I came to this Starbucks with such a positive vibe coming back from the park and STEPHANIE ruined it with her horrid attitude stood there picking at her nails just giving me a blank stare then when I asked for my receipt. She rudely said “ugh it took a while to print out” I will be letting corporate know the kind of employees they hire. Horrible customer service
My daughter purchase the wrong drink for me. The manager, Jeff, was incredibly nice and exchanged my drink with one even better! Thank you for great customer service.

Was enjoying a good morning with my 11 year old daughter! She wanted her favorite breakfast sandwich and drink from Starbucks, when we entered the facility Brittany was our cashier. She was rude and awful. Went to Cinnabun across the way and the people and service was better. I understand working in a busy place would be stressful but to be rude and disrespectful is not the way to be when working in customer service. Shame on you Brittany!

Was there 10/22 around 1:30 am, brunette girl working at the handoff station didn’t have to be so mean spirited … I’ve had hard days working at the bux too but you’d never catch me or any of my coworkers acting like that. Everyone else was kind, funny, and helpful! Drinks and experience was all good until we told the girl at handoff that our drink was incorrect and she got an attitude about it. Otherwise, great experience!!

This Starbucks has some of the nicest employees. Every time we come the staff have smiles (even when it is overwhelmingly crowded). the last two times we have had Arturo take our order and he is amazing, kind, and so funny! Definitely stop in and get a drink!
Ive only personally been a few times because I dont drink coffee, but they do have good breakfast sandwiches and everyone that Ive stopped with to get coffee loves it. They can have a long line sometimes, but what can you do, its starbucks.
Barista Adreenna was completely rude. I felt discriminated against by all the staff. I had told Adreenna TWICE what I had ordered and did NOTHING right in my face. Waited 20 minutes to get a drink while everyone had NO problem getting their drink less than 2 minutes.
They were very unorganized, the manager had an attitude, and they messed up all 3 of my drinks. They also didn’t put in an extra espresso shot that I paid for. I understand that they were busy, but I’ve been to plenty of busy Starbucks and none of them as bad as this one.
Quick service, good safety precautions. Manager kinda stood back watching his team work (in a good way). Confidence in employees. Cashier very nice at helping me find my wife a drink she enjoyed.
I ordered a tall caramel ribbon crunch creme frappuccino, a grande caramel ribbon crunch creme frappuccino, and a tall pink drink with whipped cream. The pink drink was in a grande cup, and it had no whipped cream. We got 2 tall CRCC Frappuccino’s, so we didn’t get a grande. When they went back to change our frap to a grande cup, they gave us a regular frap, not a creme one. We don’t drink coffee in our house, so we threw it out. 6 bucks down the drain. Way too overpriced.
Exactly what I needed after today...shortest line of the day... Very cool place to take a load off... Rain cancelled our plans at the park. This was our first coffee of the day and it could not have been more perfect!!!!
The guy working the cash register when we were there this weekend was amazing! Everyone was super nice, but this guy was the type of person that made my day brighter. He seemed like he was just loving life and living it to the fullest! I didnt catch his name, but whoever you are.. You keep doing you!
Fast friendly efficient service. Good quality coffee and great selection of Starbucks merchandise. I found the black matte studded cup that everyone says is hard to find. We bought several of these cups because my family wanted some as well. We visit this Starbucks frequently when we come to Universal Orlando resort.
SO RUDE!!!!! The cashier, Jacob, was so incredibly rude to us all because they didn’t have half of the menu. How are we supposed to know you’re out of all the food, strawberries, mangoes, almond and coconut milk?! Every time we asked for something he would yell at us that they don’t have it. So rude considering they opened less than an hour ago. I also saw him yelling at other customers for the same thing.
Do we really live in a society where Starbucks feels like it can charge $5 for bottled water? Really? Seriously?Otherwise this is a Starbucks. The cold brew is delicious, get it.I feel like their corral for the covid measures are not super affective, but everyone is taking a half-caring approach these days so its fine.

Don’t order food unless you wanna wait 30 minsUpdate: it’s been 50+ minutes for food. I repeat, do not order food. There is many more places to eat with better food if you just continue walking toward Universal. Incompetent is an understatement for this fast food joint.
I don’t even want to leave a star, my friend and I waited OVER 20mins for a simple drink that the barista took, never gave my friend a receipt but gave others their receipt. Upon, making the WRONG drink that was made with whip-cream we had to wait again only for the sever to say “can he scrap the whip cream off” hmm no, make another one.
Waited quite a while with no explanation or apology. I think they just mistakenly skipped my order - which happens, but an apology is appreciated.
Drinks were good and the service was great, however I was a bit shocked when the man in front of me asked for a “small mango dragonfruit lemonade” and the employee shot him point-blank between the eyes, in front of the other customers I might add, for forgetting it was actually called a “tall mango dragonfruit lemonade”. (You can imagine my fear when I was up next to order and completely blanked on what a medium, or grande, was called)One star taken off, but overall still a great experience!

