I tried to order a breakfast bowl, this is what came out. I thought I ordered wrong. I was told they dont have eggs. What is the point of a breakfast bowl? I am from PA I have been ordering wawa breakfast for years I come to wawa for breakfast for a reason. This is the worst one by far. The staff was polite but seem confused like they never have eggs.

They had a great variety of fresh foods. It was pretty busy even in the late hours of the night. The staff was busy stocking shelves from the day before. They did not have a huge selection of personal care items though. After leaving with the items I purchased, I noticed one of my food items packaging had been opened and the food was dried out. But it could have easily been shipped like this, it was hard to notice it was open.

Came here at 1 am doe coffee. The coffee was out but supervisor Courtney came over and made a fresh pot for us. She was so incredibly nice. Then at checkout I believe the girls name was Brittany again was so nice and friendly. She made small talk with my daughter which made my little girls night. Thank you to both of you amazing ladies for your kindness & friendliness.Hope you both stay Blessed.

For people coming from HHN or any event, DO NOT COME HERE!Staff are horrible, it will take you almost an hour to get your food, and you will likely get hair in your food. We ordered some food and two people in our group had long strands of hair.

Wawa is my go to for just about everything I need on the go. This is by far the worst store I have experienced in the chain. I have registered formal complaints regarding level of service provided here with absolutely no response. Service is so poor that 7/11 is starting to look like where I want to be. attached is a picture of the consistent lines one register open. These lines form all the way back to the beer cooler and can wrap around. If you wish to simply get a drink from these blocked cookers, you are breaking social distancing rules and a lot of people are not wearing masks.

No service for sandwiches or smoothies. They literally had the screens off and facing away from the customers. Unexceptionable,the manager you plan better!

General manager, Steve, will not accept valid government issues ID for a cig. If a national airport can accept it, a local gas station should have no problem.Extremely terrible customer service.Not to mention this location reeks as soon as you enter. You can find a better stop.

Visiting Orlando from Maryland where Wawa is an almost everyday visit. I didn’t think it was possible to find a bad Wawa but here we are. The moment you walk through the door there is actual trash piled on the floor. The employees did not do anything. It was insane. Customers were throwing their food because they were so fed up with the blatant neglect the employees had for their jobs. I can’t believe this is a Wawa. I’m in shock.

Dirty bathrooms the entire store just not feel clean.The other reviews posted are true why was generally is really a fabulous place right up there with buc-ees. I will never come here again and now Im wondering how many other stores are like that that corporate is not addressing. Im going to send an email to corporate thats what I did with Lowes. If youre curious I never heard back from them either its like these big corporations dont care anymore. I think we need to stick to the mom and pops theyre the backbone of America.

Went to this store in person and all of the order screens had paper on them declaring them “out of order”. I asked one of the workers if there was any way to order a sandwich and fries and she said no.I proceeded to order using Uber eats and received my order within 20 minutes. Delivery took about 5 minutes. Both the sandwich and fries were cold on arrival. Very disappointed with this wawa’s lack of customer service.

Waited 40 minutes for curbside. Ive got an injury that makes it difficult to walk so I really didnt want to go inside. My supercharging session was expiring so I had to go inside. They didnt care at all. They didnt have my drink. My food was made incorrectly, all 3 sandwiches were wrong. They said they had been calling for curbside but apparently that person is MIA so it fell on deaf ears and was filed away under not my jobIf they didnt have a supercharger, I wouldnt return. The attitude is what did it for me.

Why have a sign in this location. If your employees are not going to in force people going in without masks. A simple excuse me you need a mask is not hard to say. I saw 4 people go in back to back, and come out with merchandise. Wheres the health safety in this place, and where is the responsible manager on this shift that might be turning a blind eye🤔. The second worst WaWa Ive ever been to. The first is also in Orlando. Long lines at all hours. Im staying at the hotel next door and twice ive had to leave empty handed because the line for the cashier was across the store.

This WAWA never has a working espresso machine. A year ago I came here for an iced coffee and the espresso machine was down. Last week I was here and the espresso machine was down. Today I’m here and they aren’t making any drinks at all.

Store is good, but i have seen people not wearing masks and store employees dont request for tge customers to wear them, nor stop providing the services in an attempt to have the customers follow THE LAW.

The whole store has 2 people at the food line and 1 at the register, bad management.

Apparently they stop making food at a certain time here now. What is the point of having a Wawa that doesnt even make sandwiches after 10 p.m. Customer service is not good at this location either.I called to ask why the deli was closed and she said it was for sanitation purposes because they were short-staffed and then hung up. However when I went into the store there were plenty of employees just walking around and talking to each other.

No matter which Wawa I shop at, they are consistently clean, with friendly staff and a large variety of products. I love styling here. The food is amazeballs.

Where do I begin.. food staff was slow and rude. Did not call out my order number and it sat on the counter for a good 15 mins. Other orders came an went .. I finally had to creep up to the counter to ask about order and my food was thrown at me without an apology.Everyone in the food area had an attitude and spent alot of time joking, giggling and playing when customers are waiting to be served. Rudest employee ever.. the female behind the food counter has the worst attitude ever, very disrespectful and horrible customer service. She made my order wrong and as I politely asked her about the order she snapped at me And raised her voice. Her facial expressions towards me shocked the other visitors behind me and the person I was with. Will never come back here. For a tourist area she wouldn’t be hired there. Ruined my vacation. I love Wawa subs, salads, and quesadillas. I dont get out of work till late and the food here is often fresher than that you would get from a fast food place. Ive never tried their coffee drinks but they always look great!

