Where do I even start?!Well when I got engaged I did what all new brides do and look online to see what kind I wanted. I didn’t even know where to begin looking for a dress. I am from Texas and was living in Florida at the time. So no family or bridesmaids or MOH was around to help me. I then did some research to find Bridal Gown Studios and made a appointment. We did it differently than everyone else since we were so far way from home, my Fiancé (at that time) came with me to pick a dress. I chose 4-5 different ones to try on, he ended up picking choice #2 which I fell in love with as well, but I had another appointment so with that dress in mind we left and was heading to the other appointment when we came to a agreement that THAT WAS THE ONE! We turned around and went to get choice #2! I could not be more grateful for the sweet girls that put up with me not knowing anything about dresses! They made me feel so comfortable around them! Bridal Gown Studio is the best! After visiting a handful of bridal gown shops and not being able to envision myself in my dream dress, I am so thankful that I met Son Thai (owner and designer) at Bridal Gown Studio. Its hard being petite trying on sample size dresses where I had to be clipped to the extreme or stuffed with a pillow in my back to get an inkling of how the dress may look if fitted. I found myself liking bits and pieces of dresses, but never came across anything that I really fell in love with.I had a very good idea of what I wanted, which really helped streamline and make the whole design process smooth with Son Thai. I wanted a 2-in-1 dress, tea length reception dress with a long skirt attachment for the ceremony. I showed him photos of pieces of dresses that I loved and he brought my vision to life. I was really nervous putting full trust in him and not being able to see anything physical until months later, but he delivered! It was everything I imagined and so much more. The best part was that he was able to customize my dress the way I wanted, it fit perfectly for my small frame, and his bridal gown studio is a one stop shop offering hair/veil accessories to complete the look.Son Thai is excellent at what he does from having experience with working alongside top wedding designers in the field (ex: Vera Wang). He is passionate at what he does and he goes above and beyond to ensure quality, fit, and most importantly is more than willing to work with your budget. He keeps it real and will give his recommendations, so you look your absolute best for the most important day of your life. Loved my wedding dress from Bridal gown studio. I searched for so long for my dream dress and I finally found it at the Bridal Gown Studio. When I showed up for my first appointment, I showed sale consulting pictures of the dresses Ive been trying at various locations. The first dress in his collection that they showed me ended up being the one! It was also great that it was customizable. We changed a few things to make it more specific to what I was looking for.

After visiting the store I went to other four stores but no one has the dresses they have, the different options and the customer service. I had to go back and get my dream dress! I love it! They worked with me and my budget to make it happen! Can’t wait to my dress to arrive 🤩

I had such an amazing experience at Bridal Gown Studio! I had first gone to a chain bridal store and felt very discouraged after trying on dresses. I walked into Bridal Gown Studio and felt immediately at ease! As a plus sized bride I didnt feel discouraged or like I was being squeezed into anything. Every single staff member helped me find the perfect dress, adding anything I asked for! All alterations were timely and efficient! I would recommend Bridal Gown Studio to any new bride!

I am sooo happy I stumbled upon the Bridal Gown Studio at one of the wedding expos I went to. I had already tried on probably 30 dresses by the time I made my appointment, so I was completely overwhelmed. At Bridal Gown Studio, its such an intimate environment, it made me feel much more comfortable just walking in. I found a dress that I really liked, but there were somethings I didnt care for and I was dreading to hear about how much alterations were going to cost. However the best part about Bridal Gown Studio is they can customize just about anything you can envision and you dont have to refinance your house to pay for it. I feel like I was able to pretty much design my dress and it came out amazing. I get married in 13 days and cannot wait to show off my dress. Janine (sp?) did phenomenal with my alterations, as did the designer himself. I am so grateful for my experience at the Bridal Gown Studio and will definitely recommend it to any future brides ❤

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the ladies at Bridal Gown Studio!! I did two separate appointments here, the first with Casey and a follow-up with Janine. Top notch customer service with each experience! Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are so easygoing to boot and presented zero pressure on making a final decision (I’m notoriously indecisive so this was very much appreciated). Janine was a ROCK STAR with dress suggestions and options with alterations. She provided very honest assessments and showed how the changes will affect the overall look of the dress. This was huge for me. It was SOOO nice to be able to have that direct conversation with the actual seamstress to discuss changes before having to fully commit to the dress (I did not have such luck at another shop). It honestly made a world of difference and ultimately helped in my final decision. I said Yes to the Dress at Bridal Gown Studio and am so stoked for my fitting in January!! Thank you all so much!!

