BUYER BEWARE! They overcharged me & sent all my correspondence to a different address. I have 2 kids in college & always rent from various sources and never had an issue at other places. Textbook Solutions is HORRIBLE.Customer service is basically similar to talking to an elementary student who has no idea about their business & cant answer your questions or even send an email with a receipt. This company deserves a NEGATIVE star.Please do yourself a favor and get your books from other sources even if they are a bit more in money. You will be happy you did.

I would say this place barely deserves a whole star. My experience here was awful from the beginning of the semester to the end. My friend and I needed a study book for Physiology, and we went to the campus bookstore but they were out. We called textbook solutions and they told us they had the exact book (version and year) we needed but when we got there they said “we have previous versions but not that one.” That was the first issue. The second thing, when asked if we wanted to rent or buy we were told there was only $1 difference (so of course we were going to buy). AFTER the transaction was finished the man helping us said “I accidentally charged you for a rental.. you can bring it back by December X or you can just keep it and just be charged the additional dollar!” Thinking, it’s only one dollar, we forgot it was even a rental. They didn’t charge my bank account until 1 week ago for the rental (for a transaction that occurred in early September), and then I was hit with an additional ~25 dollar fee. I’m not sure how or why my book that was only supposed to be $1 more turned to almost $30 more. And when I called two days in a row, during their business hours, to ask about it no one ever answered. This was my first and will be my last experience with Textbook Solutions.

Great experience!! Textbook Solutions had exactly the books I needed at a much more affordable price than any other store in the area. Customer service was a delight as they took the time to help figure out exactly what books I needed. I will definitely come back to sell my books at the end of the semester!

I always check the prices at the UCF bookstore, Amazon and a couple of online used textbook stores, and Textbook Solutions always has the best prices. The store is also conveniently located, and they’re very efficient. First couple days of classes, there’s a long line but it moves surprisingly fast.

Fair prices and decent customer service! They work hard to get you the books you need during peaking times and are honest about their pricing! Cant ask much more from the best textbook store around!

Went to rent a book that I couldnt find at other places, the rental was very affordable and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

What a great experience! Freshman and sophomore year, I was constantly being ripped off by the campus bookstore. Then I discovered Textbook Solutions. After comparing prices for all of my books, I realized that Textbook Solutions was by far the cheapest option for all of them. Their customer service is great! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. If their book isnt the cheapest or isnt in stock, they are willing to help you find a good deal! Im never shopping at another college bookstore again.

Quick! Great staff! I called ahead to check the status of my required book and they had it. I had them reserve it for me and they did. As soon as I got there, I was out in less than 2 min!! Awesome.

The employees are always friendly and work hard to find the best prices, they are honest and do all they can to get you the best solution! Great alternative to the UCF bookstore when theres not enough time to rent online.

Textbook Solutions puts other textbook stores to shame! They have most textbooks for whatever UCF class you need and if you need something do they dont have, they work hard to find it for you. The staff is always fun and easy to chat with, which is awesome for those opening semester lines. If youre proactive you can even order online and pick up from the store. Doesnt get any easier than that! Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go to Textbook Solutions. 💸

Fast service near the beginning of a semester is always a good sign for a textbook store. They run out of stock pretty quickly, though.

Lol they offered me literally $1 for a $260 custom UCF edition book that I HAD to buy last year since they werent available to rent or illegally download.All other prices were relatively fair.

Best Prices on books, Better then Amazon. I suggest stopping here first before going anywhere.

WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER!!I ordered my books and these people lost them! I am being administratively withdrawn from my class because i cannot do my homework due to my book never being shipped. This is going to put a big fat F on my GPA and will most definitely prevent me from getting into law school! THESE GUYS SUCK! if i could rate them zero stars i would!

Where do I begin? Forget the long lines! You can order online and have your textbooks delivered directly to you! If you need to go in, you wont be razzled and dazzled with overpriced school merch and supplies. Go buy that stuff at the dollar store because this place keeps their costs down by nixing that nonsense and they pass that savings on to you! Youre wasting your time and money if you buy/rent your textbooks anywhere other than here! They offer very competitive buyback prices as well; the best Ive seen around town. Worst case scenario, if youre dissatisfied, they are always willing to work with you to get you your money back. I cant think of a more honest company than this. Maybe chick-fil-a but they dont sell your textbooks now do they? The employees there are students our age and are super awesome and friendly. You can tell they have an awesome culture with strong values and enjoy working there. Did I mention how helpful and fast they are at helping you find the right book you need for your classes? If they dont have what you need in-store, they can order it for you with free two day shipping (assuming your book is $50+). Go check these guys out for yourself.
