After a check engine and AUTO LSD (Limited Slip Differential) lights came on I took my car to see Andy and the team at All Transmission World. Theyve done great work for me in the past and I trust them to look at my car and give me straight answers. After diagnosing the problem, they found it was NOT a problem with the LSD and made a quick and easy fix and the lights are out. Thanks for being professional, honest, and knowledgeable.

I was given a quote of $3400 for transmission rebuild from my trusted mechanic. For that much I wanted to get a second quote so I called this shop. I was told my mechanic was trying to rip me off and the quote range for this shop would be $2400-$3100. So I decided to go ahead and move the vehicle over. After tear down what do you know the actual cost would be $3500 but since I was given the high end of $3100 they would do it for that. But wait, I thought my mechanic was trying to rip me off? I just did not like the tactics here so I decided to not proceed with the work. At this point I owed a $689 tear down fee, which all of the sudden was owed in CASH. It did not say that anywhere on my agreement and I had actually checked the credit payment method on the form that I signed. I payed the cash and had the car towed to Quality Transmission. I only saved a couple bucks overall on principle which was worth it to me. 2 stars for good communication and benefit of the doubt the work would have been done well had I proceeded here.

Tire Kingdom referred me to All Transmission World. My shifter would not go into Drive and issue starting the car. My issues were addressed and communication was kept throughout the process. They have my business and would recommend to family and friends.

My car broke down on Monday and we knew it was likely gear shifter issues. I called and spoke with Andy and had it towed to their shop. Incidentally, AAA tried to get me to tow it to a different shop they recommended, but having used All Transmissions World in the past, there was no reason to go anywhere else. Andy called on Tuesday with the diagnosis, ordered parts, and had it ready to go as promised. Honest, efficient, reasonable and reliable!

I made the mistake of taking my car to two different mechanics before coming to Transmission world. These are very detailed and walked me patiently thru the entire process. They were honest and accurate with there pricing and stood completely behind there work. I would not take my car anywhere else for transmission issues at all. I highly recommend!!!!

Andy and his team did an excellent job communicating every detail to me. I took my Jeep in on Monday and he told me it would be ready the following Tuesday. They sent me pictures of all the parts that were bad and removed. They had my transmission rebuilt and all done on Thursday afternoon which was a lot sooner than expected. The price was a little steep and more than we thought, but it does come with a 12 month warranty on parts and labor. My friend had work done by them previously and that is why I took my Jeep to them. Went to a dealership a few months ago to have a noise and vibration from the steering wheel and pedals diagnosed, and they recommended I change my motor and transmission mounts. A month and $2000 later I still had the issue. When I came to All Transmission World they took it for a drive once and decided to replace the wheel bearings. It yook way less time and was significantly less expensive. Quick turnaround time and professional service, definitely going here next time I have any issues.

Incredible! I called them on July 3rd, holiday weekend. I was reassured that my vehicle would be seen on Monday July 5. That afternoon, I received a detailed message of progress of diagnostics and received prompt updates daily, including pictures of what had been found. Within 3 days, I had an estimate, my parts had been PRE-ORDERED, and the following day, my car was ready for pickup! Professional, polite, and all about customer service! I recommend this company with NO reservations!!!

Went in for a transmission fluid check. Was told my transmission needed to be dismantled for twice the price it should’ve been. Turns out the work needed was on the outside of the transmission. Was quoted 5k for a repair that was not necessary. If you’re in a bind, please please get a second opinion before committing to their services. Communication is good, but the prices are inflated, and so is the amount of work that needs to be done.

I originally had my car towed to another shop because it stopped changing gears and they recommended me taking it All Transmission World for the rebuild. Andy communicated everything with me just like he said he would and kept the price in the range that was quoted with no surprises. Him and his team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I sent my truck to all transmission world to diagnose and repair my transmission. They were able to diagnose the failure with ease, however the estimate of the repair was beyond my budget at the current moment. I agreed to pay them for the work they had completed and would pick up the truck the following day. When I went to pick up the truck I notice there was a door ding in the drivers door that was not previously there. I showed the damage to the manager and he agreed that he would pay to fix the damage. I received an estimate the next day and had the dent removed. I brought the receipt to all transmission world that day and was reimbursed without hesitation for the expense. Even though I did not have them complete the repair to the transmission they were very professional and forth coming when it came to fixing the dent.

This is a legit place to take your car for transmission work. Very professional with top efficiency, honesty and reliability. I went to this location as a recomemndation after my car stopped running and I was stuck at an Express Oil Change. I promptly called and received an estimate on what a rebuilt transmission would cost. I was told my car would be done by the next week and received photos and text messages from Andy throughout the process. All the guys were very professional and upfront with me on everything which put my mind as ease. On top of that I wasnt expected the huge price tag that comes with Transmission issues so did not have much saved for this type of issue and didnt want to use credit cards. Andy recommended Snap Finance for me and I was able to pay the balance without interest in less than 3 months which was awesome. On top of that there is a Lifetime warranty on the work and 1 year warranty on parts, so you cant go wrong. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the price (although it was in the range quoted) because theres no way to know what stops you from being charged the higher rate on the price range. Overall I would definitely recommended All Transmission World and will be back for my annual. See Andy!

I cant speak highly enough of Andy and the rest of their team. They were all friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. They rebuilt the transmission in a couple of days and even sent pictures of my car and transmission and cleaned all the pollen and dirt off of it. Seriously thanks a lot guys, my Challenger has never driven and shifted so smooth, its like its a brand new car!

