You can always expect a wait at Einstein’s but man is it worth it. I love how I can always get a free iced coffee with my purchase and then the brunch special through the app is elite. You get a bagel, muffin and hash brown for $8 and then the free coffee! I just want to give them all a big hug! They always make my day when I get breakfast or brunch from here :)Also, studies show that the nicest people on earth are patrons at Einstein’s bagels. Hey, I don’t make the rules ….

Great Light bagels with different varieties of choice for bagels, cream cheese. Definitely will come back! If only they labeled the bagels a bit better. If you do want your bagel toasted/crispy get a darker toast as it may seem that they truly didnt toast it. Regardless of that it was a great experience overall.

These bagels are the bomb. I bought the jalapeño and cheese bagel and the everything bagel and made some burgers with them .omg they where delicious

Nice place put one day the people there were on top of their service there was a gentleman there was colored gentleman I guess he was a cook he was polite and professional then I came back 3 days later I got a whole new crew he looked like it was lost and found I purchased boxes of their bakers dozen I dont know what goes on one day to the other

Awesome bagels and coffee. They offer bagels with locks which made it for me. Pretty laid back place, almost built like a Panera, but with a bigger focus on (duh) bagels. Many flavors with many spreads and toppings. I liked it a lot.

Had the All nighter and a Dirty Chai Tea Latte. The sandwich was good, but Idve liked something green to freshen it up a bit like spinach or arugula. The Chai Latte was quite weak and watery. My girlfriend had to get the avocado toast on a sesame bagel only as she cannot handle too much dairy and apparently the eggs have milk? I suppose to fluff them up like an omelet, so watch out for that if you have dietary restrictions. The Einstein Bros brand orange juice she got with her meal was quite good. All in all the experience was ok, not great.

I ordered a delivery for my office on 03/29/2021 for 9:30AM-10AM for 2 Baker’s Dozen box which came to a total of $50, I could not be more disappointed with the bagels. The bagels were cold and hard, not fresh at all, extremely hard to chew and tough to the jaw, felt embarrassed offering these to my employees. I’ve ordered with them in the past and was a loyal costumer, but after what was sold to us today, I’ll be looking for alternatives.Not sure if this was a “yesterday’s leftovers” but they sure tasted and felt like it was.If you’re planning on ordering a delivery, you better hope you’re lucky with your batch.

My daughters and I arrived more than hour before closing. We ordered bagels with cream cheese, kind a hard to mess up, with Tomato and cucumber. Again not a very hard order. We were the only people in the restaurant. The threes people that were there were very obviously trying to clean up and get ahead to close at two. We happen to check our order when we got into the car because weve had issues with this location before. Every single one of the four bagels on our order was wrong. None of the vegetables that we paid extra for were on the bagels. And they were barley any cream cheese on the bagels on one of the bagels, the cc was only on half the the bagel.When I went back in and told him that all of the orders were wrong (I did wait until they served the customer in front of me) they looked at me like I was crazy. They decided to take two more orders before fixing mine. When they finally gave it to me the lady stood at the end of the bar on the other side of the restaurant and held it out like she was disgusted with the bag. Please note at not one time did I ever receive and Im sorry, let me fix that for you, or wait... Any decent sort of apology or concern.When we walked out we looked at our order again... Still wrong. But at that point I was very worried about spit or something else being done to our food. So we ate them. I am very glad that we live in the middle of two different Einstein bagels because we will never return to this one. Again they were just a bagel and cream cheese is kind a hard to mess up.

I haven’t been to any of these locations in years. After my 12 hour shift I stopped here for breakfast and informed the associate taking my order that I had not been there in a while so I wasn’t sure what spreads they had. She pointed me to a small card listing them so I told her that “plain” was fine (the first option listed under their types of spreads). After paying and walking to my car I checked my bagels and they were actually plain without any cream cheese spread. I walked back in and told her that I misunderstood her and wanted the bagels with the plain spread that was listed and if there was a way to get the spread for them. She retorted “you said you wanted them plain” and ended up charging me almost four dollars for two small sample cups of spread. After not coming here for so long my previous memory of them is ruined and I will not be returning.

Went pretty smoothly. Ordered their new brisket sandwich, meat was a bit dry. Could have been better with a sauce to mask it.

Ordered an eggel and a bagel. The eggel was cold and almost slimey. Hasbrown bagel was good. Lots of parking and the restaurant was clean. There was a really cool LOVE mural on the outside of the building.

It bring me back to like about 25 years ago wow they did it exactly exactly like I had it when I was working for a big mail/office building in New York City downtown Manhattan ... 520 Madison was the building to be exact.

