Im so happy over my new speakers!!! Melvin did a fantastic job with the installation. Trey worked with me for scheduling and they were so super helpful and nice. Definitely a returning customer. Very happy with the end result! Now I wish I would have gotten the front window strip done while I was there. Guess I will be making another appointment soon. Terrible costumer service. Attempted 3 times to tell the person at the front desk the issue with my car. Why 3 times? Because he seemed more interested in hearing what 2 employees were joking about than to help me. After the 3rd attempt he said he understood (I doubt it) then gave me a $1500 for a radio that I apparently needed. When asked if I could bring in a FACTORY replacement and have it installed he was completely in to the other employee conversation that I was completely ignored.

They went above and beyond with our 98 Benz. We replaced every speaker with Alpines, along with a equalizer and subwoofer. The sound is fing AMAZING!!!! Customer service is on point. Thanks again for the sound and service!

Audio zone is the best I highly recommend. They hooked up my Cadillac with 20” Rims and the staff was amazing A + all the way.

I took my car in today for a new radio installation and to get my windshield tint removed. The did a good job installing the radio and removing my tint, but I noticed on my way home that my right side radio trim molding was broken and decided to turn around and have them look at it. I talked to the manager and he got his employee to look at the damaged part. The employee came out with his phone saying that he took a picture of the dashboard before removing the radio, because that part was already broken. I decided not to argue with them, because I knew the employee was not telling the truth. Obviously the part broke before the radio was uninstalled, because you have to remove that part first and then the radio after. The employee then took the picture to show his manager the part was broken and the radio has not been installed yet like nothing ever happened. When I got home I noticed he put a screw holding the broken part in place to stage the picture. I checked the part online and it does not require screws to stay in place. The part itself comes with some special clips that snaps in place. I purchased this vehicle 5 days ago. Also, I have inspected this vehicle many times specifically before I bought it and that part was in perfect condition. The day after I bought the vehicle, I washed it in and out so I know exactly how the vehicle looked. My suggestion if you have to take your car to this place is to take pictures before they work on your vehicle so you don’t have to pay an extra $100 like me for broken parts.

I replaced my Alfa Romero Stelvio with a brand new full set kicker system. Trey hooked it up and made the transaction easy. Only had to wait a few days to get it done. they made the sub look beautiful in my trunk!! definitely recommend audio zone and Trey for helping and giving me a great price for a great system!!

My husband and I had plans for a date night, but we stopped there to inquire about rims and tires and because the price was spectacular we decided to go for it. We were told that it was going to take 3 hours to install without knowing what our plans were for the day, instead of telling us to have a seat in the waiting area, the owner lent my husband and I his vehicle. We were able to go to the movies a little earlier than expected and come to a new and improved Jeep. What a great experience!!! Been coming here for a while now, had them instal a radio in my first car, Toyota Corolla and tint, then had them put a remote start in my veloster and tint it, now I have them working on my challenger, they did my remote start again and underglows, and a few more things in the works.

Wow!! I had a extremely great experience at this fine establishment, the manager Trey is off the hook!! I had additional items installed, I loved the products that where there, I needed to have any additional pieces that would boost my speakers/my love for clean and crisp music output. I really didn’t have a clue really as to what extra I needed but Trey did. I really appreciated him and the service technician that took care of me. I had an absolutly awesome experience from the start with Trey, the owner of Car Audio & Window Tint. I came in one day after waiting 5 months at another place for rims. Trey took his time going through a catalog and was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right rims for my truck. Once they were chosen, it took only a week and a half before they were on my truck. They also installed an alarm and did an excellent job. There prices are reasonable. Thank you sooo much Trey and your people for all your hard work!!

Do not get your tints done here. My tints started peeling in the first week and I didn’t roll down the window.

Was just trying to find a simple adapter to go from the car harness for the stereo for me to wire in to my new stereo got some whole dance and dog and pony show and then was told how much better it would be for me to pay them to put it in. Im a 30-year mechanic I think I can put a stereo in a car

These guys are amazing they put a stereo system in my Cadillac CTSV very technically advanced car 7 years ago I still have it never had any issues, they know what they are doing. they put a stereo system in my Lancer 2017 three years ago, with no issues. I trust them enough to send my son over and they hooked up his Mustang with a nice stereo. They even installed the tint on my lancer. I went somewhere closer to my house to install tint on my Cadilac and was disappointed I should have come to Tre he never let me down.

