My wife and I were looking for a specific boat. We walked into Regal & Nautique of Orlando to look around. Alex, the sales representative gave us a tour and showed us some boats. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and told him to call me is something came in. After about a week on Saturday, I get a call from Rufino Cruz. He started sending me pictures of boats that were available and some that wouldnt last long. I went straight over to them. We looked again and then he showed me a picture of a Regal 26 Express. That was the one with cabin and all. After talking it over with my hyperventilating wife (Big Boat) I finally put a deposit on it untill it came in. Once it came in, Rufino and I met at the lake to go over the boat safety. Then it was put in the water. He showed me about dock etiquette and patience when in the dock. We took it for a spin and after much test driving I winded up leaving with what I found out was a Certified Yacht. WooHoo! Rufino was very knowledgeable about the boat and all of its parts. I really had a good experience without the pressure of a sale. He found the boat of my dreams and my wifes hyperventilation. Now I can join my cousin Jose, who is also a Regal boat owner. The service department is amazing!!! Took my boat in as another mechanic who claimed to be “PCM Certified” said the boat was not pumping water through the engine. Took it to Nautique and they diagnosed it the next day and confirmed the pump was working just fine. They are detailed, caring and always go above and beyond every time I use them. I would recommend them 100% over for any service to your inboard.

I bought a beautiful brand new 50th Anniversary 2020 LX-6 from this dealership.They were able to get the one I wanted from another dealer in South Florida. Price was good and I had a few extra options added. They got it to me quick and shined her up and delivered the boat to my home and put it into the water for me so I could put the boat in my dock. Great service.They use a third party to install some of the audio options and along the way there was a minor mistake made. Didnt affect the boat but at the end of the day, they made good on it. Again, came out to my dock and took care of the problem.I wanted to take the boat out on Thanksgiving and lowered the boat into the water and fired up the engine and get a check engine message. No propulsion from the engine. Runs fine, just no propulsion.Anyway, this dealership is sending a tech out to my dock the same day I asked for it to look at the problem. Here it is on a Friday, the day after Thanksgiving (which I am sure folks are on vacation) and they are able to get someone out this quickly. Hopefully the issue will get fixed.At the end of the day, its all about service. This dealership has stepped up to the plate. I highly recommend them. Rufino is my sales rep and he always stays in contact from purchase to any problems I have. Hes awesome.Thank you.

We purchased a G23 from this location. There were a few manufacturer recalls and issues in the beginning but I give the staff and management at Regal & Nautique of Orlando top ratings for responsiveness and trustworthiness. They stayed true to their word and fixed the problems to our satisfaction in a timely fashion. We are thrilled with our G23.

I went with the idea of exchanging my Regal for a new one and my surprise was that they dont like buying Regal so why should I buy what they dont.This brand has no endorsement or resale value, they showed it to me, they explained the errors in the volvo engine for which they are not interested in buying back their own boats, incredible !!Furthermore, I went to the company, where they are made (factory), they took great care of me and when I explained my situation, they apologized to me but explained that they could do nothing and that they understood my disappointment with the company.

I purchased a 2020 G21. The boat is awesome! The experience at the dealership from my first look to delivery was even better! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

I have tried to spend money buying a boat from these people but they wont return phone calls. I called end of May, after 6 business days i called again, after 4 more business days Alex called me on June 3rd in the morning. I was out fishing on a boat and we talked for about 15 minutes and i had to let him go and then i called back on June 3rd at 2pm in the afternoon (the same day) and left Alex a message wanting to come see and test 2 boats and here it is June 9th and ive never received a call back. I guess selling an 80k boat isnt worth his time. Imagine the service you would receive after buying a boat.

These guys are awesome. Nobody will fight harder to get you in a boat at the right price and the best boat. We were dealing with Scott at Regal and the guys at Marine max to see who could help us. Scott and regal wanted the business and Marine max could not care less. Scott worked with the finance company who were also awesome. Helped us with a million questions and then a full 90 minutes in the water handing the boat over to two amateurs. It was just a cool buying experience from start to finish. All down to Scott a sales guy who is truly exceptional at a job he clearly loves. I think we will buy many boats from these guys in the future. Dont waste your time at Marine max. Go and see Scott if you want the best boat, service and price.

We bought a Regal boat in February and due to some issues with our dock we were unable to take the boat until June. The dealership didnt charge us to store the boat during that time and didnt start our warranty until the day we actually picked it us. Throughout the sales process our sales person, Andrew was very responsive and alway got right back to us. When we took delivery of the boat, Andrew was very patient and spent over half a day showing us how to manage our new toy! You wont be disappointed with the service or the product.

