I definitely dont know what happens to the employees of that store, theyre rude, they scowl at you, theyre always in a bad mood, theyre not helpful at all. I get the impression that they are forced to work there because of the way they treat customers. By the way, this is an almost general behavior in zaras stores. Someone needs to review this behavior and train these employees. For me its the worst service Ive ever seen.
Horrible customer service! There was an extremely long line in the store and three associates where standing there, not acknowledging any of the customers, not even a one second, well be right with you. It has been a while since Ive been in ZARA but I will NOT go back to this location. The manager needs to be fired and a new one should be brought in with proper training.
Oh my God I love Zara brand, but the line is crucifying. I spend more time in the line then actual shopping! Customer service could use a bit of work. It’s not that there’s a lot of people, it’s the employees who take their time.
The employees at this store have zero customer service skills. They do not greet customers, they are rude when you’re checking out at the cash register, and they barely look at you. Rather, they chitchat with those behind the register, laugh with them and take their time when checking people out even though they know there are long lines. Will not be going back to the Zara at FL Mall.
Always take 30+ min to check out. Either schedule more people or train in time efficiency. Won’t be coming back until this problem is dealt with.
Went to Zara for my gfs birthday. We had to take some clothes back and went to speak to a employee and was really rude to us saying “ the line is close for the guys section” we walked over to the women’s section and the line was to the door. 4 employees were working the registers as 8 more were standing around doing nothing. How do you have 9 registers to checkout and only use 4? Fix this locations logic please,

