Came here looking for ski boots and they didn’t even have anything my size. They barely had inventory. Tried to look for a new ski bib they had nothing. Not much ski equipment here to be honest.

They have a TON of ski jackets/pants/goggles etc. very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Saved us some money too as we were going to buy prescription inserts for our goggles but they had goggles that are made to fit over glasses :)

Doug and his staff were very helpful. They held the boat for a week as we drove from Texas and even opened an hour early to help us get back on the road. Five stars all around.

Was pointed to stop by the store as I was looking for a place for our kids to get into the water for some sports activities. Coming from Chicago, everything seemed to be closed or, not in season. Spoke to the owner and he was great. Tried to help us out the next day and was working with his team/friends to see if they could help us get out into the water. He really tried and I highly appreciated that. Great people! AND, their dogs in the store are so well behaved!

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a pair of snowboarding boots and spoke to Jackson. Jackson was truly great and Mike, who I believe is the owner, was very helpful and accommodating as well. The store is extremely nice and all of the team members there are very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend this for skiing, snowboarding, water skiing and other outdoor enthusiast needs!

The best ski shop in town, had everything i wanted and more. All other stores closed in town or do not carry items. Ski world saved my trip to travel, great prices and quality stuff. Incredible friendly help, thanks guys.

Employees are not wearing masks in the highest point of the COVID pandemic. And other customers were allowed to be maskless. We did not feel safe here and had to leave for a different ski store.

TJ and the dogs were incredibly helpful, he offered a great trade in price for my old SUP, so my girlfriend and I now have two new boards and ready to hit the shoreline for some summer fun. Thanks Ski World for another great experience!

This establishment is an Orlando icon dating back all the way to the 70s. Every time I go in I can usually find what I need and if I dont they are able to get it for me at a reasonable price. Sometimes they sell last years gear because they get a deal on it, but they always pass the savings on to the consumer so you can get brand new gear at used gear prices if you dont mind not having the up-to-the-minute styling or graphics. Every so often they hire store clerks with unique personalities, but theres never been a time that they havent tried to be helpful, even if they appeared lit or stoned. Hope this store sticks around for another 45 years.

Jack was such an amazing person and even better help we were a little lost as its our first time going to Colorado but he broke down all the best gear to get without killing our budget. Im so grateful he was there and that we were able to find everything we needed. :)

Glad I found SkiWorld before heading over to Columbia Outlet Store. We have 6 & 11 year old boys and are getting ready to head out to WV for our 1st snow skiing trip in over 10 years. Needed all new gear for the wife and I, as well as the boys. Definitely didnt want to have to buy brand new for the boys to wear once, maybe twice. Ski World has a great collection of consignment items for men, women, and kids. Great prices on gear which is still in good condition. Best part of all of it, we can bring the items the boys outgrow back, consign it, and get gear which fits them as they grown. The location is pretty cool, neat area with the lake across the road. The help was super fantastic, not sure about the reviews with kids working there. Jacob was helpful, and the owner was running around willingly helping everybody. Didnt catch his name this time. We will certainly be back in the future. Thanks Ski World for helping make out upcoming trip a warm and dry one.

Bought two paddleboards and paddles from Ski World and it was a great experience. They were very helpful with the entire process including letting me test two prior boards on the lake before purchasing. Great selection and knowledge of the products.

We went to buy apparel for our first ever ski trip. As non-skiers we really hoped to receive guidance as to what products we needed and how best to spend our money. Otherwise we could just buy this stuff on the internet for less. We received a promising initial introduction to the ski portion of the store and an explanation of the concept of layering. After that we had to fend for ourselves in order to figure out what products and sizes might be appropriate and meet our needs. We were dropped as soon as other customers and regulars entered the store and no one checked back on our progress. The older gentleman who worked there and perhaps owns the place seemed to actively avoid us. Whats his deal.

I just purchased my first snowboarding jacket from this place. It was a wonderful experience! I went in right before close last night just to check out the inventory and Jack was more than willing to help me out. He told me all kinds of things about jackets I would have never known otherwise. I came back in today to do some more shopping and told him I was looking for something under $200. He had noticed that I was drawn to the blue jackets so he brought me this one jacket and that was it. It fits so well, its adorable, and it was on the lowest end of my price range!

The place to go in Orlando for water and snow skiing gear. Been here a couple times and there are great finds in the consignment section and so much selection among the new stock. Locally owned for over 30 years in a cool downtown area Lake Ivanhoe Village.

My wife and I bought our first pair of snow skis there today. Doug and Jackson were super helpful. Doug was patient and answered all of my questions (literally an hour) about ski boot flex ratings and picked out a great pair of Rossignol Sky 7 skis for me even though I’ve been spoiled by Nordica Enforcers. Wife got a pair of Experience 74s. They seems to be a big Rossi shop. Great prices and trustworthy folks. Totally recommend.