This dealership is in Orlando. I was very pleased with the experience I had at working with these folks.Communication with Jason was great. During my first phone call with him, Jason was friendly, helpful, and gave me a lot of great information about what to look for in any Nautique 200 I might consider buying. Later, we discussed how the boats he had in invenrtory stacked up against that list.The response time to my phone calls and emails was rarely more than a few business hours. The staff was positive, proactive, and exhibited a high level of attention to detail.As part of the new boat purchase, I traded-in my prior boat. Some factors that helped determine value of the boat I wanted to trade-in were the 100+ pictures of my trade-in boat, its Hull ID number and a compression test. I felt the trade-in value I received was honest and fair. There were no last minute surprises or nickel-and-diming, which I sincerely appreciated.My new Nautique runs great. It is everything I wanted it to be. I decided to go with regal nautique for my first boat purchase because of all the great reviews online and unfortunately it has probably been one of the WORST customer service situation Ive had in a long time. First time I walked in Scott was my sales person and I told him my budget and things seemed like they were going to go great and smooth with my purchase. he told me he was going to demo a new boat for a client on Saturday and see the trade in that he had and said would be a great fit for me if it looked as good as the owner described. He told me he was giving him 11.5 for the trade and would be able to sell it to me for 13.5 which I thought was fair and he promised me a call and pictures on Saturday. wait all day Saturday with no call from Scott there closed on sundays I call in on Monday to find out Scott is not in the office and ask for him to call me back on Tuesday. I finally recieved a call Tuesday morning when Im at work and he leaves a voicemail to call him back. I call 2 hours later when i get off work and the receptionist states hes busy on the phone but will call me right back. I wait all day with no call back and finally decide to call again before they close and speak with Scott who says yes I saw the boat on Saturday it was in great condition as described but now states that the boat will be 16.5 because of how great shape it was he had to give him more money for the trade. hard to believe since he told me that 11.5 was the discussed trade in price with the owner but whatever I ask if I can see it and he said that would not be a problem that tomorrow as long as the boat is not in service I could see it but guaranteed me a call in the morning to let me know if I can drop by or to send me pictures. I wait ALL day again waiting for a call back and nothing I decide to call them at 2pm and the receptionist says hes on the phone and will call me back and again wait all day and he still has not called me back Im honestly tired of calling and calling and getting no where with Scott maybe since I told him I had a price max of 30k and I was not buying a 100k boat didnt really care to help me . They then pair me with Jason telling me hes the top salesmen in Florida or the world I dont know but we look at a used Yamaha that he said is in great shape and went through maintenance and all came back good but a speaker. so I schedule a demo for the next day at 3 and I get a call around 1 and he leaves me a voicemail that the boat needs new parts that somthing broke in the motor and it would be ordered and installed next week but he would give me a call back later today when he got back in the office to discuss a new demo day and options. NEVER got a call back AGAIN and I decided after everything that I would not be calling them and hounding them to give them my money. STAY AWAY unless your looking to spend 100k+I drove out 50 minutes to BMC BOATS to see if I had better luck and they were amazing constant calls keeping me in the loop of my sale I strongly suggest BMC BOATS they treat you right regardless of the amount your looking to spend and now im the proud owner of a new 2019 Yamaha AR190 and I love it GO TO BMC BOATS you wont regret it !!--- BEEN 2 WEEKS AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL BACK FROM REGAL HAHA WHAT A JOKE !

I feel that reputation of a company is paramount to doing business these days. I would have to say that my experience with Regal Nautique of Orlando has been one of the best experiences. My sales rep Andrew made it a point to follow up and find the right boat that fit my familys needs. He was not concerned with upselling but finding a right fit for our boating experience. Then the company... I was trading in an older boat and due to the age and size of the vessel, we would have to sell it to a wholesaler. We came to terms and the wholesaler agreed to the terms and price. The wholesaler then backed out after the agreement was made. But true to this companys word, they kept the deal that they made with me and my family. They explained that this was not my problem. I couldnt believe that in this day and age, a handshake agreement still meant something. my hats off to the Leadership/owner of this company. I can see why Andrew has so much integrity. It starts at the top. I was also impressed with Andrew taking the time to show us how to run this particular model of vessel and he still continues to follow up to see if we have any questions or concerns. I have already recommended three close friends to purchase from this company and steer away from any others. Just took delivery of the 2019 Regal 26OBX.The boat speaks for itself, an excellent product that I researched extensively to include a personal tour of their factory in Orlando.After selecting the boat the next decision was what dealer to make the purchase from. I chose Regal and Nautique based upon a recommendation from a well respected yacht broker in New Smyrna Beach.At this point I was fortunate to find there an exceptional salesman, Mr. Rufino Cruz. I am an experienced boater having purchased probably in excess of 20 vessels in my lifetime. I have been exposed to the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to boat salespeople. Over the three month purchasing process I was in almost daily contact with Mr Cruz. I found it amazing that despite his incredible work load he always took the time to take my calls and more importantly quickly follow up on the questions I had.Mr. Cruz personally conducted a well planned and executed sea trial just prior to delivery.On the delivery date Mr. Cruz arrived with the vessel on time, ready for inspection and immaculate.At my dock there was a minor issue with the hoist fit. Most salesman would have walked away at this point as it had nothing to do with the vessel, but Mr. Cruz stayed on for a least an hour assisting until the lift could be adjusted.In conclusion. I recommend Regal and Nautique of Orlando as a Regal dealer, but more importantly very highly recommend Mr Rufino Cruz as a salesman representing that organization.