Absolutely horrible zara. I did a refund there & they shorted me 20 dollars. When I was watching the girl count the money I thought to myself “I don’t think she counted right” but she went ahead & handed the cash to the original girl who scanned the items, & the girl then handed it to me without counting it back or anything. I stepped to the side & counted it myself & my initial instinct was right, the girl had shorted me 20 dollars. I told someone then proceeded to wait twenty minutes to just be told “there’s no discrepancy in the register & you guys walked out so who know what you did when you left” ummm???? I walked FIVE FEET actually. Never got my money back.
Every-time I go it seems like they are getting ruder and ruder .No greetings whatsoever. If you go in for a return - forget it - they will give you an attitude. I was trying to upload the receipt from my purchase online unfortunately didn’t have signal therefore told the rep I will go ahead and make purchase the other items and come back tomorrow regarding the return she completely ignored me and said hmmm hmmmm hmmmm . I tried ignoring her response she turned her back and had me waiting for her to start scanning the stuff and said u have to hold . ( while she was just talking with someone else - nothing important - they were making fun of people who were on the line and laughing and everyone could hear them ). Worst customer service ever
The main guy whos always at the cashier never talks to me, not even a hello..anything I say he looks at me and just continues to talk to whoever else is behind the cashier. I love Zara and their clothes but I might stick to online shopping instead. I agree with the comment about the staff being like bouncers at a nightclub, theyre not all bad tbh I find the ones upstairs much nicer for some reason lol
I love the inventory in stock but if you are on a hurry this isnt the place for you as the line was to the door and seemed to take a while. I also purchased several items that were all tagged and rang up on my receipt however when I went to return one of the items that was within the return policy, they were not matching what was tagged vs what was on my receipt therefore not returning the item nor allowing me to exchange for something different which was disappointing because not only did I clearly pay for the item and bring it back within twenty four hours of my purchase with the tags still attached and receipt in hand but I also spent 300 dollars in Zara that day which being a return customer as well as a spending customer, I was definitely disappointed they wouldnt honor the return. Parking was easy store was packed so expect to spend some time in here.
Love Zara but terrible customer Service. Purchased a pair of kids jeans yesterday evening returned today because they did not fit my daughter. The Jeans had the outside tags but for some reason did not have the inside ones. The lady who served me the day before served me and informed she could not refund me because of no inside tags, however I said you served me the night before not even 24 hours had passed. The supposed store manger came a very nasty man by the name of Ferdi he did not want to provide his last name came and rudely said he wasnt going to give me my refund because of the no internal tags. I told him I am sorry but I just came last night and I am returning because they dont fit my child. He was rude and adamant that he wouldnt return the pair of jeans. I was then harassed by three other members stating that was their policy. However on the back of the receipt which I had states that if the above requirements are not met its up to the sole discretion of the store. Well let me just say this store has absolutely no customer service skills, and staff are rude and arrogant. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ITS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, never had an issue with another store for a refund the day after. This store should work on their customer service skills, the so called store manager Ferdi should really get some more training about how to treat customers, he could see that the pants were completely new outside tags was attached and I had my receipt which clearly showed that it was 24 hours prior. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I have been to Zara in London and Spain and believe me, the staff there are helpful to their customers. I have noticed that this store has the same type of reviews for bad customer service.
Horrible customer service. This place really needs new management to teach their staff to be customer friendly and quicker in lines. Their is no sense of urgency to help the customer receive a speedy check out. It’s like the staff doesn’t care about their customers and you can definitely tell in their body language and the way they talk to their customers.It really sucks because you love the brand and merchandise but the experience at this location is horrible. Marshalls down the street has better customer service and quicker check out.
Its a great store, not the best Zara Ive been to, but overall great variety. I took away a star because theyre always understaffed and the lines are eternal.
I bought a short from this Zara store. I put it in the washer. All the color washed away . I didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t think this will happen at all. I came back to the store and even spoke with the manager and he refused to return it. This is a very bad and unprofessional experience I had with this Zara store.
I love this Zara, but I had to stop going into the main store for a couple of years because of the horrible customer service. It seem not much have change after 4 years including a pandemic.
Horrible location, I went to do a return because I received the wrong item, an associate told me to go upstairs they can take care of me, than the cashier told me she didn’t do returns when she clearly was doing one right in front of me and than proceeded to tell me I needed to wait an hour. I went to the first floor and as I waited for about 15 min there was no management to control social distancing in the line and there was no hand sanitizer in the container. The gentleman who assisted me simply told me he can’t help me and to call customer service, I was never provided with at least the phone number or more information on the next steps. As always I avoided going to the Florida mall location but due to being near I had no choice is enough that I have to deal with the inconvenience to drive for an item I got wrong and yet get horrible experience at the store.
Personally I love the clothes that Zara makes, but this location is very badly staffed. I was looking to exchange a pair of pants I bought at a Miami store that fit a little big. I tried the size down and they Just didn’t fit right, so I picked out a skirt and a romper instead. Tags were on and it was completely unworn, but I forgot my receipt at home and I live 60 miles away so I asked if they could just exchange, they refused do to “store policy” and referred me to the manager, she was not accommodating at all! She said I had to get the same pants in another size and I explained that they didn’t fit right and even showed her the purchase on my Visa card, I asked her to please make an exception and let me get store credit towards my current purchase because I lived so far and there is not a Zara close to my house. She refused and said she had to stick to the “policy” no matter what. Well I don’t know what their policy is on customer service, but I have had to wait in line at that store for more time than is normal on several occasions and there is never anyone on the floor to help. On this occasion I waited for over 25 minutes and there was only 3 people in line in front of me, on other occasions it’s been worse! The only reason I drove here was to exchange the pants and they didn’t let me do that! I purchased the other clothes that I tried on and now have to drive back home and get the receipt to return the pants! I will be returning them in the Miami store I bought in because this store has the worse service! I have purchased from her before only out of pure necessity and because like I said earlier I like the clothes, but there is only so much bad service I can take from one store and this one has met its limit! Also for the record, I never bother with reviewing places, so when I do it’s for good reason!
I had the WORST experience at this store. I found a pair of jeans that were the last ones in my size and they didn’t have tags on them. I asked the employee who rang me out if I needed tags in case of a return and he told me no. He wasn’t very friendly and just did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. He shoved the bag at me and walked away when he was done ringing me out. The jeans ended up not fitting so I came back the next day to return them. They refused my return because there weren’t any tags on them. I told them I purchased them that way and was told there would be no issue. They then accused me of cutting the tags off and said they wouldn’t sell something in the store without tags. Well obviously they did and was told incorrect information by the rude employee that rang me out. They refused to take my return or make an exception and the customer service line on the phone was no help either. It’s a shame because I really love Zara but I will not be returning to this store ever again and possibly never shopping with this company again in general. Hopefully other locations aren’t like this and know how to treat their customers.
Customer service is horrible. My family and I were passing through, bought clothes and because of Covid, couldnt trying on the items. Unfortunately, two of the items didnt fit and we are eight hours from the store. I tried calling Zara customer service to do an equal exchange and they said there is nothing they can do and I would have to go to the store to exchange my items. Through multiple phone calls and emails, they were not willing to work with me. Now I have dresses that can not be worn, an upset daughter and money that I just threw away. Zara should be ashamed that they will gladly take everyones money but are not willing to make things right with the customer.