ATW is great. Andy, the owner was a great help. Did the work for less than I was quoted at other shops in the area, and one of the most professional shops I have used. Andy sent photos throughout the process showing me my worn clutches, gear train, etc. Also offers a nice warranty. Overall, had a great experience with Andy and ATW.

I cant say enough good things about Andy and his crew. When you take your car in for servicing you hope for honesty and quality work at a fair price. Youll get that and more with Andy and the team at All Transmission.So far they have serviced my daughters transmission a few months back and recently they diagnosed, and properly addressed, her vehicle when the check engine light came on. The dealership I unfortunately took it to first (wasnt sure it was a warranty problem) completely over-diagnosed the problem, based on the codes without looking at the car closely, and was attempting to sell me repairs that were not necessary at all. Fortunately, I remembered how honest and thorough Andy was with the transmission work, so I left the dealer (ate $170 for diagnostic fee) and went straight to Andy. So happy I did that as Andy carefully took a look at the codes and related engine components and in the end I needed none of what the dealer was attempting to sell me on.Car problems happen and are a bummer so you hope that you get a repair team with honesty, integrity, and solid work. ONeil the technician took my car for a test drive to understand what I was explaining - he was very courteous and friendly in explaining what he believed was the problem,having had these two great experiences I decided to leave my car in their hands, I called the shop a few times and had the pleasure of meeting Andy, he was great over the phone, answering all my questions, and when I met him in person he was exactly the same great person, Awesome ! when I went to pick up my car, I got to meet Reynaldo, another great guy. My Jeep over heated and I had it towed to All Transmission World. Best decisions I made . The took car of my vehicle quickly promptly. I had a warranty plan and they call got approval for repairs. Fantastic service. Andy and the guys went out of their way to make it work for me to get my vehicle fixed with my work schedule. When the initial fix didn’t solve the problem, they opened the transmission back up and did it all over. Of course the price for transmission work is always more than anyone wants, but these rates are about the same wherever you go- if you need transmission work to get a 100k more miles on your vehicle, you’re in good hands here.

My daughter got her car done and all I can say is they are going to be forever my mechanic. I can not explain how much god brought them to us. My 1998 Grand Marquiss automatic transmission was giving me all sorts of issues. When I was searching online for a shop that specialized in transmission repair, I came upon this place and its great reviews.After choosing this place to diagnose and repair my car, I was not disappointed at all. The owner, Andy, in particular was very nice and very straight up, no BS. He worked with me on the price for the repairs, and he even helped me diagnose and repair an issue that had nothing to with his shops work. I have a 2005 E450 Ford box truck which serves my business quite well.My transmission, however, was beginning to fail me after 185k miles.It was sent down to the very capable hands on Andy, who owns and operates the All Transmission World on East Colonial.I explained to Andy the urgency of getting my transmission repaired soon as I was now renting a truck to carry on my deliveries.This was late Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday noon, Andy called to say it was ready. Now I realize just how complicated transmissions are and the tremendous amount of time and work that goes into rebuilding one.I was completely shocked to hear that my vehicle was ready!On my first day of driving, I noticed that it drove better now than new.Everything was tight, smooth and just a pleasure to operate.Thank you to Andy and his son for just a FANTASTIC JOB!I would gladly recommend Andy to anyone who is suffering with transmission issues!Tom

They will send photos throughout the process allowing you to get an in depth look at what’s being done and give you the opportunity to ask questions. Amazing service and my truck feels like new. I brought in my 05 STI after the differential went out in the transmission. They broke it apart and told me that I needed a new transmission. I went to a local JDM place and they sold me the wrong transmission. After almost a month and half of looking, I was able to find the correct one. The whole time they let me keep the car there while I was trying to find the transmission. Once it made it to the shop, they installed within a couple of days and now my subi is back on the road. Could not be more pleased with the work and patience they had with me. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. I will be coming back for any other jobs I need and will recommend to any of my friends. These guys are great! Car shifts like brand new again! I had to get my transmission rebuilt and Andy kept me updated with pics. His mechanic Anthony showed me personally the repairs that needed to be made and made it to where I could understand. That just goes to show that they are honest and dont cut corners! I highly recommend taking your car here if you ever need repairs done, big or small!

My car had an unexpected transmission problem and Jiffy Lube recommended that I take it to All Transmission World. I was blown away by the exceptional service. Andy and Chris were prompt to answer the phone and help me out when I arrived. They took a look at my car immediately and had a diagnosis and estimate for me within 10-15 minutes. Andy was incredibly understanding when I wanted to take a walk to think about my options, and when I decided to just trade in my car altogether, I was met not with hassle and discouragement but kind words and good fatherly advice. I just met him but would trust him completely with any future transmission problems I have with any future cars. 5 stars!

Thank you Andy for your honesty. I know nothing about cars. He could have told me I would need an expensive transmission job, instead he recommended and fluid change for 200, instead of a 2400-4k transmission job. The fluid change worked!! I would recommend him to anyone having transmission issues.

Great, friendly, fast and efficient service. Had the transmission problem with my car taken care off in just a few days and it is running great now and even though they were closed when I dropped off the car there was a mechanic there working late, he still came to the door and took all the information so they could start working on the car the next day. Definitely recommend this place if you ever need your transmission worked on or replaced! This is the second time Ive brought a car here and the first time they also did an excellent job.

Hands down the best kind of people you want to work on your vehicle! Replaced our transmission in our Ford F-250 in two days! Runs great and no issues at all! We will definitely be using them again if need be!