Bought a 2016 Regal boat from Scott K. He has been nothing but helpful, patient, and overall a great person. He answered all my questions and ensured that I was buying the right boat for me. Just had a total service and repair on my ProStar 190 and had a truly great experience with Mike Silva in the service department as he walked me thru the process and helped me on what to upgrade and the problems that needed repair. He was helpful in what systems to repair and invest in the upgrades. I took my whole family wakeboard/skiing and tubing for hours as the boat has never run better and cooler under a load. Thankful to a great Deailership and Service Department for valuable time on the lake with my boat and my family.Thank you very much

Very Bad Experience - I’m gonna report this store to BBB - they take multiple deposit for the same boat - be careful with a sales man inside / get the story straight - before you walk into the store - it took me 3 days to screw up my credit and I got the money then told me hey we sold the boat we got another one - if I could put minus 5 starts I would ...., This is an response to the statement below. Looks the transaction date and hours from the deposits and the money taking from my account, and the time you got the money from someone else, someone else played side games. Simple. I told Rufino I will put 10K down the first day and I had the money to pay cash - You guys need to read your on contract - on Thursday I was under contract or you are saying you got money from someone else having me under contract. Read your fact prior to respond.

Best service director In boating I have ever dealt with.She is on top of all aspects and interactions with the manufacturers and an expert on the warranty products. Guarantees the scheduled times and the work performed.Head Master Marine service technician Jason has an extensive working knowledge on all aspects of the boat ( wether he’s working on the yacht, or handling the wake/ski boats). Able to troubleshoot all the different service areas and guide appropriate repairs. Will, service tech also excellent communicator and technician.The sales team (Rufino and Scott) provide you a great product and fair price. They guide you through the process, and then are always available directly, even 3yrs later after purchasing the boat.Jeff, the owner makes one feel like part of the Orlando Regal Family.

Had to have my boat checked out and they didnt provide an estimate, wouldnt explain what and why the charges were necessary, and upon payment were completely uncooperative when I questioned their methods and time it took to repair. Would not go back to them again for repairs or business.

Great buying experience Only one small complaint and its related to the name of the dealership...REGAL and NAUTIQUE? To me, thats like shopping at a new car dealership named HYUNDAI and FERRARI. Ive been a boater since before I could walk and Ive always associated Regal with brands like Sea Ray, Bayliner, Reinell, Crestliner and other generic bathtubs. Nautique on the other hand..cream of the crop since 1925. One can definitely see the advantage for Regal in this arrangement, but whats the advantage for Nautique? Other than that I would definitely take another second mortgage on my home to buy a new boat here.

I purchased a 2008 nautique 206 from scott a few months ago. Throughout the entire process Scott was wonderful, to the point where I was concerned I was buying a boat with issues. He was so attentive, the price was great and he did everything to make sure I walked away with the highest quality boat. He could have easily ignored a few fixes because they were not technically in the price but he was concerned with me walking away with a quality boat and making sure I would never want to buy another boat from another dealer for the rest of my life. I am so used to everyone trying to make that last extra dollar and not delivering a quality experience, Scott was a true please to work with. I live in Chicago and will never buy a boat from another dealer, they have my business for life.P.S. Ive had the boat for 3 months and everything is still working like a charm!!

I just purchased a 2018 Moomba Mondo from Regal and Nautique Orlando. The price was great for a fully loaded ski boat. I was blown away by Scotts technical knowledge of the several boats he showed me, as well as his expertise at dialing in surf and wakeboard wakes.
