Ive been a regular customer for 5 years now. They have the biggest selection of products and some of the best names in the game. The staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Bruce the owner is a great guy and would give you the shirt off his back. Hes very kind and his products arent overpriced! And its always better to support small businesses in our communitys which is another reason I go here. I would give them 10 stars if they had 10 to give!! Its always a pleasure to stop in!

Potentially one of the worst smoke shops in the area, you are better off going anywhere else. There’s a ton of smoke shops around it.. there is one literally walking distance so this one is just a bad choice. The staff is rude and they have no idea what they are talking about. So if you have questions, don’t expect them to be answered here. I’ve bought 2 different pens that were broken inside of their packaging. They must buy cheaply made stuff

I’m usually only there for the heisenburg vape juice and a couple other items but the workers there are quick and very helpful when I actually do have questions! Appreciate all of your service tremendously. If I’m not there several times a week, something is definitely wrong.

Been going to this vape shop past few months, never really had any issues but the last few times I was completely unsatisfied. I bought a fume disposable for about 15 bucks, as usual I was told to test it before I leave the store because they can exchange it. When I tested it it had no flavor and didnt give me any kind of nicotine buzz, even had my girlfriend test it who doesnt vape and she didnt even cough like she would when I even vape near her, store clerk wouldnt let me exchange it and I had to end up buying a second vape, which also sucked...

Typical smoke shop. Friendly staff, lighter fluid and other products were reasonably priced. Cigarettes were average price but store was clean and very organized

Great first experience 🙂 figured I’d buy a personal hookah since Rona is out here being disrespectful so after reading the great reviews I decided to check this place out and they did NOT disappoint! Stores always been sketchy. Theyre known to allow drug deals behind the store. I went in multiple times without any ID and got away with pieces, alcohol, and saw people even dealing powder in the parking lot. Should be shut down!

One of the best smoke shops in orlando, they got these new disposable bars called “Cali Bars”, same company that makes Cali pods. Hits smoother than a baby’s bottom, tastes great, the workers there are very friendly, i frequent this place every week. Highly recommend.

They have a ton of products but their employees were not helpful what-so-ever. I actually went two different times, one day apart and dealt with two different people and unfortunately neither was really helpful. I explained that the product I was buying was new to me but I still felt like I was having to pull information out of them rather than them being willing to just offer it. Also on my second visit the person assisting me wouldnt even take the items out of the glass case for me to hold and really look at in which was I felt was odd. Ultimately I left disappointed and ended up going to another Vape shop a few miles away and made my purchase. On a positive note, they do have a large variety of smoke shop type products.

Have a way better alternative to the puff bar! Check out Cali bar, employees always show love and very helpful. Open late hours as well!

Lol my friend and I only came in for soda but we found more than expected. They have pretty much everything vape and much more and the staff are very friendly. Its actually a pretty cool place and well be back for sure and next time well buy more than just soda lol.

I just love these people. They create an amazing and comfortable atmosphere for anyone to walk into. I went in there this evening, and they were playing the soundtrack to descendants two, and that just made my night. I almost sang every word and the clerk suggested that I should, but I didn’t... lol! I really enjoy going into this place, every single time it’s a new experience with different people and I really truly appreciate the vibe that it leaves me with.

Small shop with odd parking availability. They had what I needed, but I ended up paying double the actual cost of the item because I didnt know any better and the same item sells for half the price elsewhere. The guy who helped me was very informative and sold me what I wanted not what he thought I would want. So if your in a pinch and need something, theres a good chance they have it here... At a premium.

Wry friendly shop with helpful clerks who are knowledgeable about their products. When I was a cigarette smoker I collected Zippo lighters. Now and then a cigar sounded good so a butane lighter was needed. Refilling a butane lighter was just that, I thought. I have to carry a lighter for work. The lighter doesnt work reliably. I was told that there are different grades of quality and the problem could be just that: a better butane. He recommended one and told me if it doesnt work bring it in and he will try to work on the lighter. It worked! I have 3 or 4 cans of the same brand but look different. I guess if I think about it, there are different qualities of gasoline.

Best smoke shop in town hands down.... if they dont have it its just not available.... Everything from papers to hookahs to flushes to cool decorative items and even beer and wine. If you smoke or know a smoker and are in the area its a definite must.

WORST PLACE EVER. SO apparently, so you can discriminate against people. My daughter turned 18 and on her birthday went into the shop with her legal Florida drivers license. The girl with the braces stopped her at the door and said you have to be 18. My daughter said I am its my birthday and showed her license. The girl wearing braces told her she was not allowed in the shop. This is after my daughter just left from getting her first tattoo from a very reputable shop in town. We live about 45 minutes away and she went to Orlando for her birthday. This place is a joke or at least this employee is a joke and someone needs to have a good hard talking to her about discriminating against a person. My daughter did nothing wrong, had a valid license and was of age. Never again will she or her brother, who goes to smoke shops in Orlando ever spend a dime in your store. This girl needs to be fired.

I hope he gets fired because he needs to know how to talk to people. Wish I could give this place no stars.

What kind of business doesn’t offer warranty on their faulty equipment. Bought an $80 Smok prince stick vaper and the thing was leaking oil through the airflow chamber the next day. Called the store and the lady who answered COACH me into how to probably fix the problem, called the second time and asked me to bring it in and see if they can fix it or if not I can take it with the manufacturer. No customer satisfaction guaranteed and poor business model I’m surprised they’re still in business and with a 4.5 review rating! Unbelievable! . If this had a zero star rating I’ll definitely rate it -3. Because at least they’re nice at taking your money in a polite way.

Purchased 2 bottles of Naked Ice, One of them was an open bottle. I did not want Naked Ice but did not notice it at first. Literally walked out the door and back in 30 seconds after the initial purchase. They proceeded to refuse to exchange one of the bottles because it was open. I was not the one to open the bottle and again was outside of the store for a solid 30 seconds. But somehow it was my fault that they sold me an open bottle of juice. Exchanged the sealed bottle but said they couldnt do anything with an open bottle, even though it was clearly opened in transit to the store or an employee. I even left the open bottle and walked out, they more then likely put it right back on the shelf so i would not recommend.
