Unprofessional and not responsible business conducting with customers. I will never ever buy anything from them again. Bought a LED machine and as soon as we try to use it never work. Brought it and they give no guarantees at all on anything. They offer me to pay for shipping and will be subject if the manufacturer want to restauren or not. Very disappointed

I came here to get a box of gloves. Why is it, when they see American Vietnamese, they do not want to serve them. The owner, which was a lady, act like she didn’t see me. I been waiting over 5 minutes. I do not usually complain. I am infuriated! After that, it took Brian 5 minutes later, to ask me if I been helped. Wow! His mom which was the owner, said moved the box, it’s in people walk way, in a rude manner. I do not understand how, other people walk in there after me been taken care of first priority than me, I thought it was first come first serve. I will not come here again. Very rude and not professional at all.

Firstly I called before going to the store to verify they sold specific products and the person on the phone was polite and properly informed. Arrived at the store and was overwhelmed..in a good way.. at how much stuff was there was. It was nail supply heaven. I specifically went for dipping powders and saw many many many options at resonable prices, just wished that they had more than one english speaking employee so that the one bilingual employee isnt always so busy as the others can only help but so much. Thats normal and understandable most likely a family business. Nonetheless I enjoyed my shopping experience and my products. Happy shopping!

This seller trying to rip off their customers by packing less items than the order total to the box, once customers received the box, customer will be screwed as seller do not response for any loss items sent out.

Love that you dont need a cosmetology license to shop here. Reasonably priced nail polish, gel polish, powder dip, tools, brushes, nail art etc. that I felt more comfortable buying in person than from an unknown Amazon seller. Some polish appeared old, but others looked like they were in new packaging. If buying polish I would open tops to check consistency before purchase. Staff was friendly and gave options as far as recommending brands, didnt lead me to the most expensive items first. Lots of brands to choose from-- do your homework beforehand so you know what brand names work best for your need. NOT IN A GOOD PART OF TOWN, I didnt feel unsafe but will definitely bring a friend w me next time.

Watch your receipt... they charge more than what they put on sign. Make sure the price is correct. I try to call them to leave a message but the message machine in box is full . There has no email to contact . I need my money back

Guys are extremely rude .. they never gloves on shelves. And when I kindly ask about purchasing (5) gloves that they have up in the boxes they get attitude .. I felt so bad I apologized about bothering and he walked away in the middle of me apologizing to go get a ladder mad. Don’t waste your time coming because when you ask for assistance they always get mad and bothered .. this is NOT THE FIRST TIME it HAPPENS. I am a spa owner and would NEVER treat my customers like this .

November 6, 2017 - went there and the experience and prices were great. Was tired of waiting on Amazon and their overpriced merchandise to get delivered to my home. Honestly i needed the acrylic practice finger and they were 2/$1...i couldn’t believe it so I racked up. I also went there with my two year old daughter and the cashiers were so friendly, they gave her cookies. I will be returning when i get better with applying tips and acrylic.

Its not easy to make women happy! I have never made my mom so happy what I bought for her. But it became so easy when I shop here. They just open for 2 months; however, they have the best service and always be happy whatever you said. Also, they have a lot of good stuff and good deals. I like to buy a gift for my mom there.

Despite some of the negative reviews, this place is AMAZING!!!! The guys there at the shop are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are open to the public and do not require any type of license in order to shop there. The selection of polishes were great and the price points were even better. I will never go anywhere else for any of my manicure needs. Im actually going back today to pick up more $5 OPI polishes :)

Its hit or miss on prices. Some things are over priced while the nail bling is actually reasonably priced compared to other nail supply stores. They were nice and spoke English here!

I know they’re rude in general, but they made me feel so uncomfortable and looked down on me every time I asked for the price. How can I decide to buy something without knowing the price? They barley have price on their products, and when you asked, they answered to you rudely and walked away like you’re wasting their time. No, their store doesn’t have a good price. I’ll just stick with online. For the same price, why don’t you want to get a free shipping to your door in 3 days🤷‍♀️.

Extremely bad customer service. The manager posted that they test all machines in store that is not true they also do not explain return policy when you purchase. I mad a purchase of 1,000 in 2 days and I went to exchange a dust collector that did not collect dust before there 15 day policy and they did not exchange I did not want my money back but yes a credit to purchase something else. Manager said... Its not like it cost 600.00 its only 25.00. That is very disrespectful. She said as lond as the more turns on it works. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never go back. ABC looks like you need the 25.00 more than I do.

I got the facial chair and the table from them . First they say $250 . And i drive from Ocala to Orlando to get the chair and the table . And they charge me $270 . They say the price going in up. But sunny they sale $250 if they say $270 I’m not going there I’m going to sunny . But when i go there by 6pm and sunny close . They not nice

I came in thinking that they knew what they were doing but I ended up wasting my time and $40. I asked him multiple times if it worked and when I came home it ended up not working on my nails. Really disappointed and upset.