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to he taken care of and have a 5 atar experience! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful and the time and attention to detail at our initial appointment made it so we couldnt help but have to come back. Even on a busy Saturday they were able to fit us in for a last minute follow up appointment after not having much luck anywhere else. Once we narrowed down the choices of dresses, our follow up appointment was scheduled and the designer was even there to help suggest modifications and custom choices for my dress! I am so grateful for the team there but especially Kassandra who was patient and intuitive. Every dress was unique and there were so many styles to choose from. As a size 16, I had way more choices here than anywhere else in the area and never once did I feel I had to compromiseon a choice due to size. The quality of dresses and accessories help make the boutique stand out.

I found this shop on a whim. When I walked in there, I didnt think Id find the dress. I had previous bad experiences. However, the girls blew me away! They were super friendly and professional. Casey helped me out. She and Janine picked out dresses for me according to my budget and preferences. I tried on the second dress and that was it! I found the dress and I loved it! I am indecisive so of course that same day I went to another bridal shop. They were accommodating and held the dress for me. None of the dresses I saw at that shop were like the ones at the Studio. So I drove back and signed my contract. If you want a unique, high quality dress come to the Bridal Gown Studio. Youll find your perfect dress. As a side note, I do recommend to bring a check or create a Zelle account to avoid fees by paying by credit or debit card. Overall amazing, amazing, amazing 11 out of 10.

This place is amazing! Everyone here is so professional and helpful. I found the perfect dress within minutes. All of their dress are beautiful, and amazing quality! They are very flexible and understanding, and willing to work with making my dress absolutely perfect. The seamstress there is amazing at what she does. She paid very good attention detail and was finding ever small detail to make my dress even better. They were also very flexible with the whole covid thing and us having to push back the wedding. Definitely recommending them to all of my friends for sure!

I loved my Bridal Gown Studio experience! As a plus size bride, I feared going to a more boutique store, not knowing what they would have available for me. However, my experience at Bridal Gown Studio was the exact opposite. Choosing a dress was incredibly easy! We soon discovered that the dress I had chosen did not have the correct arm structure, which was how the designer intended it. The wonderful alterations team were able to construct entirely new sleeves and arm holes for the dress so it would work best for me. They were also able to take a veil I loved and completely shorten it in order to make it work best for me and my dress. The best part is alterations was a set price from the beginning. Every member of the team at Bridal Gown Studio was so respectful, caring, and funny!

Had a great experience, in February 2021, with bride looking for dress. Things seemed to go south after initial visit. Lots of excuses about Covid, which is a real thing, but still the lack of communication and urgency to complete the dress on time, was very lacking. I also witnessed the dress sleeves come apart at the wedding reception. Very shoddy work. A dress shop should never bring a bride to tears.

WOW WOW WOW so much better than any other experience! Experience and dresses and prices all WAY better than David’s Bridal! No one tried to upsell us. They were very upfront about the cost of everything and respected the budget. The lady helping us (Helen) was way more helpful than anyone else at other places we’ve gone. All the other staff was super sweet and personable, like (Taylor) was also great. All the dresses were prettier once on than all the ones we tried elsewhere... all of them. Better experience for the bridal party & mom of the bride, cozier environment.Don’t go anywhere else. Save your time, money, and energy and just go here. 100% recommend. Went for my sister, wish I would have known when I got married that this place was SO MUCH BETTER than everywhere else.

