Nice store and kind staff but they need to take care of their bathrooms better.

Employees are nice, but the prices are high for cheap novelty costumes and candy.

This party city is alright, we came here to get balloons for my bday and the staff was not the friendliest, we were waiting were the balloons are and a gentleman came in and said you need to get in line for balloons we never do that we always wait in front of the balloons to order them if we don’t order how you going to charged us hello common sense. But sometimes their staff is great just some rude staff I guess this time.

Standard party decor but staff needs better training. do not come here if you dont have all the time in the world. i picked up 5 things. one person in front of me and it took 15 minutes to check out because two staff members were counting pieces of candy for the customer and the other two employees were checking a computer at the balloon area, oblivious to the line. Ive had this type of experience here before on multiple occasions but today I was really trying to get somewhere and urgency is not on this stores priority list.

N being a mother of 10 yea I surly don’t wanna be in 10 different stores looking for stuff,,,,I recently got items of peppa pig to do our goodie bags!!! Absolutely the best customer service ever

We came here to get Halloween costumes and everyone was so nice and helpful. They had a really cool selection and varying price ranges. My mom went full wooky and spent a little more, where as I put together a Han Solo outfit for minimal cost. The employees were helpful but not over eager, they checked in and told us where to find them if we needed help. Even though it was 5 days before Halloween and they were super busy, they were still very polite and helpful. I was very impressed.

Awesome customer service all around. This spot is far from where I live but I will always return here because they treated me so great!

I never go on the internet and write reviews but I felt compelled to share the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with customer service. (Coming from someone who has worked her whole life in customer service and tries to give people the benefit of the doubt)I came a few days after Halloween to return some items with their original tags and receipt. I was informed I cannot return Halloween items after 10/24 per their return policy- ok that sounds fair i will just exchange them as it states on the receipt right? No. I was informed by the manager of the store named Leo that he will not accept exchanges either. I asked him why due to the fact that it is clearly stated on the receipt and his response was “we don’t do that here” I was dumbfounded and confused and said maybe they need to look into changing their receipts and he said “i don’t know what to tell you” so I left the store utterly shocked. He gave me no legitimate reason as to why he wouldn’t allow an exchange and so I then proceeded to call customer service to confirm their exchange policy. The woman on the phone confirmed to me that I should have been able to exchange these items. She then proceeded to call leo the store manager and he said he will not honor the exchange and HANGS UP ON HER! She even went as far to say she would file a complaint on her behalf and mine due to how incredibly rude he was to her on the phone. She then called a different store and spoke with a manager who said he would honor my exchange so I had to drive clear across town for something that should have been honored at the place I originally purchased the items at. Needless to say, I have never experienced such blatant disregard for company policy and by such a rude individual. I never engaged with him in a disrespectful way and I truly don’t understand what warranted his ugly behavior.be careful doing business with this location!

It was my first time visiting. I got a big nice warm welcome by one of the cashiers as I walked in. I love those, its a simple gesture that acknowledges the importance of the customer.I was amazed by the diversity of colors and themes they had. The items are categorized and arranged by same color, so it makes it easier to browse for specific themes.The balloon wall was particularly impressive, they have a wide variety of different sizes, colors. themes and shapes. Plus they blow them up right there for you! Very cool!I will definitely return in the future. A bit disappointed with the lack of generic birthday party themes, but I was still able to find what I was looking for.🦀

I love this store! The sales personnel went above and beyond to assist us. Were having a birthday party for our granddaughter that is Monsters High and we needed deer antlers for a class project, so weve in and out of the store probably ten or twelve times in the last three weeks. Each time the personnel was welcoming and friendly. And they had everything we need but helium. No problem, the experience was still awesome.

They have a wide variety of party items to help in planning a party. Right now is Halloween season and costumes are so much fun. The accessories are great to add to costumes and make them yours. Just a fun place to visit.

I was extremely surprised that at this time of year with all the crazy last minute shoppers looking for costumes (including us).. every employee had a smile on their face and enjoyed their job.... Our visit was pretty awesome...

I had to wait 77 minutes to get 3 balloon inflated. They said 40 minutes.

Yes, finally someone carries Beanie Boo party supplies!!! Shopped here for all of my 9 year olds birthday stuff and was thrilled to find the New Beanie Boo section. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and used an amazing $20 off coupon too. Win win!!! Clean, organized, great staff and prices!!!

Recently stopped in here to get balloons for a birthday party, and the service was fantastic! Even though we stopped in on Friday afternoon, they were able to get our order squeezed in Saturday morning, and it was even ready a little bit earlier than they said, which was perfect!

The only reason I gave this store a one star was to be able to write a review. Came to this store and the cashier Kit did not even say hi and manager told us that there was not helium left when there was 20 minutes left. Not only she told us that there was no helium, she told us that we have to hurry up because the register shuts down exactly at 8:30pm. Do not shop here, there are better places to shop than here.

The employees out on the floor were really helpful.. but I waited in a long line for about 10 minutes just for the hat I had to ring up at $14.99 when on the shelf it was priced at $5.99. They did not try to match the price I saw it for or go look at the shelf. I wasted my whole lunch break here today. Pretty disappointed.

Can not even trust ordering online and having it sent to this location. Was an awful experience that I seen this mother and child went through. I left my items and just walked out. How can you convince someone they picked up their costume than to find the package OPEN UP in the back with items missing!! They did not even seem least concerned with what happen, they made her PAY FOR THE MISSING ITEMS that was not orginal with the costume she paid for!!! Than offered her few bucks off when she PAID for her item online. That is still MAIL we should be trusted to PAY for items and have them arrive safe with out employees going through it!!! Im so disgusted, need to retrain and watch your employees!!!

Dont go to this Party City. They have awful customer service and were incredibly rude. Someone else pushed in front of us and we had to wait while they blew up 18 balloons for her. They didnt tell us when our order was ready and obviously they could see we were waiting. This store needs to hire some capable friendly personnel.