This shop was my first stop looking for audio equipment and I told the guy that helped me I am shopping around so I went on to another shop and another shop and I came right back to audiozone because the customer service was outstanding and they were very helpful so I got my 2018 c300 Benz done by them with a full out system and added 18” rims to go along with my system and it sounds like a different car and also looks like a newer car I made the right choice to come back to this shop very well stocked up and very knowledgeable staff working there and they have very good prices and thanks for hooking up my toy and making me very happy !!!!!!!!well done ..

Audio Zone damaged my fathers SUV. They broke 2 panels on the dashboard, attempting to install a stereo. They tried covering it up with tape and glue. The bank is investigating the sloppy work and damages. The wrong wire harness was used, which caused the music to sound distorted. We took the car back for answers and the owner replied, “you need 7 new speakers and that the damages were done by them, but they will not fix it. The dealership checked the stereo and found that they didn’t connect the amp back up, used the wrong wire harness, and broke two panels. Audio Zone left a reply using the wrong vehicle type. They are scammers and out to cheat people.

They did a great job on on my Escalade 04 they hooked my sounds up real nice great people great place.

Co-Worker recommended me to Car Audio to get my windows on my challenger tinted. Tray took the time to go through the right shade to best match my car and did an awesome job!

MY BOYFRIENDS 2011 TOYOTA RAV4, NOT 2004 WAS DAMAGED BY THE STEREO INSTALLER. THE STEREO WAS ALSO INSTALLED WITH THE WRONG WIRE HARNESS AND THE AMPLIFIER WASNT ADJUSTED CORRECTLY, WHICH CAUSED SEVERE DISTORTION. WE HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $223 FOR THE 2 DASHBOARD PANELS THAT THE INSTALLER BROKE AND NEVER INFORMED US. HE TRIED TO COVER IT UP BY USING GLUE TO SEAL THE PANELS BACK TOGETHER. THE DEALERSHIP SHOWED US THE SLOPPY WORK THE INSTALLER DID AND ALSO THE LOSE WIRES HE FAILED TO SECURE. POUR JBL SPEAKERS ARE NOT BLOWN AS THEY STATED. THAT WAS AN UNTRUE TATIC TO GET MORE MONEY. NOW THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAS COMPLETED THE STEREO WITH THE RIGHT HARNESS AND ADJUSTED THE AMP. THE SYSTEM SOUNDS NORMAL.HOWEVER, THAT COST $200 ALONE. THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TWO DASHBOARD PANELS THE UNTRAINED INSTALLER BROKE IN HALF. THOSE PANELS ARE NOT $17 AS AUDIO ZONE STATED. THEY ARE $104 EACH WITHOUT TAX. AUDIO ZONE WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS. PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK, ETC. WE FOUND SOME 20+ COMPLAINTS FOR CAR DAMAGES, EVEN DISPUTES WITH THE BBB. PLEASE SEE ALL OF THE IMAGES IM POSTING, SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF.THIS IS WHY WE WERE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE JOB BEFORE IT WAS COMPLETED. If we could give negative stars we would. We purchased almost $5k worth of audio equipment between my husband and I. One of his subs stopped working and he called this place willing to pay the price to have it fixed but they wont even offer it. They told him the manufacturer wont even fix it since it was blown but its one channel so it wouldve blown both subs. Now hes out subs that hes still paying for.

I came to the store last October looking to upgrade my sound system and tint my windows in the car I had recently purchased. I was having issues with garbled sound and the guys were able to diagnose it and to recommend the correct replacement after market parts. They did an excellent job and even installed a control switch for my amp to turn up or turn down the amount of power to it and therefore the bass. I loved how everything sounded. Recently in the past two months I began to have issues with the bass cutting out randomly. I figured I would swing by to see if they could diagnose the problem fully expecting to pay for additional parts since it had been about 7 months since I had purchased the system. They fully replaced everything but my bass for free and the bass they replaced at cost since I had accidentally damaged it (turns out that was causing the problem to begin with). I really, really appreciate all of their time, patience, and the work that they did for me. It’s hard to find businesses these days that will actually bend over backwards to make their customers happy and work to resolve their issues fairly and honestly. You should absolutely be giving your business to audio zone because these guys are great and you will get top notch service. Thank you again for all of your help! *the window tinting was excellent as well, they did a superb job*