I really loved this place! Taylor is the girl that helped with my dress, she is amazing! Not pushing you to buy just because she want to sell... she really take care about what you like and what would fit best on you!!! I when to others stores and I don’t feel that they have a good service! Here you have amazing dresses and amazing service! Bridal Gown Studio was one of many dress shops I visited in the Orlando area. Nothing was quite right, after all that, but BGS had a few dresses I had liked, and our favorite sales associate of all the stores, so we went to check it out again.It was during that second visit, when I was trying on a few dresses again and mentioned “I really love this bodice” but didn’t like the skirt, that the associate mentioned that they could do a quasi-custom dress by combining the top and bottom of two different dresses. That changed EVERYTHING. I immediately knew I wanted the amazing bodice and just had to figure out which skirt I wanted with it (immediately thinking of the few front runners I’d been considering, as better overall). I ended up with a dress that suited me much better than anything I found premade in stores, and was really happy with it.Between when I ordered and when the dress came in, BGS moved to a new and bigger location. The new location feels much more special, no more changing in essentially a closet! Fittings were a bit strange, since COVID became a thing during that time, but everything worked out and I was very happy with my final product.I also loved that all alterations were a set price in advance. While the dress itself was a bit pricier than other places we looked, the cheap and statically priced alterations made sure the price didn’t climb unexpectedly. Certainly nice for budgeting!

The racks to choose dresses are in the middle of the fitting areas. Other parties were walking around picking dresses in our area while we were trying on gowns— very uncomfortable in a pandemic! We were on time for our appointment and they were 15 minutes late starting with us, and there was no where to sit and wait. It was extremely hot and none of us were offered water or anything to drink. Very difficult to try on gowns while you’re sweating! The staff was nice however, but the setting is difficult.

At the final fitting, my dress was still too long and they also had me try it on/show it to my mom and MOH in the attic storage space which took away from the “wow factor” final moment we had been waiting for. Overall, we had a good experience and I loved my dress. Taylor, the manager, went out of her way to make the initial appointment, fitting scheduling, and payments as convenient as possible!

This is the best bridal studio ever! The quality of my dress is very good. I came in from Maryland for my Florida wedding. I met the designer and staff at a bridal show. The designer was very friendly and helpful. He invited me to the studio to try on dresses. This was my first dress shop that I went into. We went in around 5:30pm and we were treated like royalty, not once did they check their watch as time went pass closing. We had the studio to ourselves and the experience was magical. The girls were outstanding! They can make any dream come true, design any dress, customize anything. You can try on anything you wanted and they helped you find the DRESS. They made me feel like I can wear anything. I felt like a princess the entire time. They accommodated my needs all the way from Maryland and helped achieve my wedding dream dress.Also, I am a black woman and I was treated very well, they seen no color and no body size or shape. Which made me happy and at ease every time I walked inside the studio. It was comfortable and homey.Also, thank you to the amazing seamstress and girls always helping me feel WELCOME!Love Love this studio!

This was the best experience I have ever had when going dress shopping. Ive been in 5 different weddings within the past 5 years and have never had so much fun and such a personable experience. The bride loved it and us bridesmaids had a blast. Victoria was a major help, so much fun, and absolutely made the experience.

Any concerns I had with the dress they promptly fixed.I had to move my wedding to the next year due to the pandemic and they were able to accommodate and hold my dress for me until it came closer to my new wedding date.I also got to meet the designer on one of my visits and he was reallyyy nice.

The previous week, I had a horrendous experience at another shop, which truly disheartened me as it was my first time looking forward a dress. When my mom, meme, and I walked into Bridal Gown Studio, all of us let out a breathe that we didn’t realize we have been holding. The studio was beautiful and a wonderful selection. When Taylor greeted us, she took the time to actually listen and look at what I wanted. Even suggest a style of dress that I hadn’t tried on yet. She truly was a wonderful person to help me find my perfect dress... and I did. I couldn’t be happier with my experience there and neither can my mom or meme. Cannot even begin to describe the amazing experience I had here. The atmosphere was phenomenal. I worked with everyone in the store, but Torie (Victoria) went above and beyond for us. I came back a few times, and everyone was so helpful in making the experience pleasurable and fun for me as a bride. She got to really know about my fiancé, wedding, and who I was while we picked dresses. I HIGHLY recommend this studio! I can’t wait to go back for my alterations.