Im extremely disappointed with the customer service experience at this Zara. Its unfortunate, considering it is the only one in Orlando. This is one of my favorite stores to shop in, but I had to find alternative since the service provided there is terrible. What happened to customer service? They hire a bunch of rude hispanic kids. Who act like they are doing you a services. Like sweetie without customers youre unemployed. Its rude to speak over customers in a foreign language, while checking someone out. No greeting, no eye contact, no have a nice day. Yet you can manage to have an entire conversation with someone else, while not acknowledge the customer. This is poor training starting in the home. Then a lack of customer service from that particular branch. Ill just have to shop Zara when I go to NY or online

Not sure if its just this location but I swear the staff here is the slowest I have ever encountered. There is no sense of urgency what so ever. The line will be stretched from the register to the door and only 2 or 3 registers opened. But 10 employees putting clothes away. Who is running this circus? Where is the priority to take care of the customers. I was here Saturday with my daughter and we both had time to go to another store next door (while holding our spots in line) return items and still hadnt gotten to the register yet.

Slowest employees with zero sense of urgency. Just stood in line on a Saturday night for 20 mins. One guy at the register moving as glacial as he possibly could and a few supervisors roaming around the store with glazed over looks in their eyes instead of jumping on a register to assist. Yikes.

Stupidest place I have ever been too. I could not even return my pants without a receipt even though I told them I have the card I used. They said I can only exchange with same Pant and plus point is they didnt have that pants in stock. Never going back there again.
I love Zaras clothing but this place was horrible. There are nothing but piles of unfolded clothing on tables ( mountains ) and the racks were bare

This is NOT against the store level employees as they are just following Zara’s lousy policy. Your store needs to make it CLEAR upon entering that your fitting rooms are closed. It was very deceiving as when people find out after the fact, they already feel pressured to buy the clothes they wasted time choosing out. They told me to buy the clothes and try them in the bathroom outside of the store and then make line again to exchange them! Nope, y’all can take all the clothes I picked out and put them all back. All the other stores at the Florida Mall have their fitting rooms OPEN with covid procedures in place to make sure the rooms are clean! You guys should follow suit. I wasted time picking things out only to go to the fitting room and have it be closed. Zara needs to stop being lazy, put procedures in place and let people try on the product.

Not 1 friendly staff member inside the store, no one smiles, greets you etc. I’ve been inside this store a couple times and it’s the same thing every time I’m here. Do not shop here, save yourself. Drive to Disney Springs where Zara is much larger and staff is friendlier.... trust me!

Great place for upscale accessories such as scarfs, bags, and belts. For larger articles of clothing I wouldnt bother. Im a medium T-shirt and 34 waist pants in the rest of the USA but in Zara you feel fat as you have to go one to two sizes larger. The clothes are cut on the extreme small end of the range. Historically, the shirts I have bought from here have only lasted one year before looking aged and weathered. Therefore, if you want seasonal clothing, then great, but this is not long-term investment clothing like you would expect for the prices. I have had Target T-shirts wear better and last longer than the Zara shirts I have bought.

