Publix is a superior shopping experience. Today, it was all about the deli. The Italian sub is top notch. I had the Italian meats on the 5 grain bread with mayo and provolone cheese (paused here to let them bake it for 30 seconds), then added lettuce and tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers and topped with a few shakes of oregano, salt pepper, oil and vinegar. This is a flavor masterpiece!

First of all Publix is located in a very nice area known as Lake Nona off of Narcoossie in St. Cloud Florida. Theres a ton of traffic, road work and other construction as well. If all of that isnt bad enough, theres a school built right beside the Publix. So when the school lets out between 3 and 4 this place/Publix becomes a nightmare. I was stuck in my work truck waiting. To get out of the parking lot. Other than that staff are very welcoming and nice. Store is clean and service was great at both the deli and the checkout line.

Great customer service in the store BUT the pharmacy has the best staff ever. Lou and Lamar not only go above and beyond there job titles, these guys care like family. God bless them.

Mr Robert McKinney. I believe you are referencing a different Publix store than the one you are in now. Publix Super Market at Lake Nona Creekside is not located anywhere near Narcoossee Road, nor is there a new school being built around it as you mentioned. Incidentally, this Publix store in LN Creekside is a wonderful store.

Why a four? Full disclosure: The Publix store which earns a 5 star is Dr Phillips. Clean, well organized and friendly staff. Its what I expect from Publix. What set this Publix apart? They have what I refer to as a ready meal section. You can pickup different platter made subs, my favorite is there cubano, in addition to different type of entrees. The first Publix to my knowledge to sell Tomahawk Ribeyes, not sure if permanent or a promotion, nice to have the option.

Always clean store with fresh produce and meats. The staff is over and beyond friendly. Love coming to this location.

It is a little smaller in size and it lacks the self check out but it is a fairly new store and it is modern and clean with the same products and service that public delivers!

They always have everything I need very

Although the cashiers, managers, floor stock team members are great, the deli section leaves much to be desired. This is the closest Publix to me so I have been coming here since they opened. Whenever I place an online order for deli pick up there is ALWAYS an issue. Order not completed at the designated time, wrong items or amounts, switching of brands without notice, and then when you try to get someones attention to ask where your items are or to request incorrect items be corrected, the team just seems very annoyed with you. If this were a one time thing, I understand we are all human & make mistakes, but this happens every single time. Really disappointed & was hopeful it would get better over time.

Pub subs are always fresh and delicious.And the customer service in the deli was wonderful.

Very nice place to do your groceries. The prices are fair and the staff is responsive and attentive. I went here on the 4th of July and even though it was busy, I didnt feel like I was being a burden on the staff. Overall, a very positive experience!

People were very nice, but I wanted cash back and the girl ran it as credit and didnt even ask or give me a chance to check yes!!!♡♡♡

I love visiting this Publix location, very clean and has friendly staff. Stuff are very easy to find and it’s well organized and the deli section is the bomb. I love the cold family meals they have prepared, it makes it easier for me at times when I’m in pain

Its your run of the mills publix. Very clean, nice staff. My only complaint is they always seem to run out of the weekly ad stuff. If you want the deals you need to come first thing when the ad starts over.

Its not what Im used to shopping at but was the next best thing for sure to say. Better than strack and vin til any day is the truth.

I had to go to 4 local supermarket sites to get the items I need. Publix at Lake Nona near the OIA/Boggy Creek provided me with all the other local ones could not. *Will in the meat deli was efficient, and made me forget how frustrated I was within the other 5 miles radius, the others were.

There is a pharmacist, Lou…I hope I didn’t butcher his name. He’s great people. That whole store is full of great people. They define where shopping is a pleasure.

This store is great I want in a time that was just after work every I was pretty much empty and the store was completely stopped cashiers what even standing outside of the cashier Lane waiting for somebody to come cash out what a wonderful experience

One of the best Publix Ive been too! Granted, its new, but the offerings and service was on-point! The cashier (Samantha) shared a coupon in the weekly flyer I didnt know about and it was appreciated! While shopping, I was even able to sample an Apron chicken marsala recipe! Thanks, Publix! 👍

How always the very good attention and your products of the best quality

The staff here are so nice and personable. I had to ask for help with a product and the associate not only walked me to where it was but had a genuine conversation with me on the way. I believe one of the managers rang up my purchase and she was so personable and funny that I left the store cracking up. Neither of these ladies had any way of knowing that I was having a rough day which made this experience even more meaningful. Keep up the amazing work!

I go to this Publix when I have appointments at the VA. Its on my way so I usually find an excuse to stop by. I find no reason to give them less than 5 stars because the place is always clean, the staff has always helped with a very honestly friendly attitude. The products are always well stocked. They have the best deli! The Boars Head meats and cheeses are terrific. Great stuff at the Bakery and the cannolis, what can I say. Go get one and youll see. They are made at the last minute, as it should be. We use the Publix Pharmacy also because they are very helpful. This Publix has lots of parking spots and pretty easy to get to.

Its the best Publix in the Lake Nona area. Only complaint is with the Deli section. The staff behind the counter are either Kids (lazy) making your sub or literally one peraon servicing 15 customers. Overall- This is where I prefer to grocery shop...

Worst publix pharmacy I have ever been to. Sent me a text saying my script... a very common every day script is ready for pick up following my surgery. The pharmacy team specifically is one of my favorite employees at this store. As a pharmacy tech myself at a competitor pharmacy, I try to be as helpful and kind as possible to patients. Im very fortunate that this local Publix has one of the best teams Ive seen even comparable to my store! Both pharmacists that have helped me and their techs, thank you so much for your upbeat attitudes. Its not an easy job sometimes, and your patience is appreciated!

Disappointed with the service in the deli dept (cooked food section in particular)

Unsanitary hot food in the deli! The man behind the counter, and the Manager on Duty at Customer Service didn’t seem concerned at all about a fly landing on the side dishes. I’m not confident the sides were thrown out after I complained and made fresh...and even if the fly was killed. There was no sense of urgency or sincere concern from the employees, especially disappointing from a manager. This was my first visit to this Publix location and will for sure make me think twice about eating at any Publix deli. 🤮

I swear I always have issues with this publix. Its either someones on their phone ignoring everyone or they are having their own conversations and ignoring people. But now being in there for just a quick milk pick up witnessing 4 people without masks on just walking around and acting stupid and one having a full conversation with the seafood guy. I guess they dont care anymore. Im so over this publix and will not be going back because i do not feel safe.

Id give zero stars if I could. The produce here is almost always half spoiled. Cucumbers I buy last 3-4 days at best, but if I buy them at the Publix on Narcoossee they last 2 weeks. Today I ordered Mardis Gras wings which take over an hour to prepare and when I arrived to pick them up they claimed I never ordered them. Then they claim they found my order on the floor and it was missed. I love Publix, but this is by far their worst location. I will start going back to the one in Lake Nona even though its 15 minutes out of the way.