Loved every part of my experience with them. This wasnt even a dress I thought about seeing myself in but they thought it would fit my body type and they couldnt have been more right and even stayed in my budget. Got it in with time to spare and it fit like a glove. The seamstress fixed little minor things and got the bustle done in no time. Everyone is just awesome!

My experience at this store is by far the worst bridal experience and the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I went there for a wedding dress and after I’ve tried on a few, I had told them that there is one that I like but is too revealing for me, they explained that it wouldn’t be a problem, and they can add fabric to the bodice and and sleeves (which they added 200$ to my total bill for). They promised that they will order the fabric, and actually called the manager and ordered it while I was there before I even bought the dress. I was promised the fabric will arrive in 2 weeks maximum . After I made my first payment of 1,224$, I was told “we’ll call you once the fabric gets here to do our first fitting”, in a series of 4 fittings that need to be completed before my wedding date, which was very soon, between my first visit to the store and wedding date I had only 2 and a half months approximately. Days go by and I hear nothing back from them, I called 13 days after, to inquire about the status and was told that it will be a couple more days! So I waited some more.... 26 days later, I call again, and yet again was told to be patient it will be a couple more days. My wedding date was getting so close and there is no way according to their initial description of the process that this dress will get finished on time. After over a month and a half of waiting for this fabric to arrive, I called them and told them that this will not work out, I need to get my money back because I’m getting a dress elsewhere. Imagine the anxiety that your day will come and you have no dress! They put me through that experience for over 40 days. When I decided to no longer get their dress, the manager apologized and said he will talk to his staff to not promise what cannot be delivered.... but when I asked for my money refunded, because they’re not about to take over 1200 dollars from me for NOTHING, literally did nothing but the initial visit and order some fabric, that’s when his tone with me changed, he became very rude, and said that I was lying and refused to refund me and started lying about how they spent so much money and labor on my dress! I haven’t even had ONE FITTING, how would that be possible! The designer even had the audacity to tell me that my anxiety over my dress is not a reason for their business to suffer! And I have the emails to prove it.The only thing I got from them was a problems and my 1200$ becoming credit at their store (who wants wedding dress credit?!?!)If you want peace of mind, stay away from This shop, they handle customer issues very poorly and will do anything to keep your money, even if it meant losing you as a customer.

For a high end shop, the dresses are SO AFFORDABLE!!! The level of dedication and detail they put into finding your perfect dress is unreal.

The Bridal Gown Studio ladies were so polite and helpful. I didnt feel pressured to hurry and make a decision by any means. In fact, I tried on my dress and just couldnt pull the trigger. Told them I needed to think about it, left. They were supper supportive of me taking my time. After few hours after I left. I called them to come back and to see if I could return to try on the dress again, they said come on back! and I said yes to the dress. :grin: reasonably priced and BEAUTIFUL gowns. 100% recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would! This place is a complete scam, they told us they were having a dress custom made to fit my daughter who lives in Texas. However when we went for the fittings (where we were told that the designer would come to do any alterations needed) we were rudely informed that there was no way to let the dress out! My daughter fell between 2 sizes and they ordered the smaller of the two! Now honestly who in their right mind orders a dress to be altered in a smaller than needed size? I am appalled with the lack of professionalism displayed at this studio! Unfortunately theres nothing that can be done now except a crash diet and what bride needs that! Hopefully this will help someone else not make the same mistake we did and trust these liars!

Janine and Taylor were both amazing with helping me find and customizing my wedding gowns! They are both beautiful and everything I dreamed of. The service I received was awesome and very very helpful. I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you Janine and Taylor for all your help!