I’m a committed shopper at Zara and a big fan of their clothes. However, this past weekend I visited this store to exchange a pair of heels that were poorly manufactured and not comfortable to walk in.The floor manager, Elouis Roman did not accept the shoe for return regardless of the defect that I explained the shoe appeared to have. Overall, the employees in this store were oblivious to the needs of a customer. I love Zara but I don’t plan on ever shopping in this store again. These employees could really use some training on assessing the return of items with better judgment and improved customer service.
I have visited this store frequently, and every single time I’m here the customer service is terrible. The staff is not helpful at all, rude, attitude, and makes you feel unwelcome in the store. I love the Zara brand and have many pieces from them, but experiences like this makes me not want to buy from the company. I won’t visit this store ever again!

OBVIOUSLY YOU BEEN MISSING OUT IF YOU NEVER SHOP AT ZARA BEFORE.ZARA is one of the best stores to shop from. Ever since the store opens I find myself shopping at that store a lot, they have a beautiful style variety of clothing for both men, women, and kids. Their style of baroque clothing is the best thing any store could ever add to their inventory. I am a man of style which mean I like to look good from head to look and feel clean from my head to my feet. When I walk in the door of the Zara store I feel like all my problem and my stress went away, it hard to explain the change of feeling that I get when I try on one of their silky classic shirts and pants. I shop multiple times at their store located at the Florida mall and each time I shop there I always get my money worth, never a regret the times and money I spent there. Furthermore, one of the best reason I shop at Zara its because they have clothes to fit just about all size of body shape and their clothes are very affordable for anybody who likes to wear the baroque style of clothing. I dont only shop there for me I also shop there for my wife too, I feel its an obligation for me and my wife to shop at the same store since they have great quality clothing that she can wear anywhere even to work at the office. when she was pregnant it was hard for me to shop for her since her belly was rather growing faster than usual since she was caring for our son. It was hard to find clothes that fit her that was affordable and comfortable on her body that she can wear to church and also to work. I went to many other stores that had clothes that would her throughout her pregnancy but she did not like them as much so I decided to go to Zara since I shop for her there before and loved every bit and pieces of the clothing that I bought for her from Zara. So I decided to go to Zara and exactly I thought I walk in the store and they had a whole bunch of dresses her size that she loved and that she could wear to many different places without feeling uncomfortable with her pregnant belly. At this point shes about to give birth, I cant wait for my son to be born so I can take him shopping at Zara one day. All in all, Im a proud Zara customer and my dream is to be a part of Zara association. I would love to be a Zara franchise owner and also be one of their models. Thank you.
I got the clothes for my husband for Father’s Day and I put it in the Loundry machine, after I took it out, the clothes was full of holes and it was the only clothes ruin, because I looked and the other clothes was fine, after a week my son was there too, he got a jacket and the same thing happened to the clothes he got from Zara only the clothes from there, Please make sure when you go there wash your clothes before you wear it. I don’t know maybe it was for a long time in there warehouse due to the covid -19 but the material was so bad ! Be careful, I been trying to call them email them but hey don’t answer to me !!

The store is great and has a great selection of clothes and accessories. Perfume selection is amazing and cost friendly. My only issue is they dont ask for ID when using your credit card. With all the credit card fraud in South Florida Id feel safer using my card knowing they asked for ID

Im going to give this place a two only because the employees here suck. I love Sara their clothes are amazing and the store is always organized but, they only have 1 cashier downstairs who is moving super slow while 5-6 employees are just walking around. I go to this store 1 a week and nobody is ever in the kids department greeting or helping. But there clothes and prices are amazing

My favorite place but long queues and because there is no fitting rooms so the amount of people exchanging and returning are high so supposedly more cashiers, you mighy spend more than half an hour waiting for your turn

I always forget they have upstairs. I love the size of this store, its generally very organized. the staff might seem rude and off putting but they are nice people. i was helped every time i asked. i think they are over worked and tired.
I have been followed around at this location twice before. The first time on my own. Another time with a friend. They get another minority to follow you to multiple sections of the store and stare at you from a safe few feet away, and when you look at them to let them know you notice them, they ask you and only you if everything is okay, while ignoring everybody else in the store around you. Thought the first time was just a bad employee, by the second time I never came back again.

