They dont care about you. They just stopped delivering to us without notice or reason. Told us we are welcome to GO THERE TO PICK IT UP at full price of course. Really hope someone else ANYONE else gets the products.

I never had a great experience with the. And delivery. Drivers not showing up and missed deliveries. After Covid they no longer delivery to my location. I have to willcall. This pretty much socks. Hope things get better soon.

It was ok, they were constant in getting the trucks unloaded. And the guard was polite. About 2 hours to unload.

Gates open at 6:00am. Several 6am apps, first come, first severed for this appt time. Remove your seal and load strapes, slide your tandems, chock tires, lower landing gear, stay connected. Tight lot, but enough room for backing into dock.. Fast unload. Unloaded in 45 min. Great attitudes from workers.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!Been on hold 3 different times for at least an hour and a half each time. How do you guys run a business like this??

You cant deliver early here. 30 minutes prior to appointment is it.

Check all the item on delivery, cause u not getting refund if anything missing

Check in with security for door. Unloaded in 1 hour.plenty of space to back in docks.

Sit a long time waiting to get unloaded....filthy porta potty for truck drivers even though the state has opened up

You can sleep on loop Road across the street or right in front of building. 15 minutes late waiting to get checked in but put me right to a door and was unloaded in 30

Nice place but theyre very slow wouldnt want to go back there to be unloaded did get paid attention

They by appointment only been in the door for two hours so far I haven’t even been touched it seem like they only have one person unloaded trailers

Excellent for a beer distributor...small receiving lot but quick unload...good instructions...

So because my truck broke down and I was late, they will punish me and keep me here all day even though there hasn’t been any other trucks for hours. And the forklift driver has been singing super loudly while driving back and fourth. My a/c is broken too and they won’t let you into the lounge because of “COVID”...

SOOOOOOO dissapointed in this company. My bar has ordered from them for years and now in the middle of a pandemic they are cutting my delivery days to once a month, (because I havent ordered enough in the last 4 months, really we were closed for 2 of them). Even though two others businesses (a restaurant and a liquor store) are in the same strip mall and get deliveries EVERY WEEK.

My first order and Im already having a hard time with them.... They never deliver when at the date that they tell you!I still havent got my order.... its been a week.but thats the beauty when you dont have competition in the state, right Florida Dist Co?I still have to wait for your goodwill to deliver it to me... because I have no other choices... (depending of what kind of beer you want...)

Update received another order on Friday October 18th 2019 salesman came by the following week and stated that I had coronas that expired from 2017. I am formed him that I had to receive it from the company because I just got the order in on the 18 of October.. once again the company is delivering expired beer.

GOOD LUCK!!! Unless you are a giant corporation or a thundering night club..you get ignored. May stop by twice a month for delivery if you are lucky. If they send you out of date/broken beer, they do not take it back and replace like every other distributor. Great with Platitudes I understand it is all logistics etc. The bottom line, they are doing YOUR small business a FAVOR by servicing your account. Zero customer service. Only deliver to my business twice a month...but the truck drives by my establishment every single day...hmmm logistics?? hire a new statistician!!!!!

Worst company to deal with. If you have any issues they don’t give you phone number or email of higher staff or supervisors.Don’t resolve any problems. Sales supervisor shows up once or twice a year with no helpIf I have any other distributing company for Corona and Modello I will dump this company right away.But in state of Florida only one company can deliver one kind of beer. I had a 7am appointment, got there at 6:30, and was done in less than an hour. Now I have time to go to the beach and work on my tan.

Security allowed me in early but did not give me a door; hours early. Have to pay attention to getting unloaded; dock workers wave bills at you when finished.

Went there on a delivery, took 2hrs and a portapotty for a bathroom.

The worst company ever to deal with...I get orders every 2 weeks.they sent me wrong order 7/27 and I asked them to change it on 8/8 which was on following order date.They said they would fix on same day but next day they did not pick up the wrong order when they sent me the order. I asked driver about the return he said someone else come to fix it in a few days. I have waited whole another two weeks. No one showed up.Today I made another order and I told them the situation but they said they can get the return because it is over 10 days. They also mention I have to get approval from the state to return the product.It was them sent me wrong order and I have to go through all these headache.This big company service is really disappointing.