I don’t like coming to this Wawa before 10pm because they just have some disrespectful guys working there. I make my order and they will just have it sitting to one side. After they get their own sandwiches done or for their fellow employees, then they’ll call out your order. And this happens in front of managers. After 10pm you’ll get better service and the employees are more respectful. They’ll also try to get your food out as soon as possible. So I will give them 3 stars, because the service should be the same throughout the day, not only with the overnight crew.

Ive been coming to this Wawa for years and I love getting coffee here in the morning and sometimes I come back for lunch! The staff has always been really nice, even with the busy rushes. My last few visits, however, have not been pleasant. The woman working behind the coffee counter this morning is extremely rude and a bit aggressive. Ive seen her act like this towards other customers as well. God forbid you let her know one of the coffee containers are out, she gives you a snappy response accompanied with the most evil glare. Theres no need to treat people like this and I think it does the other polite employees a great disservice to have her around.

Its hit or miss here. The managers are great but they need to hire and train the staff better. They also should have more employees on shift than they do. The wait times are always insane. Hit or miss with the sandwiches, most employees are good just ungodly how slow they are... A few are not only as slow as sloths, but get the order wrong as well. Its always frustrating because I go here on my break and spend 30 minutes in line instead of enjoying my work break

Clean, safe gas station for a fill-up or for some quick bites. They are super busy usually and getting into the lot can be a bit tricky at times. But definitely better than some of the alternatives around both in safety and cleanliness.

Well I purchase fuel for 9 of my service trucks here at sand lake wawa every other day. since wawa decided to change the merchant credit card at the pumps it’s been a problem. I’m only able to pump two trucks and it blocks out my card and says card declined. I’m able to go to the competition and fuel up no problems. I tried to talk to a store Manager Friday morning but seemed to busy to even come out of his office. Look like I have to find another way to handle my business.

Good coffee, sandwiches to order are very good. Wawa’s breakfast sandwiches next to the cashier are so much better than a gas station breakfast sandwich should be. Sausage/Egg/Cheese Sizzli is better than most fast food chains. Croissant sizzli is very good as well.

Nice location with a Friendly Staff. Easy to see right off of W Sand Lake Road in Orlando. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Hot food and drink specials. We will definitely be going back.

Hi so in Orange County facial coverings are required by law. Your employees didn’t enforce that at all. I saw at least three people without facial coverings. Also one employee behind the food counter without coverings.

Great sandwiches

Every time I come here I get a sandwich with mayonnaise garlic sauce and extra oil as well as tomatoes and it still comes out as the driest sandwich Ive ever eaten. Next time Ill order a glass of water on the side of my sandwich into.

I wish they had these in every place we visit! I might even use this idea back home. It’s not just a petrol station, it’s a supermarket, eatery and coffee stop all in one. We stayed down the road at a hotel and ate breakfast lunch and dinner here plus deserts and snacks everyday! We got doughnuts, salads, sandwiches, ice cream, Mac and cheese and so much more so there was a huge variety to pick from and change meal to meal day to day! The staff were friendly and the way to order food is so fast and easy on the touch screen computers around the place. The price is so affordable and the food is great quality! Each meal was around $5 or under which is perfect for us on a travel budget! Will be seeking these joints every where we go now

My wife and I experienced one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever experienced. Where we work we stress excellent customer service and return we hold this standard everywhere we go. This rating is focused completely in that regard. The cashier seemed to hate her job and in turn treated us very poorly. I am sure this may not always be the case, but thats all it takes. From here on out we will no longer visit away, because simply outh there are to many other places that actually commit to a high standard of customer service. Perhaps sharing this will help improve your commitment, but for us we will never know. I wish I could put 0 stars. Update, the store manager contacted me in regards to my one star review and offered compensation for the visit. He turned a really bad experience into a decent one. For that I give 3 stars.

I have never been to a Wawa before as there is none in NY and they just recently opened one in Miami. I was very pleased with the sandwich, snacks and fruit smoothies I ordered. I love Wawa

I work near this Wawa and I come here almost every morning. The employees are always friendly and they usually have the best gas prices around. The breakfast burritos are huge and delicious!

This Wawa location is very poorly managed. We waited 20 minutes for regular coffee to be made, as all that was put out was barely luke warm. There was only 1 poor lady assigned to this area, and she was 15 deep in a line of people waiting for milkshakes. There were very few employees assigned to staff a store this busy. We asked to speak to a manager while we waited the 20 minutes for Coffee, but were informed he was outside. By pure chance, we ran into the manager on-duty while checking out at the register. His name was Norman, and he barely listened to what we had to say, said thanks, turned his back to us and walked away. It was so unlike anything Ive ever experienced at a Wawa. This was the first time I felt as if customer service, coffee quality, and wait time didnt matter. Wawa corporate really needs to take a close look at how this location is being managed, especially since its right in the heart of Orlandos tourist district.
