Im a loyal customer, I have spent many thousands of dollars having my tires replaced at Tire Kingdom. So when I got a nail in my tire I figured I would go to them to have it patched. 1st day cant be done. So I make an appointment for 3 days later. 3 days later will be over an hour wait, whats the point of the appointment??? So Im told come in 8am on Saturday and again told the same thing at least an hour. Only one customer before me. Lost my business for good as i went to a competitor and had it done in less than 20min... No appointment needed.

I came in without an appointment due to an unforeseen event. I was assisted by Mike and he was great! Very informative and offered a lot of options to me. In the end, I was very pleased with my experience.

Absolutely great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The fact that they were working under conditions that are unfavorable with such a good attitude is well worth the results. Perfect alignment, perfect tires. 10/10 for Jonathan and his crew.There are people on here who fail to live outside of their own bubble to realize that there is tons of cars with problems and perhaps too little techs. Try being curious instead of judgmental for once.

I blew two tires trying to avoid a crash. I was able to get my car here. I didnt have an appointment. Nathan promptly greeted me even though he was with another customer. I appreciated he acknowledged me right away. My tires werent in stock. Nathan made a phone call to get them from another location. I knew it would be a wait and given my circumstances I didnt mind. Mike gave me the best estimate on wait time. After it had been a while Mike called to check on the delivery ETA of my tires and gave me an update. Mike also updated me as soon as my tires arrived. Ive used different locations over the years and have always been pleased with the service. Excellent service.

Yesterday, I left my work and my tire pressure literally dropped to 55 immediately. I was on orange ave and turned in to their parking lot. It was closing time! I had a nail in my sidewall and there was no way it could be fixed. The service men without question put my spare tire on so I can drive home safely. Of course I came back and got a new tire from them! The service is top notch! thank you!

Stopped in at this Tire Kingdom location on Saturday morning after an unexpected flat tire. Dropped my car off and received an estimate of a few hours. Called back when I hadnt heard anything in a while, and Mike apologized and helped me quickly. Asked when I hoped to have my vehicle back by, and we discussed a bit of potential diagnostic information. Mike called me back in less than an hour to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, explained in detail how they were able to fix the issue, and answered all of my questions. Pick up was easy, and I was back on the road, good as new. Thank you!

I arrived with a bad tire that was going flat at work. This was the first time I have been to this location. I didnt feel pressured to buy a new tire, and if anything I felt like Mike was honest because he spoke of repairing it. I made the decision to get a new tire because the old one had too many repairs before and was no longer dependable. It only took 45 min to get in and out! Mike was honest, friendly, and accommodating and provided great customer service.

Scammers! I came in to the Orange ave location because it’s right down the street from my house. I had a nail in my tire they said was “unfixable” trying to sell me a new tire for $220. I walked out. Went to my trusted mechanic (further away) who ordered me a new tire due to this place telling me it wasn’t fixable and he laughs and said that is easily fixable. Trying to finagle money out of me because I’m a woman who they assume will just pay it and do whatever they say! Years ago they stole small parts off my mustang too and I’m still salty. I would rather drive 45 minutes and waste my whole day than go back here! End rant.

These guys are GREAT! I’ve been servicing my tires with them for years and today they made my day by taking the time to resolve my flat tire without having to replace the rim. A week ago from today I was involved in a car accident leaving my front suspension compromised. I brought my Jeep to this location and addressed the situation. I left my Jeep with them as I went to work and was told I would receive an email of videos showing what work needed to be done. I was on a crunch for time and told them to go ahead with the $3000 job even without getting the email said to be sent to be. Big mistake, I picked my vehicle up the following day. They had my vehicle all day Thursday to work on and wasn’t allowed to pick it up until Friday morning. There is a horrifying noise that it makes when going over my neighborhood speed bumps, that I drive everyday. Considering it has brand new parts and cost $3k I didn’t think it would be that way. Now I did call on Friday to explain what I was experiencing and they said that they test drove it (even though I know for a fact they didn’t) but to bring it back in. I have been busy working all week, but will be there tomorrow to have it checked out. I hope they make things right..

