I never thought I would write a review for a trophy store, yet here we are. I have to give a huge thanks to Crown Trophy. Special shout out to Katie! My 2 year old son recieved his very first t-ball trophy the other day. About 2 minutes later my 9 year old daughter dropped it accidentally and it broke in two. I thought about just gluing it but hey, its his very first trophy. I contacted Crown Trophy and they not only said they would provide a new trophy but also redid the engraving. Going even further, Katie offered to meet us near where we lived so we didnt have to drive 40 minutes to Orlando. I really cant say enough about how impressed we are with the customer service. They did an awesome job on a gift for a manager of mine who was leaving that I was trying to create. I bought an action figure POP that was gold and a Wonder Woman and wanted to mount it on a base and have a plate made for it. They exceeded all my expectation and were super friendly and helpful! They understood my concept and help me bring it to life. Not only were they able to help me so last minute it came out great! Definitely will be going back to them for any trophies I ever need in the future!

I normally don’t write reviews, however, I had to write one for Crown Trophy!!! From the moment I entered the store Dave was very pleasant and welcoming. He helped me select a base for my fantasy football champion trophy. Did a great job designing my trophy even giving suggestions on how to make it better. Customer service was great. His wife came in and it was double the wonderful customer service. They now have a customer. When I saw a 4.9 rating it caught my attention now I know why. Service was exceptional. An amazing company with top notch customer service! This was the first time using Crown Trophy and they are now my go -to trophy store. It was a stressful time due to covid and we no longer had an events person. As the office manager, I am not familiar with the process and our usual trophy store was disappointly unhelpful. We had unusual shaped awards that were custom made by a local artist and I needed professional advice on picking out a plaque for the award. Dave and Katie were extremely helpful with suggestions, measuring and the final product exceeded my expectations. I could not have been happier.

Amazing, First Class Service!! Beautiful Trophies!! We ordered 2 large trophies 1 medium size crystal and 4 smaller crystals for our grand final(e) golf tournament and had them engraved. They turned out absolutely amazing. Cheryl and Carol went Above and Beyond our expectations. I cant thank them enough for putting up with last minute changes! Customer service reminiscent of Mom & Pop business days.What do you get a guy who has everything? I finally came up with a unique and personable Christmas gift idea for my father, but only had a few days until my flight home, making it challenging to find an engraver who would take the job or guarantee a completion date.I called Crown Trophy and immediately was given hope that my gift idea could be customized in time, if I brought it in that day. Once I arrived on location, to my surprise I was told they would do the engraving while I waited, so I wouldnt have to make a return trip. The placard they made turned out better than I expected, and not only was the price very reasonable, but there wasnt an additional fee to fix it to my own object, as I had been quoted by others.My experience with Crown Trophy was refreshing from beginning to completed order. I will definitely support this business with any future orders, as well as recommend them to others.Im really excited to surprise my dad...thank you Crown for helping make this a merrier Christmas for us!!! We visited Crown Trophy whilst in Orlando on holiday (as a result of reading Google Reviews) to ask if we could get three medals made for our son to record his achievement in a Championship he competed in.Cheryl, the manager, was extremely helpful and managed to get the medals made up with personalized engraving, ribbons and case within a day. My client was running a high profile trade show in Orlando, and was short several convention-style lanyards, which were urgently needed. I called and left a message about my plight on a *Saturday* and recieved a quick call back from Cheryl. Cheryl didnt have what I needed on hand - but went out of her way to help me locate the lanyards in the specific colors I needed. Cheryl made a special trip to the office on Saturday -- and went to her supplier early on Monday to retrieve the lanyards. Customer service -- off the charts! Wonderful!!!!!

A very large thank you to Crown Trophy, I went to them after trying an online store that failed to even start the order I placed. Due to the holiday weekend, this only left me with two days before I was to present a plaque to our companies GM. Not only did they get me a beautiful crystal plaque, they did it one day sooner than promised. I will use them again.
