On a recent day trip to Orlando with the family we noticed that our engine began to overheat, along with smoke coming up from under the hood as we were exiting I-4. We were able to drive the car to a local hotel and book a room, but unfortunately for us it was a Sunday afternoon and essentially all of the local auto mechanics were closed. I ended up calling Complete Auto Repair and spoke with Juan who informed me that they offer mobile mechanic service and he’d be able to stop by the hotel we were staying at later that evening to perform diagnostic check. They were very accommodating, delaying our appointment until 9pm so that we could take our kids to the theme park, which was our original intentions of coming to Orlando in the first place. He diagnosed an issue with the radiator that night and was able to order the part and had it installed by the time we had to check out the next morning. Unfortunately for us we also had an issue with the engine fan and module cutting out as well which resulted in those needing to be replaced too. He immediately ran out and got the parts I needed and had it fixed, all in about 3.5 hours which I was happy about and we were then on our way back home with a smooth running vehicle. If you ever have car problems and you’re in the Orlando area, I highly recommend contacting Complete Auto Repair. I felt that they were very honest and their prices were pretty reasonable as far as mechanics go…also it was just way more convenient to have them repair the car at our hotel, versus having to get it towed to a repair shop and then sit and wait for hours. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that they only accept cash, or payments using “Cash App” which charges a 3.5% fee for credit card processing. Also because I had never used the “Cash App” before, my payment to them ended up getting flagged and a 24 hour hold was placed on my account until they could verify my information. Ultimately I ended up having to go to a local ATM and take out cash to pay them the remainder of the balance owed. Besides the payment situation though, these guys are top notch and I would absolutely use them again if needed.

I needed the Rack and pinion replaced on my car. The power steering was shot. The price range for this repair was anywhere from $700 - $1000. The lowest quote I got was 300 for labor alone. And that didnt include the power steering flush which cost another $80 on top of the rack installation. John and and Ron came to my house and did the whole job, including the power steering flush in less than 2 hours. They know exactly what theyre doing and work fast. My car is running great again. No more two -- handed steering. Not to mention they beat the lowest quote for labor by $100. Excellent service!!! Im so glad I found them. What a relief.

Here is an excellent example of Google reviews working! My new (to me) diesel van broke down on a business trip, miles from any mechanic I knew, and this place shows up highly rated on Google maps. Turns out, they were all correct. John came out to my hotels parking lot, diagnosed the problem, and had replacement parts installed the next day. It would have been the same day, if I hadnt asked for him to come as late as possible, so as not to interfere with my work schedule. Their aptitude, competence, and flexibility are top notch, the the price was certainly better than if I had gone to a dealership.At the end of the day, there is only one aspect of a review that is important: Would I go to them again? The answer: Hopefully I dont have to, but yes. Definitely, yes.

I been working on my van at home its kind of my hobby but that day i was working on a transmission and needed help on taking a part out. i was stressed. then i called John this guys are pros! he knows what i am talking about part by part and has a very hospitable manner and great respect over the phone. he sent Steven and came over like i was on the side of the road he is very quick and kind. i love it. I called took them less than 45 min. when i need them again in the future i will definitely call John and his Mobile service again. I am very satisfied with their Job. very good price as well. Shady, only work mobile. Make sure you ask for his business card or permit. Had a job done with him but after a week some issue came up with my car. Have not returned phone calls/messages and no responses at all.