Beautiful place with beautiful dresses! Staff is knowledge and very sweet. I got my dream dress and it is even more than I could’ve imagined. Most dresses around $2000 unless you can get them on sale. Sooo worth the money though! 100% highly recommended

Taylor was Absolutely amazing, she works so well with my daughter and we were able to find the perfect dress! She listened to what my daughter was wanting and needed and was able to find her dream dress today! I would highly recommend!

Bridal gown studios gave me the most amazing experience picking out my perfect gown! This was the third location I went looking for the perfect dress ! As soon as I arrived they welcomed my party and I with open arms and asked me a couple questions in order to help me find the perfect dresses to try on. My experiences prior to this location had not been the best and once bridal gown studio heard of this they went above and beyond. In fact my stylist was able to assist in helping select the most amazing gown on the second one I tried on. I can not say thank you enough for this experience it completed turned everything around for me and I’m so excited now again for the perfect day and perfect dress all thanks to each and everyone of you at bridal gown studios . You have no idea what an impact you made and I cannot say enough positive things about you - my fiancé is also relieved to know I found the perfect dress and had such a great experience ❤️

After taking a friend to two other shops and having miserable experiences, we made an appointment at Bridal Gown Studio Orlando. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it would be different here. Sonthai and his team made my friend feel like a princess. They knew just what dresses to put her in, understood her vision, and by the end of our visit - she had said yes to the dress!! I highly recommend that you visit this shop and experience their excellent customer service and an atmosphere that cannot be beat.

I went here in August, 2020 to find my dream dress and they did not disappoint! I had only been to one other bridal studio, and had an okay experience. When I came to the Bridal Gown Studio, they not only had me try on a few different styles to ensure I got exactly what I wanted - but they also were very personal and helped me customize my dress exactly the way I wanted it.I also got a dress here that I hadnt seen anywhere else - not even on pinterest lol. Im so glad that I got my dress here and I recommend this Bridal Studio to every soon - to - be bride I run into!

I am happy this boutique was not my first experience because it would have completely ruined the bridal experience. There was nice music and aroma upon entering and the place was nicely decorated, however, the lady assisting myself and my mom a couple Monday’s ago greeted us from a different room and never turned around to actually say hello. Needless to say, it felt awkward. She was not dressed professional or groomed and you could tell she didn’t want to be there as 1) she looked unhappy 2) the streamstess stepped in the appointment to assist while she sat in a chair at a distance. I couldn’t get myself to be in the experience with the lady’s poor attitude and awful selection of dresses despite elaborating on the look I was seeking. Of note, the try on selection of dresses are in large sizes (larger then typical compared to other bridal stores) which also took away from the look and feel of the dress (I’m a size 2 in bridal gowns trying on size 14 dresses!). Make sure you don’t schedule with the new girl if you go here, otherwise, embrace for a poor experience. I really hope this place reconsiders here her work ethic for a bridal store as she’s costing them customers.**To reply below: the other bridal gown stores I attended were also free appointments without the poor customer service experience. To note, the streamstress was helpful and I was thankful she was there to break the ice of awkwardness there was in the air that my mom also felt. The appointment was an hour and half with a try on of 8 dresses. That part of the experience is standard to other places. Thank you for acknowledging the concerns posted.

When I first entered Bridal Gown Studio I was amazed on how beautiful the setup was and not to mention very clean. The person I worked with was Torri and let me tell you this girl is phenomenal! I gave her the ideas I had in mind and she suggested a few of her own. Torri had already envision what Id be wearing that would suite my style. Literally the first dress she picked out for me and I tried on was the dress Id be going home with. All the other dresses I personally picked out didnt compare to the one Torri chose; I didnt even want to try on the rest of the dresses! The studio was able to order the dress with my measurements so when I went for my fittings it was very quick and easy. Torri even fixed the dress to make it easier for me to get into it and put some boning on the sides to show off my curves. I cant wait to wear it!! Hands down everyone is great! Thank you so much!!
