Honest and humble! Finally found my Mercedes a great mechanic shop!I made an appointment with Euro Motors for an oil change and new brakes for my 2017 Mercedes C300. Not more than 1 hour after dropping off my car i receive a call from Carl telling me my brake pads and rotors are in perfect shape and i that i dont need them serviced. Its RARE to find an honest mechanic shop these days, any other place wouldve done the service and made some good money out of me.Thanks for your honesty Carl and team, you guys just won yourselves a new client! :)

They are not flexible in the category of doing what the customer wants done to their car. However, they were very accommodating in relieving themselves of working on my car; repairs affordable, towed my car to another repair shop free of charge. If my particular problem was different, I would definitely use Euro Motors again. They are good people.

This company started out good with a basic battery change however when they asked that I bring it to the shop (battery was put in on a remote site) so they could configure the system, thats when everything started to change. (this started back in June 2021) First they said they couldnt configure the convertible top because it was out of alignment, then they said the trunk latch was not functioning due to the vehicle having been in a wreck prior to our purchase (later I found out all this information was inaccurate). They started showing me all the reasons they came to that conclusion. I decided to take it to the dealership it was purchased at once I thought (based on their conclusion) there were bigger issues, Come to find out the only thing that need to be done was some configuration to the key fob (took 2 minutes at the dealership) and everything worked completely fine! They charged me $435.00 for unnecessary labor (not including battery charge which I dont dispute at all) on false findings and additional work that any experienced mechanic for this vehicle wouldnt have had to do. So I requested a refund for that amount only. Ive been told for over a month its in the mail. Just beware, they are super nice in the beginning however the quality of the work is questionable. Its honestly better to take it to the dealership unless you need a basic battery change or oil change.

Great service ! Nice people and prompt. I also brought the car in telling them that I for thought my throttlebody was going bad. They check the car out and told me it was just low oil pressure and did some basic oil change and tuneup. They could’ve just went ahead and replaced the throttlebody which would’ve cost me another $700 however they were honest and just told me it was the oil pressure.Carl and the staff was very up front and helpful ! I brought my 2009 Audi A4 here after receiving engine codes for a cylinder misfire and excessive disc slippage. Carl and the other gentlemen at Euro Motors listened to my issue, talked me through possible causes and the process theyd take to find and fix whatever was causing the problem. Turns out the misfire (due to a faulty ignition coil) was causing false transmission errors to appear, and their diagnosis and repair process prevented the huge expense of transmission work. As part of the initial diagnostic list of checks, they found additional issues that I had not been aware of. Some of those things I am willing to wait on or fix at home, others I asked them to work on for me. I appreciated that Carl was not pushy at any point with the unexpected issues they found, and he was very understanding about the ones I would take care of myself. These guys have been incredibly helpful, and very fair with pricing.

5 years ago I was recommended by my cousin who own a BMW, at the time I just purchase a Benz and a VW Passat. I change both car to joint the BMW family, I’ve been a BMW owner for the past 3 years it’s always a pleasure to take my Car to you guys. Adrian was always a stand up gentlemen I remember when it was so easy to get In contact with Adrian or someone over there. If you pull my name in the system in the 6 years I’ve been in the car business I refer more than 40 customer and personal friend to you guys for personal service or to check on vehicle for them before purchasing it. I understand growth come with many change some our good and some are bad, after my conversation over the phone with someone this morning I can’t no longer afford to send customer that I sale car to or refer my personal friend to you. Less than a week ago I refer a friend that have a VW Passat to you guys for service, The gentlemen I talk to this morning have a I don’t care attitude. I was explain to him how long it take me to get in contact with someone over the phone 3 days of making phone call and put on hold, I have people that I refer that telling me it’s hard to get in contact with you guys. His response was you get in contact with us now 🤷🏿‍♂️. I remember when you call Adrian wife or mother was so nice over the phone they remember my phone and was always nice, Now I don’t know if it because the company is too big. But I will have to refer my friend and customer where else.

Mercedes of Orlando in Maitland wanted to charge me $400 to fix my gas cap which kept opening. Euro Motors ... only $80. Do the math.

Was rated at 5 stars before now I changed my mind. A couple months back I bring my car in to get some necessary repairs done because it was undrivable. They take forever to call me back but I assume that I’ll hear from them within the week. I keep calling and get the run around that they’re about to check it blah blah. After 10 days they say it’s a throttle body and says it’s $800 or so to repair. I approve. Car takes another week. I get it back and they said there “might be some engine codes still” I’m thinking okay? Maybe they mean it’s temporary and will go away when I drive off a little. As some codes will go away after the ECU detects no faults. No it doesn’t. Car was still not running right! Then why did you tell me it was a throttle body for $800 and nothing is fixed? Lol who does charges for repairs for something they didn’t diagnose properly. I had to much going on at the time but I Had to take the car back to the dealership. Everything seems nice at first but they lost some serious respect when they charged me for repairs that didn’t “repair” so my car could run like before. Keep in mind check engine light was still on among other things.

Gave these guys a chance after seeing reviews. Turned out to be a good choice, labor/parts were fair priced. Friendly establishment with a waiting room if you desire. My Mercedes warranty will be up soon and I think I’ve found my mechanic.

I took my F30 BMW here and the customer service is amazing! In fact when I showed up and was waiting to talk to the cashier she had a phone call from one of their customers to thank them for their hard work on their car & wishing them a happy new year and such which I though was awesome.. the cashier was very thankful for the call and the interaction was overall very sweet which made me feel even more comfortable coming here... Even the guys in the bays excel in customer care and problem solving as my plastic drain plug was stripped bad and they worked to get it out successfully, saving my oil pan... very clean facility and cool euro decor! Funny how I told two different tow truck drivers about the place and they were saying how good it was; In addition to my co workers. Took my 07 BMW there and they were able to precisely narrow down where my 200k engine was failing in a time efficient manner. I recently had Euro Motors look at my BMW for an issue that the dealer wanted to address with a complete part replacement costing over $1,700. The issue was a faulty wire that broke over time. Prior to the move, I had had a local shop I trusted hands-down with all of my vehicles. I was concerned I wouldnt be able to find a similar shop, but so far all indications are that Ill be able to develop a similar relationship with Euro Motors. So far we have taken my wifes GL in for front wheel bearings followed by a visit for scheduled service and tires for my BMW. Had previously taken my wifes Benz to another area shop, they recommended service that didnt sound correct to me. Adrian performed the check and called to confirm that service was not even close to being necessary, cam timing was spot on. We have been very pleased with the service and attention weve received. Adrian and his team were super. From check-in to checkout it was easy and well priced. They even showed me the old parts so I could see how worn everything was compared to the new parts. This small shop epitomizes the saying, dont judge a book by its cover. I almost drove away, as the shop was so unlike the Mercedes dealership I had been taking my Mercedes to for years. And the differences werent simply the appearance I soon found out. The Customer Care and consideration for my needs, along with my repairs, was personal and wonderful, in every way! And the best was yet to come. The repairs I needed were quoted at Mercedes at almost $900.00. The cost at Euro Motors was just a little over 1/3 of that, and everything was done perfectly. Dont waste all that extra money at a dealership, and get the same quality work done here, for mac h, much less!

I call to make an appointment to have my car service to check the brake fluid, Cindy was great on getting me in the same day, but I ended up having to have a whole brakes and rotors change b/c they were very worn. The costumer service is always good, the waiting time is too long still, the waiting room still needs better comfortable sitting. Thats the only reason I could not give a 5 start review.
