The fellow running the pro desk was a rude jerk. As me and associate approached the pro desk the attendant asked if we were ready to check out. We said yes we are. The clerk then turned around and got on the phone and ignored us completely for over ten minutes. I then asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager was really close by and responded right away. She asked what the issue was, and I explained. She then rang our items up and was very professional. We saw her have a little talk with the clerk after she was finished helping us. This guy should just clock out and go home for the day. He was a real moron.
This shopping experience was HORRIBLE. Looking to buy a table top saw, (5) in stock but the associate said he didnt know where they were and nade NO effect to locate them. No more shopping at this homedepot.

The lousy attention, I bought a refrigerator and it lasted me 1 week and Home Depot specifically the manager spencer is not responsible for anything, only that I call Samsung that they can not do anything, I have 20 days without a refrigerator and nothing happens, totally disappointed do not buy electronic things because no one will be responsible even paying the insurance they offer, if in 48 hours it is not damaged they will not be responsible, read and ask before buying so that they do not go through the same thing that I am going through