They do not take partner discounts, they do not receive tips, & you cannot get stars. Customer service was okay but just keep this in mind!!
Perfect location for when you show up at CityWalk for the park in the morning. Breakfast, coffee, or both. The baristas are pretty quick and the food and drink is tasty and fresh.
There are never enough people working there so the line is always out the door and moving very slow. They should know better since so many people visit universal every day.

The cooks & baristas saved the day (or this review may have had a much lower rating)! Conveniently located just outside the final entrance into Universal Studios. The lady that took our order seriously stared right past me into the beyond & after repeating my order twice to her, she asked if I wanted my iced caramel macchiato cold or hot. Just sayin. Coffee & spinach, feta, egg white wrap were great as an easy to carry/eat breakfast to kick off our day at the park.
Very busy but the line moved quickly. Wouldnt let me use my rewards from Starbucks at that location.

Tired and overworked staff is my guess. This is the dirtiest Starbucks Ive been to. Fast service, taking everything into consideration, but, Ill pass next time.
Very clean and enough space to not clamped up with other. The staff was more than amazing and nice. Drinks came out so good... One of the best drinks i’ve had! Very quick as well
Amazing store. The staff took time to make sure the store is safe for covid. Love the new queue line as people aren’t gather together. The are quick and get the drinks out in order. The management seem to really thought about the pandemic and making sure everyone is safe. The staff is extra friendly and a burst of energy for those exhausting park days.

Every time I go to UO, which is often, you would think I would have learned by now that this Starbucks is the worst. More times than not the drinks are WRONG. COLD BREW WITH SWEET CREAM! Easy enough but I guess not for them.
When we went there wasnt a line, not many people there at all. But it took a very long time to get our drinks. The people were very nice though..

We sadly didn’t have a good experience, they had the inside closed no chairs, no tables nothing. Instead of having them located within the social distancing guidelines.Their excuse was that the personnel only cleaned the outside chairs, when in the whole hour that we were there we didn’t see any employee disinfect the tables or chairs in the patio. It is very sad because we’ve been customers for years and they didn’t make the necessary adjustments to provide an amazing customer service while following the guidelines, instead•they didn’t have a personnel disinfecting the premises counters inside•they didn’t let people dine inside with A/C after a long day walking in the Park• They said they had someone disinfecting outside and we never saw them being there for an hour.It is disappointing that a company as huge as Starbucks is and at Universal Studios -City Walk they don’t have the staff following the guidelines, and maintaining a good customer service at the same time.

Princess was such a wonderful employee. She was so sweet and greeted us warmly. While I’ve never met her before, I think she deserves a raise! We tried to tip her but we aren’t allowed to at this location. Thanks Princess!

Went early, decent crowd. Fast service.
Went into ask for a large cup of water because parks were closed and Universal City walks main and only coke stand had a very long line. Even got a Manager and was still denied a large cup of water, they could only give us little cups. Just more plastic wasted. The water was for medical needs too. This is the 1st time being denied a large ice water from a star bucks in the Orlando area since moving here over 3 years ago.
Asked for a venti strawberry refresher no ice and they gave me a half full cup of refresher. I could not believe my eyes, I got a half full cup of drink? What the heck was that. So not worth paying $6/7 for a half cup of juice. The stupidest thing ever.
The young man at the register at about 730 am on 2/6 was so kind & understanding. He really started our morning off right today. Best service I’ve encountered thus far in Orlando =)

Beautiful, clean store with amazing baristasand incredible customer service. All of the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and even though the store was very busy we were able to receive our order quickly and efficiently. I am glad that during a chaotic vacation this Starbucks stands resolute as a bastion of reliability, good coffee, and incredible service.
Always clean, which says something given the tremendous amount of traffic it receives as a Theme Park Starbucks. The staff there are quite accommodating and friendly as well. Scott helped educate me on the Starbucks app’s payment features. Solid Starbucks establishment.
This Starbucks makes my visit to universal worth every cent. It truly encapsulates what good customer service is all about. I highly recommend anyone walking by to step in, and witness the most premium customer service available in all of Florida.

Its just another Starbucks. The service was excellent and the inside was nice and clean. Despite the lines being quite long the staff got the drinks out in a reasonable amount of time.

I just witnessed a man walk up to the counter when his name was called the guy calling his name was over the top rude. The man obviously had never been in a Starbucks, his sandwich was ready and when he asked where his coffee was the guy behind the counter slung his breakfast sandwich over his shoulder and it hit the wall behind the counter and slid down. I was impressed with the man for not letting the worker have it. What has happened to customer service? If this was my business the the dramatic, rude employee would not represent my company.
Note: This location does not honor Starbucks Gold Card free refill benefit. Everything on Universals property is money-first, guest experience later. I like to think of this Star bucks location as The Lesser Disney location. Take your money off-property where your business and continued patronage is actually appreciated. Update: I also found out today that this location doesnt participate in ANY Starbucks promotions whatsoever. Even the Starbucks locations inside the park do that!