No need to waste your time making appointments. Had a 9am appointment, came in early and said id wait for a new tire. They told me itd be done by 10:15. Come 11am no word. I check to see where my truck is and it hadnt left the parking space I left it in. Meanwhile two other customers came in without appointments for oil changes/tire rotations and went right into the bays ahead of me.Back in June I ordered a new set of tires and had brake rotors replaced. Set an appointment then and they told me after coming in that they had no time for me and to schedule the next day. I did. Come closing time the following day they still hadnt called me to update. When I called they said it was ready. Came in to have them try to add in extra charges, claiming two of my tire pressure sensors werent working (they worked just fine) and that they broke a bolt on the rotor and had to special order a new one and tried to charge me for it. I told them to call and approve anything additional beyond the tires and the two brake rotors. Told the service guy that his manager can incur the cost since they made that decision without me signing off on it. Even after all of that he tried to upsale me on a new battery.I came back against my better judgement because I had the road hazard warranty on the tires but Im beginning to see that this location is not one to bother with again in the future.I would advise being very clear and concise with your service requests and double checking that they are adhering to the appointments. In other words, dont leave your vehicle unattended here for service.

My son goes to UCF in Orlando and was having some car problems. His car was making a grinding sound and needed to be inspected. He took it in and the technician found a piece of metal wedged under his car that was making the grinding sound. A Great honest evaluation!Many Thanks, Stefan M Nadwodny

I had a appointment and it took 2+ hours to do a oil change. I was the first person on their waiting list. They really need to get it together. And its not the first time.Other than that the employees were great. But not happy on the waiting time. I had other things to do thats way I took a morning appointment.

If it wasnt for Brett this would be a zero star review.I showed up at 6:50 pm due to a piece of wood puncturing the side wall of one of my tires. I was tired and hungry and had just gotten off of work. I spoke to Brett when I got there and apologized since they were about to close. He said I shouldnt be driving on it, and it was a quick fix -- not a problem.I waited about 25 minutes until Brett told me he was done. I found out it would have been quicker had all of his techs not walked out on him because they werent going to do an order entered after 7:00 pm when they closed (the order wasnt entered after 7:00 since Brett took care of me immediately).Rather than tell me to come back in the morning, Brett personally changed my tire and took care of me. He went above and beyond to help me.Its unfortunate not all of the stores employees care that much, but luckily Brett does.

You know the kind of people who take zero pride in their work and could care less about a job well done? That is the “mechanics” at this location. Brought my car in for an oil change and fluid check. Not sure what I paid for, as I asked them twice to check my break fluid, they said they did, and when I asked them if it was good, they lied and said yes. My break fluid is still low, after getting a second opinion, and none of the work I paid for is done. Pretty sure I just paid $40 for my car to sit in their garage for an hour. Take pride in your work and actually do your job.

I cant say enough great things about Kyle at this location. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, quick and didnt make me feel like my car was going to explode if I didnt spend a million dollars lol. Honestly the staff here is awesome and I will be back if my car needs anything else done.

The guys that run this location are some of the best you have. I have always trusted Tire Kingdom as a company and these guys and the location are some of the best. I moved 10 miles from here recently so it is not as convenient as it used to be for me, but I will most definitely make the time to come back when needed. I simply trust them with my car!

Friendly service, quality work, but extremely slow. Even with an appointment spent OVER an hour and half for an oil change and tire rotation, again thats with a pre-arranged appointment time. So if your schedule can allot for it, they do great work here, but if not I too have gone elsewhere because of speed of service.

I was very impressed with this location. Josh explained everything to our understanding. The prices were good. Theres free parking. I loved the service and will be a loyal customer here!!

The guy at the register was awesome and nice! He was very friendly and helpful he even looked at my fuse to try and change it for me bc I can not change it my self I will bring it back soon to get a better look at fuses so I can change the fuse to move my seats back and forth! Tire Kingdom is a national franchise and because of their “name” I chose to have my car serviced here. I was advised by Joshua Anderson of multiple services needed but I only chose to have my rear tires replaced with new tires and balanced as well. I returned at the correct time and satisfaction for me was not guaranteed. I spoke with the manager Joshua and asked him if he thought is was satisfactory for me to have a 2:30 pm appointment time only to arrive back at 4:30pm and the problem wasn’t fixed.They replaced my new front tires and not the rear that Joshua recommended. I paid in full and told Joshua that the correct tires weren’t replaced. He said it was a mistake and they couldn’t do anything for my time and that I should leave the store immediately. I’m a paying customer. I expect results not mistakes!