If I my daughter didnt like their clothes so much.... I was helped (once I found someone to help me). Every person I came into contact with that worked at Zara acted and looked like I was bothering them. All I came for were some shoes for my daughter.

Usually love this store and usually have a good experience, but bought a pair of jeans and they didn’t have tags inside and when I got home I didn’t love them so went to try to return them, and they said no despite selling them that way to me. Talked to the manager who gave me attitude even after I explained that they were already missing inside tags when I bought them. Won’t be buying there again.

What an awful experience. Please be aware I made few returns one day just to realize a week later that one of the returns didn’t show up in my bank !! Go back to the store they say we have to open case and email receipt than they decide !!!!! I am just there don’t know what to say !! They made the return ok for two but one the card was offline or something as they told me!! It was their fault however I had to keep up with customer service and after two months !!!!!!’ Yes two months!!!!!! They say we reached a decision and the money will be returned in two weeks !!!!!!! Never had such experience in my life. Please check ur bank when u return to them !! And honestly ask for cash if you paid with bank card so u don’t have to take the chance of them screwing it up.

I wish I could give 0 stars because I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Was looming for some heels and only found 1 out of the pair. The lady who I asked to help said to find it myself. Furthermore, when I found a different pair and asked her to check for size she just walked across the room without using her walkie or the provided POS to confirm and didn’t even bother looking around. She came back telling me it’s the last one. The cherry on top was the gentleman at the register whose name is Gabe. Waited 30 mins to get rung up with only 2 customers in front of us (each one of them had no more than 3 items). In those 30min not only did he walk away several times to have a conversation with another employee but also proceeded to sigh and extremely slowly continued to ring up the customers. 30 min to ring up 2 people with 4-5 items total? I worked in retail for many years in a high traffic store where we had to check all the sizes and conditions of items before ringing them up and I’ve never taken this long so I don’t understand how this came out to a 30 minute wait. I was astonished by the disgusting attitudes I received from every single employee today and the obvious lack of care and passion is very unattractive for such a popular store. The way you treat your customers is the way they’re going to treat you. So if you want to have a good experience at work don’t ruin it for yourself, Gibson. Or maybe get a different job if you’re a so unhappy that you allow yourself to act like that in front of customers.
Today was the best day to go to Zara. Their sales were great and they always have the best fashion out there. Even though their prices are pretty hefty, their style and material match it well.

Ho hum ZARA. The one in Disney Springs is better. But none of the Orlando area Zaras are as good as the South Florida Zaras.
One of the managers are very rude and disrespectful. Never been trained and Walmart has better customer service here. The problem also is there is no diversity and culture. All the employees are Spanish I’m not racist but every store should look like reflection of environment. You should have employees from different cultures and races and you grow faster and grow your business faster. When you go to sale rack 2nd floor you will see things with no price or sale signs all over so you have to ask then associate will say yes it is on sale they forgot to sign. You go to purchase they say no it is not and then say that associate said I never said so. Absolutely disaster feeling. Be careful when you guys shop here to ask 3 times from 3 different employees about prices to be sure. The only good thing in the store is that it is clean and in a great location

I don’t care how good there clothes & price it’s very poor clients service & there exchange conditions. I brought several items after a week letter I went to change ones of the pant for a different size but unfortunately did not have the receipt they refuse to change it, I told them to give me store credit but they said no, I literally gave the pant to the store manager I said you can have it. Basically Zara just still my money. 😡😡😡😡
