Have used Murphy Oil for approximately five or six years this is truly the dirtiest place Ive ever been in my life the customer service is terrible to act like were doing them a favor to go in there the lady actually walked out the door and was having a cigarette when I walked in her store I could have told her story blind I asked her if she I could pay for the gas in my stuff and she said I had to wait for her to finish my cigarette before I can pay is this customer service when she had her mask halfway down her face smoking a cigarette whatever happened to this place I love Murphy gas this is truly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in my life

I would only recommend going here if your using a credit card. Customer service is non existant and they do not honor the prices posted. It makes no sense to have an incorrect price listed. There was a large sign that said Newport 5.90 a box and when they rang up 7.50 she said oh well I said the sign *right there* says 5.90. Oh well. Well then remove the sign! Stop misleading customers and getting rude when they want the price listed.

Terrible Guest service. Tammie/Tammy Unfortunately seemed as if she didn’t enjoy her job, she spoke to the guest with attitude in her voice, slammed items, on counter, there were 2 other workers 1 sitting the other etc while the line continued to get longer. I am not a daily customer but I don’t appreciate the 1 time I go in the store and gets treated like that. Murphy USA WILL NOT be receiving anymore money from me. I will be sure to tell a friend. Not to mention I called the store phone numerous amounts of times before anyone picked up, and when someone did I politely asked for the workers name for a review and BOOM Tammie/Tammy blatantly hung up the phone in which she mistakenly said her name so I knew which worker answered.

Marchanita was very helpful, has a great personality, I loved her customer service coffee is always ready in the morning she such a great worker. And the guy Victory is always smiling with such a great smile and full of joy also I love this location stop here every morning

This was my favorite store for along time but there is an employee there that always screws up my stuff i either get 100s the wrong ciggs or like today i specifically asked for a 2 lotteria a number 34 and he askedagain which one and i get home and its the wrong ticket i got a fat wallet the ticket i will never wastemy money on.. But i guess its my fault for not looking in my bag right

It’s 7:50 in the morning in Murphy’s gas station they close there a tenant thought it was wise to close the doors when people is on their way to work to get gas Sam I don’t recommend this place

Terrible I have 11:25pm on my phone and they are closed looks like somebody is jumping the gun and trying to get home early