Only problem was with the tech that rotated my wheels. They didnt look at the tire to see I have different brands that require different psi as well as reset the tpms to correspond with the correct tire. Wanted to give the place a 3 star but nelson from up front saved the review very helpful,nice, knew his job. I will come back for my tire needs

The staff here will do their best coerce you into spending more money. My wife made an appointment for a CONVENTIONAL oil change online for our 2007 Toyota Prius. When she got there the tech asked her to choose between full synthetic or synthetic blend. Luckily I was on the phone with her and she asked me. When I asked why those were her only two choices the guy said that it was because it was a Prius and it only takes synthetic oil. I asked, “Since when?” and he quickly changed his tune to we recommend it and that it’s their policy. If that were true, then why wouldn’t the website limit your choices based on year make and model? This guy thought my wife was a mark and an easy up sell. And, wanted to charge us almost double the price. Unless you have money to burn, take your business somewhere more honest.

Just drove away with a new set of tires and alignment. No time to assess the quality of new tires but satisfied with the people, the location. I came early to an appointment time and waited an hour and a 1/2 still for them to get my vehicle in the building. Nobody told me beforehand they were running behind but this is one day that I had the opportunity to wait and came with the patience to get it done properly.

Got a flat, so this place was the closest. Found a high quality tire for a good price. Since the wheel was off already (had spare on) they mounted, balanced it, and installed it in about ten minutes. Fast friendly service. Ill get my other tires from here when needed.

Very friendly, helpful and honest! I had a nail in my tire, and they fixed me right up! I interacted with both the General Manager and the Service Manager, and they were very competent and professional. The waiting room was clean, and they were able to help me same-day without any sort of appointment or prior notice. It was a great experience!

Disrespectful, sarcastic (employee making comments without being addressed to), patronizing, entitled to customers time. 1.5 hours and not even take the time to look at the booked appointment! I came to this location for the past 3 years and Ive seen busy. Today were taking care of walk-ings before appointments. 2 cars in the shop. 4 people plus one manager plus the face of the company and absolute delight in front of the store! Parking lot not even half full. Are you kidding me? Learn to manage your business, respect customers and their time. Used to be my favorite place. Very disappointing. I purchased a set of tires for my car and by the time I got home after picking up the car, all four tires showed low pressure. I returned the next day, showed them the sensor readings. They checked the pressure, which they said was fine, and told me to drive a while and it would likely reset the sensor. I drove 500 miles and the low pressure lights stayed on. I returned again, they again checked the pressure and said it was fine. I suggested something was wrong with my car related to the tire change. The manager insisted they had done nothing wrong, couldnt find anything broken, and suggested that I had the problem before the tire change and that I was trying to get over on them. I took the car into the dealership who immediately diagnosed the problem as low tire pressure. Apparently, Tire Kingdom failed to adequately inflate the tires to the proper pressure and then repeatedly failed to recognize the problem. Ill never return to this store. Its one thing to make a mistake, but when youre a tire store and cant properly measure tire pressure to see that its low, its really sad. Then, to accuse your customer of dishonestly when hes making an honest attempt to get it straightened out is beyond words. Serious questions of competency and integrity.

Joshua is the man, he got me in and out in a decent amount of time, set great expectations and even lead me in the right direction to get a wheel lock that I did not have and would need in the future. Thanks for the hospitality and the help this morning!!

The staff was accommodating to me coming in late and thats where it ends. The bad news: About 2 months after purchasing a brand new set of Michelin Energy Saving tires, I am told I need an alignment for my vehicle. When I called and spoke with the store they said I would have to pay to have this done. Might seem normal to some, but not a person who spent almost $1,000 dollars there and was told there would be no issues! I will not recommend, nor go back to this or any other Tire Kingdom.

