communications were with the son, Duane. Duane gave me his personal cell phone number and texted me updates/pics along the way. He was very prompt in answering any questions I had (and I had plenty). Very satisfied with the work done and would recommend.

Owners are very nice people, but whoever painted my car is not very careful. They left a Drop of paint on top of the door, which in a few days they will buff off...and whoever placed the hood back on my car Forgot to reconnect the Hose to my wipers. Maybe they just need a better worker and theyll be a Great place.

Martin and his team does great work. I recently had to take my vehicle there to have a headlight and a front bumper replaced. The vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the paint job was perfect!

Terrible place! They installed used parts on my car. Hood is rusting under the paint. Front bumper paint is peeling. Headlight screws are missing! It has not been secured!! The lever to pull in in order to open the hood does not work.Mind you, the insurance company paid over $4,000.00 and my car was only one year old and got this treatment. Once confronted, both the father and son, they denied it was their work!They offered to fix the issues but NO NEW parts and it had to be on their own schedule without regards that I would be with no car while mine at their shop for the 2nd time around. I had a rental car when my car was at their shop for the first time!!If there was a NO STAR, I would give it to this shady business..Very disgusted and disappointed how some places take advantage of the consumer who tries to grow local small business leaving insurance-recommended and certified shops behind!!

I have taken my car two times to get work on and they always do a great job. Always so polite and professional, you have a customer for life!
