This place is amazing. I did curbside several times. I had to come and let you know the customer service was great! They always pick the best produce for me and my family!

Very friendly and helpful staff.But the lack of a lot of products that we find in another public, is ashamed. But, just because of their amazing customer service, specially Teresa, I still will give them a 5 stars review.

Honestly this is worst puplix I have been too. The staff are always rude and unhelpful. Asking for help finding items they are rude say they dont have them but I have found them my self after. One time I was checking out and the cashier was yelling the bag boy for not bagging things the way I asked. I didnt care I said it was ok no problem a few times. He was autistic and I have multiple Autistic family members so I was happy to have him help me and completely fine with the small error but this lady just kept on and on at him for the mistake and it broke my heart. The meat department is rude when you ask if they have more meat in the back. Im a gig worker a shopper. I am at Publix all day all over Orlando area and this is the worse one by far. Not everyone is rude but they definitely have alot of bad apples. This Publix needs to do better. I expect more from them....Update still the worst staffed Publix. Rude staff when asking for help on oct 17 2021.... See picture below dont ask him for help he hates his job and is rude to everyone.

I have been a long time customer of Publix. I have been attending this Publix for about 8 years now and I have never had a problem. Recently however my experience has been horrid. I planned a small party for my daughters birthday and I had ordered mini sliders. I ordered them two weeks in advance and when I got to the Publix I was told that they werent ready but they were baking the bread. That is unreasonable and I am not sure why it wasnt ready, but I let it slide because things happen. This most recent time though was the last straw, I ordered full sub sandwiches for my family. Every sub was fine but my sub was missing the key ingredient, meat. I called the manager at the Publix and I did not want a free sub, I just wanted her to tell them that is something they need to pay attention to. She did not take me seriously and sounded like she wanted to laugh at my frustration. I never thought I would say this but I am never going to that Publix again. I am a loyal customer and I thought I could trust them with my money but obviously I cannot.

The place is a super small Publix, stuff is stacked high. Great service. Good products as always with Publix.

Great place to shop! Love their special BOGOs - buy one get one free. Store has a small town atmosphere. Outside architecture is iconic. Worth the visit!

Store is actually unusual and one of the few in existence that still looks like the Publix store first open years ago.But because in the area this store is located they go by the area in prices.Everything in the store is way on the high % price range.But its a clean and unique store.

Very nice and attentive staff! The cilantro was a little brown and I asked if they had any fresh ones. Produce took care of me right away within minutes! Gotta love that. Thanks for your help!

Always great service and pleasant employees. Fruits are priced a little high especially the ones they cut up in store and sell like the watermelon and pineapples and melons. Overall I pay the extra cost because of the good treatment I receive.

Way too expensive. Much better and way less expensive alternatives: Aldi, Trader Joes and Walmart. Publix prices have consistently risen since Covid. Do yourself a favor: save money and shop somewhere else.

Nice choices of wine, fresh salmon fast check out, two not enough black employees in my opinion but there is one black manager.

8 Forest head technician who cut the meat there was one of the best meat artistries Ive ever had Ive been to several publixs to have my meat stuff but and cheese he cut them to a perfect size a recommended good choices that go together as far as meat and cheeses

Clean smaller community store. Easy to find most things but store feels a little small due to tighter isles and less room then some of the other publix stores. Super friendly staff. Always enough people on the registers unlike some of the others in the area.

Love our little Publix most of the time, but not lunch time, and not after school time, or after work time, or when I want a specific ingredient even a common one bc it may be out of stock due to the limited shelf space, not when I want a more specilized item I have to go to a bigger Publix for, and not when they take my info to let me know when something comes in because in 7 years they are 10 for 10 on NEVER calling to let me know the item they ordered for me was in stock. But they are helpful in showing you where the thing you are looking for is supposed to be but isnt and the checkout staff is excellent!

This is a very busy Publix location. They have great service and are very clean. Huge produce, wine and other product selections.

This is my favorite Publix to go to. And today just wasn’t the best customer service as well as checking out they but my 10 yogurts in the same bag as the chicken one that’s over packed and two that’s cross contamination if the raw chicken juice would of got on my yogurt I asked for it to be in a different bag after that it was like I asked them to do something hard.

Everyone is super nice and helpful but honestly it has the slowest deli in galaxy. Theres always 10 people behind the counter working and i have no idea what they are doing but its not servicing the customer in a timely manner.

I think the most mad I’ve ever been has been at this locations pharmacy. The pharmacist took my empty rx and told me to come back a little later. So I did and this guy looked me in the eyes upon my return and told me it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow afternoon. This isn’t cookies dude. It’s important medication.When a customer drops off a prescription there isn’t room for waiting an extra day or two. When someone drops off an rx, maybe actually check if someone will, in fact, be able to pick up. My life is about to be a nightmare for the next 24 hours or however long it takes to get a text message letting me know when I can have access to meds that I’ve had filled at this location every 30 days for years

CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT!!!One their employees is copying credit card numbers and manually entering them making fraudulent purchases! Beware!I had 3 purchases alert me from this location and I have the card, theres no reason manual entries of credit card numbers should even be an option for employees without management to do it for them for this exact reason. Beware if your card / chip doesnt work and they ask for you to hand it to them.

We go to Publix for customer service. Cashier Ashley M was the most rude cashier I have ever dealt with. She also lazily put two bottles of wine in one plastic bag, which broke, dropping the wine to the floor exploding all over me and my shoes. Nobody seemed to care, the manager refused a refund, and never once apologized for the rude customer service and lack of care. The bagger seemed high out of his mind as well, as he reacted to the explosion of wine with zero emotion or empathy whatsoever.. I will never go back to this Publix.

CP Publix is small, so not a good choice for harder to find items, but a great neighborhood C-store with nice people.

They were very polite and everyone greeted me welcome and Lee but they did not offer to help me out with my groceries which thats a staple at Publix was this Publix has several men standing around just talkin because it was almost closing time and no one helped me out with my groceries or even asked if I wanted help out so that was unusual for Publix but maybe thats what I do when I use late I dont know

The store itself and its offerings are excellent. Masks are suggested, but management makes zero attempt to enforce their alleged mask policy. On a recent visit, there were several people with no masks, along with customers, employees and outside vendors with uncovered noses. I pointed this out to the manager and his attitude was (paraphrasing), We post a sign at the entrance, so oh well.

Look, this is the smallest Publix in the area. So that means it doesn’t have everything that massive Hollianna has, or even a regular size store would have, but there’s a ton of people who have worked there for years and years and they’re all incredibly helpful (not out of the ordinary for Publix of course) but I’ve been going there for at least a decade and know loads of the employees, and they’ve done things above and beyond for me; one time I forgot my wallet (and didn’t yet have Apple Pay on my phone), and Gwen at checkout paid for my groceries herself (which of course I repaid later that day).I realize leaving a review for a supermarket is sorta silly but I have a silly love for this little neighborhood Publix.