I wanted to like this but oh wow. The breakfast sandwiches are $8 and there is literally nothing special about them. I would say the only thing that could be considered speciality is the aioli they use on each? But the actual sandwiches are nothing short of a drive-thru. We were pretty disappointed. Also we got there an hour after they opened and they were out of the two bagels that the sandwiches we ordered came on....so my guess is they are not fresh.We haven’t tried their lunch but I don’t think we will. Their pictures look so good and we just laughed when we opened the sandwiches up - nothing like advertised.

If you buy inline you are not able to use the coupon from the mailThe coupons do not apply for all the bagels.The recommended bagel is the potato and cheese, one of the signature bagels. You Can’t go wrong in that one.The cream cheese are very nice, if you like sweet, the honey almonds is a good option if not, the veggie is actually pretty good bc it won’t taste like veggies.

Staff was so friendly! I went there on a time crunch for my office and I was in and out of there in five minutes. I went at 10 a.m. and the bagels were so fresh. They have a wide array of flavors and they even have mini bagels for dogs! Highly recommend this location.

I had a craving for some bagels and pastries this morning and decided to go out, best decision! My boyfriend and I went around 11 am, there was no wait, the staff was very friendly and everything was very pleasant! Considering we both ordered several things, our food was out pretty fast and everything tasted delicious! cant wait till the morning to go again!

Ive been to this location multiple times and unfortunately never received good service. They take orders in a rush (even when no one is in line). Theyre not happy when they have to correct orders they get or do wrong. One of those times we waited very long on an order that wasnt even being put together. Apparently, No one was aware that we placed an order, although we were the only ones in the restaurant. Theyre not very friendly. Their menu has changed a lot which leads to many questions that they are not happy to answer.

Terrible experience. I ordered online for curbside and my wife went to pick it up. She went there and called and watched them hang up each time. She had to go in finally and she asked them to confirm if this was the whole order, which they said it was. She got to the car to confirm with me that I ordered a 1/2 doz bagels and had to go back in because it was missing. My wife said the employee was rude about it also. Bad 1st experience and will be our last. In todays day, curbside is important. Dont offer it and not honor it. Also check an order before you give it to a customer. Thats your job. Take pride in it.

The degree of professionalism that I witnessed on my last visit, in lieu of THE rudest customer ever, was very impressive and reassuring. Im not sure if the gentleman behind the counter was a manager or not but he should be.

The times I’ve been here I have always received rude service the employees do not look happy to be there at all if you see my past reviews I never have given a dining place a low review but this one I couldnt take anymore...they made my food exactly how they look miserable.... they put so much spread on my bagel it looks like pure mush.....it’s been multiple occasions I’ve been here and they have been rude or have made my food very sloppy and messy

First time customer and found the ordering process to be simple. I ordered a turkey and cheddar on an asiago bagel. The bagel wasnt to hard but not exactly soft & the turkey patty sausage was flavorful. The pricing is a little high but Im not getting a greasy sandwich, so its worth it for my health.I stayed for a while without any major interruptions. Upon entry, the customer service is pleasantly friendly and the staff appear to enjoy their responsibilities. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in a breakfast or lunch meal in the area.

My favorite Friday breakfast spot. Fast & friendly service, and flavors for all. Not the cheapest or, should I say, less expensive, but well worth the indulgence. On Mondays, even if Im in a hurry, I prefer to hand-pick my bakers dozen. Their ready-to-go boxes are not sufficiently varied for my I-dont-eat-bagels-every-day preference. Not a bad thing, just my personal preference.

I’ve always thought bagels were “Blah” Then I stopped at Einstein Brothers. Best bagel I’ve ever had, best sandwich I’ve ever had. It was awesome! Pity I’m 100 miles away otherwise I would be in this place every day, no question. I normal find a negative when when reviewing, not here though. A bucket list addition if there ever was one.

Good bagels, made the way I liked. I also got an unsweet tea, which was flavorful. The staff there really make the experience a five. They are always nice, polite, quick, helpful, and smiling. Its great to watch them interact with each other and the guests. They move like a well oiled machine.

Five stars for the genuinely friendly staff and amazing deals. Minus one star because of the obvious: only H&H wins five stars. Its a race for second place, and Einstein Bros. acquit themselves nicely.

Great bagels- always a better idea to make your own box than the easy box at the front because you can pick better flavors for the same price. Poor service. Iced coffee will have granules of coffee beans at the bottom every time- better to just get Dunkin Donuts coffee across the street.
