LOVE LOVE LOVE! First of all all their food is delicious 😋 Weve had the spaghetti alfredo, Lasagna & Margarita pizza, their pizza pieces are big, their garlic rolls are amazing 👏 . Weve been there a couple of times and each time the staff surprises us even more, they saw us walking down the street after previously placing an order and went outside gave water to our dog and had our pizza ready, amazing!FULLY RECOMMENDED! Great coffee as well!

Lunch was okay quiet local downtown place; ordered a Veggie Bianca which was okay not the best what bothered me was the kitchen guy smoked a cigarette and came back in without washing his hands 😔 than as somehow busy it is on weekends and stuff they should hire amother server to help the poor girl serving

Beautiful, cozy and unique. The pizza and all the truly Italian sauces, the attention is good.Do not forget to order the Macchiato at the end, which is first class.I really felt at home and as if my mother and grandmother were in the kitchen

Staff has horrible customer service. We waited 40 minutes for 1 burger & when politely asking if they were done with the burger yet, a worker yelled at us, being nasty & saying “We’re making it WAIT” while raising both her hands at us. I wouldnt have an issue waiting if the place werent completely empty & I wasnt getting yelled at by staff. After all of this & going off on us, the same rude worker came up to us with cash saying they havent even started making the burger yet & tried to refund the order. This is completely ridiculous & so unprofessional. Not to mention the rest of the food (pizza) was cold & rock hard. Will not be returning.

Metro espresso pizza cafe is conveniently located next to the downtown farmers market. They a diverse menu typical of a pizzeria from Pizza by the slice to hot subs. I ordered a slice of cheese, a slice of pepperoni, and their gyro sandwich with fries. Their NY style pizza was good and the gyro sandwich had some uniqueness to it. Overall the food is good. The service is very good, the girls working today were courteous and helpful and even came from behind the counter to open the door for us pushing a stroller. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We got our food Togo and ate at the park. We look forward to repeating this Sunday mini adventure.

6 bucks a slice which is insane. Took forever to pretty much reheat the slice. When I got it, it was soggy. First and last time visiting this place.

I stumbled upon this place by accident and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I had the two slice special which is on Monday and Tuesday only. The pizza was nice and fresh and they were also nice sizes. The server was very friendly and came over to check my table periodically. Because of the good food and service, I would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.

Ordered a classic veggie pizza for movie night w my boo. The pizza was wonderful, but when I went to pick it up the customer service skills were subpar from the cashier. Would order from here again tho...

We were enjoying a stroll in the Lake Eola area and came upon this cafe. We felt welcome when we walked in the door, and were seated outside. I had spaghetti with meatballs, and my husband had pizza. It was delicious! You can tell when food is made fresh with fresh ingredients. My meatballs had never been frozen and the marinara sauce was made with fresh tomatoes. I didnt even have to ask if it was made fresh, it was evident. The manager and staff were friendly and keen to give a pleasant dining experience. We will be back.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First, it is located right on the edge of Lake Eola, so it is perfect after a day in the park. Second, the portion sizes are out of this world! At a decent price, this place does not disappoint. Quick, friendly, service. I highly suggest sitting outside as the ambiance of the city is quite nice.

Great portions! Pizza slices are generous with a great price. Besides the delicious food, it’s worth the positivity the staff emit. They play nice songs that even the staff aren’t shy to sing along to and it was admirable to see them vibing and enjoying their work day. Very accommodating and would love to come back. Positive atmosphere makes their food taste even better.

Went here for lunch with my co workers looking for a good lunch menu near our job. Ive eatin here before but not inside to sit down and receive service. Our waitress was very cool and sweet! The food and prices are amazing as well! I got sausage and peppers over pasta with their home made alfredo 🤤 DELICIOUS! Ill definately be coming back!

I choose garlic and feta cheese pizza, wich was delicious. I was concerned when I noticed the guy getting my pizza without gloves. Well, was late and I was tired and hungry, so I hope this review will taking care of it and they learn from it, by starting use gloves when handling food. They have gluten free pizza optios as well.

Stopped by for a quick slice of pizza, ordered two pieces of pepperoni for $8.50 thinking I’d be in an out. After 25 minutes waiting by the counter I finally got my pizza. Get home and see that I got two flimsy pieces of cheese pizza... for $8.50. I’m gonna eat them because I’m starving but safe to say I’ll never eat here again. Shame since I live right by this place.

I always come here everytime i visit downtown orlando. Its a small restaurant but its aesthetically pleasing. They have outdoor sitting as well. The food was fresh and hot when it arrived to our table so expect a bit of a waiting time.

I called my pizza order in and ask for a specialty pizza it was half white half regular because my wife likes the white I asked for olives onions Green peppers mushrooms on all of it and I requested anchovies on my side.I get there and they tell me they have no anchovies that’s no big deal I simply asked did you make the pizza they go yes but we could still add a topping of your choiceMy first thought the pizzas already done it’s been saying or three or four minutes that’s no big deal but throw another topping back on it to burn the bottom and over cook the pizza was insulting.My thought was why they didn’t call me back when they Knew they were out of anchovies.They had my name and phone number I should’ve called and asked me what to do, I may not have wanted that pizza there’s many places downtown but I wasn’t given a choiceThe girl that was in charge of checking me out said I just found out well the cook knew from the beginning it was a failure all the way around.They thought they just still get the business no matter what well they’ll never get my business again then they said that because the way they punched it into their cash register system they had to still ring my credit card for the full amount and they handed me cash back for no anchovies that seemed rather odd.

Staff were friendly and food was both fragrant and delicious. Great relaxed dining spot. Take a date here for a nice causal dinner 👍

Every trip to Orlando, I visit Metro Espresso Pizza Cafe. The service is fast. The food has always been consistently excellent. This last visit, I brought my service dog Black Lab Emma. They waited on her too by bringing a dog dish of water to the outside patio. This is a place you must visit. You will crave the items on the menu. Amazing.

I absolutely love this place. This is our second time here and I love how they recognized me and my boyfriend and even my dog. They provided some pepperoni for my dog and water while waiting for our amazing pizza and wings. There are not many places that are so nice with people that have dogs. Way to go!!! Thank you so much ❤️ Highly recommended

Best NYC pizza In Orlando.

I had to report them for fraud... They lost my ticket. Instead of trying to mediate the situation, they instead got an attitude. I am unsure why, as the charge is my credit card. So I just reported fraud against them, and my bank quickly (and correctly) agreed with me.

I went here today for lunch. Ive been working in the downtown area for about 16 years, and this is by far the best pizza around. And dont get me started on the garlic knots....They are THE best (especially if you are true garlic lover!). Not only that, but the gentleman that helped me (maybe the owner?) was extremely nice.

Not my first time here but had to type this while eating my pizza. Every time I come here the customer service is exceptional! I mean on point! The staff is real down to earth, friendly and super accommodating! I eat here occasionally on my lunch. It’s in walking distance from Pine street and budget friendly. I’m a black woman and I have experienced all types of poor service. NEVER at Metro Pizza. If your looking for a place to relax and eat outside of the office, during rush hour lunch... METRO!Additionally: All food is prepared by bare hands( which is a personal pet peeve of mine-don’t you h my food) However, when I requested the cook prepare my pizza with gloves they were more than happy to.He even served me specially crafted garlic bread-made with his bare hands. Now I’m thinking that’s the special ingredient LOL!

Went in at about 4pm, the place was empty, no specials 🤔. We got the ziti w/meatballs, you could tell the lack of quality. It tasted like a school lunch, the meatballs tasted fake and the sauce lacked flavor. The service was lacking as we saw our server maybe 3 times.