Got my struts done. I hope they are all fine. But they were climbing around in the back seat...on tan fabric..and covered up nothing. So now there is grease on my headliner in the back, on the seats in the back and on the front. Would think that they would cover up stuff if they are climbing around inside the car after being all greasy working all day. Called and they told me I need to bring it back a different day and they will clean it, not willing to let me go get it cleaned at a good car wash and them pay for it. Will see how their cleaning goes. Good news is my struts were on sale.

I had to wait an hour, even with an appointment, before my car was even looked at. 3 people, arriving after me, were serviced before I was. My receipt from a year ago stated lifetime coverage of tire, then I was informed that I wasnt covered with no explanation. They attempted to charge me for services I never asked for. The people who work there dont care about their customers and have no problems charging people for services they dont need. And it appeared that the employees top priority was to flirt and gawk at all the girls who walk in.

Went here because my car had vibration at higher speeds. I got my tires replaced because the guy there told me I couldnt drive anymore on the old ones. As for the source of the vibration, I was told with 100% confidence that the problem was bad struts and was quoted $1600. Decided on getting other opinions. THREE other places said my struts were perfectly fine, ended up being a two bad wheel bearings, got replaced brand new for 320 bucks, car rides like a dream now. Never will go to tire kingdom again.

This place is the main reason I do all my own work on my vehicles. Unfortunately I have friends that cannot and turn subject to dirty/shady shops like this one.Im writing this review in regards to a friend of mine who fell victim to this tire kingdom, well specially the store manager. I have spoken to him in person when he tried to lie about the deal made over the phone with her prior. I was listening silently beside her. His tactic is to tell you what you want to hear, fix your car and change the deal when it comes to get your car back.Beware if you have to turn to this place for repair. Call a mechanic friend if you have to deal with this guy. Hell prey on the unknowing and will empty your pockets doing so. I want to see this store manager removed.

They are all so repsectful and helpful. They fixed my last flat for free! We get all our oil changes there because they always do a check on my car and keep me in the loop about maintance needs. Went to this place for a speed sensor fault. Asked for a quote and if itd likely be covered under an extended warranty I had purchased when I got the car. They unequivocally said no. They gave me a price of several hundred dollars.Called the dealer and it was covered under my extended warranty. Never been back here since.

I was nothing but impressed with everyone here. I missed my appointment and dropped my car off 1 hour before close, but they still had it done and ready for me an hour after they opened the next day. They didnt try and up-sell me and gave me honest fair advice. 10/10 would recommend.

I scheduled an appointment because I had a leak in a tire and needed it patched. The appointment was scheduled for 7 and they said it would take an hour. Apparently appointments dont actually mean anything. I showed up 5 min early and the guy told me they were so slammed they couldnt get to my car. To be fair to tire kingdom, I went to a good one in Daytona about a month ago so maybe its just this location.

SCAMMERS WILL NEVER RETURN. DO NOT COME IF YOU WANT WORKERS WITH INTEGRITY WHO ARE NOT THIEVES. Went to get a regular oil change and was told my air pressure light was on (which it was not prior to my parking the car at this facility). They said i now needed a new tire because a key was jammed in my tire and would cost $130 plus taxes. (They forgot I paid for a tire package insurance with them earlier that allowed me new tires when needed). After i asked then to put the new tire on this protection plan so i would get a new tire for free ALL OF A SUDDEN i no longer needed a new tire and they would NOT give me a new one under my plan as somehow the tire was not damaged or leaking supposedly when 5 minutes prior to knowing I was eligible for free tires I was in great danger and needed a new tire. Want my money back for protection plan and will never return here again.

My husband and I were waiting for at least 10 minuets in the lobby without anyone even acknowledging that we were there. I finally spoke up and asked if an appointment had to be made to see someone and the employee responded, “no”. Ok.... With no greeeting, welcome, apology for not acknowledging us, he asked what I needed and I responded that I needed a tire because the pressure in my my right rear tire kept going low. The whole time the employee had an attitude. My husband pulled up the website where the tires were showing that it would be app. $80 for two tires. The employee said that he couldn’t honor it because that option was only for certain cars. We didn’t have two hours to wait so he then told my husband to pull around to the back because he could repair the tire. We did... we waited for about 5 minutes and were approached by another employee and told to basically get in line. We just left and went to another tire place up the street where the tire was repaired in less than 10 mins for $10! All they want is money and they do NOT care about their customers.

