They got great prices but make sure you dont purchase too much, cause their return policies are real cruel even if you brought them back exactly as you got them. Lot of workers in there but they kind of take too long to deal with you. Some of the workers are kind of bias who they deal with. I guess you got to be a big name or something like that . Some good some bad need to get reevaluated.

I wish there was a Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. How can they still be in business! If you have the choice to go somewhere else, please do. Lowe’s takes care of veterans and are appreciative of their service and recognize them all the time….this people should close their doors….

One star is too much....Worst store I ever bought anything from in all my life. I went to return some things that we bought there from a $3000 order. It took them 30 min to find my name and the order, about another 30 minutes to have someone get the list of the things I am returning. So I thought that was it, no! I had to wait for the cashier to type these orders for another 30 min then she had to send the release by email to the manager sitting a few steps from her. I had to ask her to go to him and get it.Finally I left there after an hour and a half.Also I got charged 20% restocking fee and I had to carry the stuff from my truck into the pallet with my bad back. The driver didn’t not move from his seat.Guys, get with the program. Invest In a decent software and you can save yourself money and customers.Never again.

The good: Marjam is usually a very good experience. The front desk staff is helpful and they pay attention to get you what you need. They are friendly and patient. The loaders do their jobs.I give the front desk staff 5 stars.My experience, I purchased (2) sheets of 1/4 drywall and (2) sheets of 1/2 drywall. I did not use the (2) sheets of 1/4 drywall and could not use one of the 1/2 sheets because it was damaged by the forklift used to load the sheets at Marjam. The sheet was face down when I received it so I did not see the damage and I trust the loaders to do their diligence. It has never been an issue. I went to Home Depot and purchased another 1/2 sheet to complete my job. I return the unused products to Marjam, I received my receipt from the front desk and go outside to have the loaders take back the product. They say “let me show my manager” and say they cannot return the damaged sheet. I go inside and notice they did not give me a refund for the damaged sheet and they charged me a $25.00 restocking fee. The restocking fee is a large obnoxious sign and is impossible to miss. I came in understanding I was going to pay a restocking fee. However, once I realized I was not getting a refund for the damaged sheet I was given, I assumed I would not be charged a restocking fee for a damaged item. The front desk staff seemed surprised I was being treated as I was and contacted the individual who took issue with my return. The outside yard manager “Greg” (I believe), assumed I did the damage and said he could not return the sheet. I was so stunned by the lunacy of this individual and utter inability to provide any semblance of customer service, I walked and and I will never return. This is unfortunate because I usually enjoy the Marjam experience.

I had a good experience with Marjam supply in Orlando. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great pricing for contractors. Most of the materials are in stock. I would recommend this supplier to other contractors.

Friendly great service as long as you are spending money and buying. The moment you try to make a return you get dirty looks and told that things cannot be returned unless they are perfect even though it was loaded in your vehicle that way.