Worst company ever. They deff need to go to Carroll Distribution to learn how to take orders and how to deliver. This company doesnt believe in services at all. Whenever you call Orlando office they give you someone else s number and that someones else s never answer your phone calls. I have 9 vendors in my stores but this company is just extremely worst where I dont even want to give one star.please try to get better employees who knows how to take orders and deliver. You need a new staff or sell your company to better person who can handle it wisely.Thank you

This company has a terrible customer relation.. they constantly delivers expired beers they send a salesman man to check your product then say it’s expired telling you to throw it out without a replacement.Saleman suspend account ..I have been in business for 30 years this is the first time that something like this has ever happened out of all my companies. This by far is the worst company ever. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

Not impressed when your driver stopped on Main street and GOT OUT of his truck to go into the corner convenience store completely blocking Main Street and Woodlawn Ave. in Bartow at 7:20 this morning. There are other commuters on the road!

Worst company ever, I have a business account with them and they had me on monthly delivery only . I don’t have storage in my business to store big quantities of beer . I order 40 cases at a time and I have to take more than half of the order to my own house and store it in my garage . I get inspection by the state all the time demanding invoices cuz people call on me that I transfer beer in my personal car . I called every single manager in the company and all denied my request to switch it from monthly to biweekly . I told them I can order 30-40 case every 2 weeks just please deliver, been out of yuengling draft for 2 weeks now ! Today I got 63 case and 2 of Fdc drivers load my car with over 45 case and i took them to my house. Unprofessional company that want to dig your $$$ only !! They don’t care about there customers at all .

Worst distributing service I ever had in my life their whole You need to crew start from top to bottom district manager to the driver all of them worst worst worst garbage. I definitely said they should not deserve to be a distributor such as imported beer.😡😡😡😡😡

A Monopoly that forces you to purchase large quantities of imported beer in order to recieve there discounts, and then its your job to eat the out of date beer. They claim that the state doesnt require them to swap out of dates it was done as a courtesy. I guess the state doesnt care if someone becomes very ill on out of date beer. The state doesnt impose the minimum FDC does, thus causing the out of dates in your local stores giving you the runs.

Very disappointed with FDC, we have supported them and the brands they sell for 20 years., poor service and untrained sales people, no follow through with promotional schedules, slow to provide promotional material pricing tags, sales reviews, prompt delivery etcChanged both our delivery days and refused to change them and said we were not being good partners .delivery days they proposing are already overloaded and unworkable .(If it was the other way round they would expect theirs deliveries delivered when they want them, and at time they want, you can read truck driver reviews )All they talk about is they are the largest beer distributers in the country and they know what they are doing, they have forgotten “customer is always right “ it’s only cares about costs not service .FDC is the biggest trucking company that happens to ships beer and soda and makes money through cost cutting. that’s what you do period, not build relationships and brands !Listening to and helping customers is a very important part of any business that helps become better for the long run.Our other beer distributor has better service in every Catogery hands down. And they sell the biggest beer brand in the 🌎

I ordered yesterday via the Web and the delivery today was short. It was the wrong count from the warehouse. I had to go all the way to the FDC main office to pick up the short order, but it was supposed to be bottles and not cans and this has happened continuously in the past 6 months. No sales rep. or field manager has come since I opened the store, even a local manager and no one on one support at all. The company of Wayne Densch systems is very good and the sales rep and local manager supported us to grow my small business. The volume of sales is more than 2 times during our 6 months in business. The FDC needs more improvement in the supporting team, warehouse and customer service. I have to say that my experience for the past six months has been less than expected for me to keep my store stocked and run my business. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I ordered a annual release beer in 2017. I received a beer from 2016 and a tap handle from 2015. It’s a shame their portfolio is very extensive.

Terrible Customer service. Poor routing and will do nothing to help customers unless you are as big as Walmart, Publix, etc. The small companies are held hostage by their monopoly. It will take the team of small companies to file a grievance with the BBB.

This place does not have overnight parking, fast unloading,but u could park in the street in front of the warehouse called center loop.

Worst distributor Ive ever dealt with as a small business. I had no problem with them off the top of my head when I worked for a local beer giant.

Might be nice to work there, but horrible waiting for their service. Have been asking 6 months now for something as small as an email of their pricing. Cavalier and Micro Man send me an updated price aheet every 2 months and I dont even use them as a distributor. The only good portion ive delt with are the drivers, they come in they do their job and they clean up, at least the drivers that do our routes. We had a routine order of roughly 90 kegs every 10-15 days with them. Youd think theyd honor your business and not mess with your schedule? Nope. out of nowhere anounce this assine bi-weekly orders. which would work out great if it wasnt consistent, but ever single holiday they get to personally decide who gets the routes before the holiday and who waits till after. So I get an order for new years, then have to wait till martin luther king day....then youre gunna come 3 weeks straight? Get yourselves together. This is a message to the company not even to future guests. Stop focusing on how much cash you can squeeze out of total wine, and ABC. Its so obvious and you have HUNDREDS of other more important stores. Get a grip.