DO NOT go to Tire Kingdom!!!!! They crashed our brand new 2014 Honda Odyssey Van into the side of the building ON 7/17/14. The employee was on drugs I later found out from the Manager, Brian. He promised he would take care of everything. That was a lie! One month later my vehicle is still not fixed. I have to go through Tire Kingdoms insurance company, Sedgwick to have my van fixed. The insurance company is extremely rude and unaccommodating. They dont want to pay for the rental car until the vehicle is complete. They are only willing to pay for a rental car for 5 days (The shop estimate is 10 days). I have attempted to contact the manager at least 7 times with no response back from him. Finally a few days ago I was able to reach Brian, who stated there is nothing he can do about the body shop and the insurance company. I am extremely upset that the Tire Kingdom employee ruined my car and the shop has just brushed the problem off onto me and the insurance company. They are taking no responsibility and have not accommodated us in any way. They haven’t even refunded us for the services we received. Here it is 8/13/14 and my van is still not fixed or in my possession. All in all, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TIRE KINGDOM.

The service here is exactly why I prefer to pay more elsewhere. Unfortunately due to appointment availability I made an appointment at this location to get an oil change. From the beginning it felt more like a sales pitch instead of just helping me with what I actually needed done to my vehicle. The manager kept suggesting getting work there done was better because its cheaper than the dealership, something I already knew. And it is more than OK to give your opinion I completely get it, but it is the way you go about it. A bit advice Jeffrey Lunsford, simply do what the customer is there for. After getting my oil changed it was brought to my attention that my battery is reading bad, I recently had it replaced a couple months ago at Walmart, a last-minute decision. After telling them I recently just got it, was that common for something like that to happen, the gentleman at the counter states you get what you pay for, Thanks Joshua Anderson, I appreciate it.The comment was rude and unprofessional. I will never go out of my way to drive much further to get such horrible service again. I rather wait a week to get service done at my local Tire Kingdom on Turkey Lake Road.

They are quick and reasonably priced, but I have only used them for oil changes. They always seem to find things wrong with my vehicles but never the same thing twice even though we dont act on their recommendations.

Quick background:I live in SoDo and frequently choose this location for my oil changes with no issue.Today was different. I dropped off my car as usual, but a mistake was made and they didnt take care of my car until 3 hours later. Yes, I was upset. The reason Im giving 5 stars is specifically because of their ability to own up to their mistake instead of making excuses. While they did offer to gift my purchase, the sincerity in their apology is what fostered a deeper trust with them. Shout out to them for this.

I went to Tire Kingdom for an oil change. I drive a Toyota Camry 1999, old car but it drives very well and as long as I take care of it, I dont have any issue. They did my oil change in an hour. I left with a quote, my car having supposedly having a lot of issues. A week after my visit, my car started to act weirdly. I found out I had a fluid leak that was not there before. Im now taking care of my car myself by security.

HORRENDOUS customer service!!!! I dropped my car off at 2:00 on a Friday. They were really busy, so they guy told me it would take a while and that they would call me when it was ready. By 6:45 I still had not heard back, and knowing that they closed at 7:00, I decided to call and find out what was going on. The person who answered the phone told me that the mechanic was still working on it, and he asked if I would be able to pick it up tomorrow. I explained that I had to leave early in the morning for Georgia and really needed to get my car back tonight. The guy who I was speaking to said okay and that they would call me as soon as it was ready. About 45 minutes later, I decided just to go there and wait for it to be ready. It was 7:30, and the entire shop was closed, and no one from the store even bothered to reach out to me, even though I made it VERY CLEAR that I absolutely needed my car that night and could not wait until the next morning to pick it up. The audacity and sheer laziness of this staff is deeply troubling to me, and for that reason, Tire Kingdom will now lose 4 valuable customers, as myself, my brother, and both of my parents will never return to a Tire Kingdom store ever again.