Ok selection. I understand their ski boot policy of charging $25 for a fitting but if you are going to play that game you have to have more than 30 pair of boots total for all sizes. They may have 2-3 pair in my size and then boots are all about feel so that’s not a wise investment for me.

I love kids so I didnt mind the one that waited on me. I not even sure he worked there, but he knew about spray leggings. The store is pretty big and they have a lot of equipment so they should think about hiring some more kids to sell it. Also they should bring back neon colors, but other than that it is a great place to shop for gear and work with children.

Great inventory for both new and used. I found everything I was looking for only concern I have is during the check out process. The clerk offered to hold my items up front so I could continue to shop which I liked. What I disliked was that he took all the sales tags off and put everything into bags prior to me being done shopping. I was purchasing everything pre-owned (so these items were all in the consignment area). When I got to the register to check out it appeared the stack of price tags (so the number of price tags in the stack) were more then the actual articles I was buying. I questioned the clerk and made him remove all of the items from the bags and we spent a good 10 minutes matching each item to each tag to ensure I was paying what I thought I was paying for each item and no additional sales tags were accidentally included in my bundle of tags. Im not accusing anybody of adding tags into my bundle. Its just odd to me to remove all of the tags and bag everything prior to the customer actually paying. What if I had changed my mind on some items because I found something else I liked during my shopping process? Just strange to me that tags would all be removed and all my items bagged even before I pay for everything. (I was the only one in the store) The clerk apologized for any misunderstanding, he apologized 3 times so thought that was a little odd too. I encourage shoppers to beware and pay attention to your purchases. Know your prices before going to register in the event all of your tags are removed and bagged prior to you getting to cashier. Overall this store has very nice products both new and on their consignment for kids and adults. Just watch it when you go to check out. I will go back again in the future and will watch closely at time of check out.

Wonderful experience purchasing 2 paddleboards from Ski Orlando. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect boards. Very reasonably priced and will purchase from them again.

Been going to Ski World Orlando for all of my wakeboard and snowboard gear since I was 15. The owner is really passionate about his shop and providing high quality gear to his customers. I would definitely recommend this shop over internet shopping as the personal service is by far the best.

If you are looking for a stand-up paddleboard lesson, GO HERE! TJ was the kindest, most patient person who continued to encourage me until I actually got up and did it. And I was convinced I wasn’t going to be able to do it! He is fantastically knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to have a great time. Highly recommend!

Mike and everyone at the store was great. I came over from the beach to demo a 9 SUP Coreban Fusion for surfing. Ive had it for about a month now and love it! Just wanted to thank Mike for all the advice and the help from the counter person who let me take it out with about 20 minutes to go before the store closed.

First time customers that purchased thermal socks for our children a few days before our trip. They were not with us at time of purchase because they were in school so they did not try them on. We went on our trip two days later, used one pair but not the other three because they were to large. We came home from our trip and a few days later (9 days from purchase) and took them back to the store unopened and with receipt. We were told only store credit can be given after 5 days. The socks are unopened and unused and the store refused cash refund with a receipt.What were we suppose to do, cut our trip short to return socks? Cmon 5 days? Most trips are 5 days. Consumer beware of this stores poor customer service and inflexibility regarding refunds after a reasonable 9 days from purchase.

Great experience. Ski World offered the best selection and i found them to be very honest and to the point.

An older gentleman with a mustache followed me around and made me feel really uncomfortable. I get the vibe they thought I was going to steal something. Anyway, I tried on 3 pairs of bibed pants. Found one I liked and put the other two away where o found them. From the other side of the store I Hurd the man with the mustache tell someone else I walked out of the dressing room with a bunch of stuff and I should not be allowed to put them back. Pissed me off....if its an issues why say it about just me? Why not post someone at the dressing room instead of saying that load enough I can along with everyone else hear that? I ended up buying those pants, but only because my trip is in a few days and had to. I wont ever be back! As a business owner myself, it takes a lot to get me worked up like this, and I have a a general want to help other small business owners do well and typically support them by shopping and spending money with them.I went to REI aftwrwards and had amazing service! I found a nice jacket for $200 (which is cheap for a snow jacket) & even became a member. Its only 8 miles down the road from Ski world, and they had a great selection. Obviously I recommend going there instead :)

All things Skis, from water to snow the Ski world has you covered. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but parking maybe a bummer.

Expect a terrible experience if you need refund, repair, warranty service, exchange etc.Owner has young emplovees who made offers and then he later rescinds them ( bait and switch)Owner is rude and blames customers for product failureMake sure what is sold as new is really new. Not used by employees, exchanged by someone else, used for demo purposes etc.Notice the round hole in the board in photo. Owner still blames customer. Thats what he does