Was overcharged and wait for over two hours to get an oil change with a coupon they wouldnt apply. I was out $55 easy with this last visit. A terrible experience with my understandable 15 month old. This is not a place I would recommend my worst enemy

Got a flat on the freeway on my bday going home from work, and being dropped off by a tow truck who took over 3 hours to get to me, just in time that the shop was unable to put me in their schedule.. yes, bad day. Tire Kingdom got to my car the next day early, great service and decent pricing to.. i was surprised really. 5 stars if they would have gotten me in the day before..lol

Not only is this location great for making sure customers are happy the work is guaranteed. Just excellent and professional all the way around. With an appointment and arriving 10 mins earlier it took an hour to patch up a flat tire, seems like a lot to me but it could have been worse. On a good note it was pretty cheap.

I wish I had listened to the reviews and never come to this place. Trying to find something more affordable than the tire I found at Walmart, I had the bad idea of giving these people a try. First, I unknowingly parked at a place I was not supposed to park at, and literally got yelled at by a bully called Jeff. He was so furious that I thought he was going to attack me. Then, shaking to the bone, I go inside the store and explain to the sales person that I need something affordable. He quotes me a tire for exactly twice the price that I found at Walmart. I also noticed that everyone in this store is rude, they all seem angry, like they hate working there, and there is a very negative atmosphere. Besides that, the store is dirty and disgusting. To make a long story short, they are all rude, the prices are the worse and the store is dirty. So I am going back to Walmart. Now, think about it, if even Walmart is better than this place, you can imagine what this place is like. Do yourselves a favor, fire Jeff before he causes serious injury to someone, and fire or retrain everyone else. Maybe if you have a really kind and friendly staff, you can lure people into buying your products even at the ridiculous prices they cost. Good luck!

The staff was very helpful and responsive. The store manager Brian honored a price match, I had from the dealership. Would recommend this shop to people living downtown, very convient, and uber ride is only $4 back DT..no waiting!!!

Went to this location after my car overheated, as I had work done on my car here in the past. I was told the wait to fix my vehicle was going to be an hour. I waited close to 5 hours when they finally told me they would not be able to fix my car.... frustrating. I came back the next morning to pickup my car, which i was ensured was test drove and would not overheat. The fix cost me 260$. Usually I go to a cheap mechanic who does a great job, he just takes a very long time and I could not afford to not have my car tis week. I didnt mind paying 260$ for 2 plastic parts as long as they got my car back to me quick and working. 6 minutes into my drive home, my car was back overheating which was enfuriating. I dropped the car off the next morning, went to work, came back and they told me they had to change my thermostat. Very simple fix, something that shouldve been checked from the start. Im not a mechanic and I know the thermostat sticking is a very common problem for a car to overheat. HOWEVER, the reason I am rating them 4 stars is because when going to pick up my car, they owned up to their mistake and did not charge me a dollar for the thermostat repair. Literally gave me the part, and the labor. Long story short, dont go to a tire place for a problem that doesnt involve tires... Carlos was cery hepful.

Representative, Carlos, tried to include Road Hazard insurance $39.95 and Lifetime Tire balance $16 into the price of the tires by quoting me a price of $200 ea for Sumitomo Tires. He tried to get me to swipe my credit card before showing me the bill. When I question him about those charges, he tried to sell me and even tried to tell me the Lifetime Tire Balance could not be taken off. Yeah, right. He reluctantly took both charges off. Poor business practice. A day later, my tire gauge showed I needed air; you would think that as part of the service they would have check the tire pressure on all four tires. Annoying.

Stay away from this place ! The reviews dont lie. Just got off the phone with Steve, just paid $77.00 for an oil change . Who does that to people ? I own a 2011 Toyota Prius . I wanted to confirm with Toyota and they quoted me $45 . Please stay away, tried to trick me in buying new tires saying that the shred was bad . Nothing is wrong with my new tires !!!!!

I got a flat and chose Tire Kingdom for the repair. They were able to patch the flat and have me out the door in less than an hour.

I had my tires put on at this location. They drilled the tires on so tight that when. I had to put my spare on I could not. Never get your tires here!!!!

Searched their website for a specific tire, found them at this store. Despite being booked up, they took me in last minute and had me back on the road with 4 new tires in less than an hour.
