I really like this Speedway gas station.It is the best one to go to in the Dr. Phillips/Universal Studios area.It can be busy at times, but I usually go at night and it is so quick to get gas and go. They recently updated they point of sale systems and now they all accept the chip on our cards. Finally on the 21st century.One drawback is how uncomfortable it can be to maneuver the cars when it is very busy.They have the best rates in the area.

Terrible service. Clerk was on the phone talking about banging someone and thier personal life.. threw the bag at me to bagy own stuff.

Strange seeing all these bad reviews. stopped off there with my daughter for a few snacks..Ladies working in there were the friendliest people ever. My daughter loved them. One popped from behind the counter and gave her a free donut

Used my debit card to get gas. My card was skimmed and being used before I got down the road to I-4. Get gas here at your own risk... and pay cash if you must.

I would give this place 5 stars... it always had the best customer service, but lately they have a staff that has attitude (especially Mariss). She approaches the counter when she wants to and waits for you to speak. She never says a word.... Not the standard Ive come to expect in Orlando.

The windshield washing bucket honestly and seriously smelled like urine. My windows were all filthy and despite my intention to wash them all, I think I’m better off waiting. At least the gas was cheap?

Customer service is horrible and I witness cashier refused to give service to two black students. Once the students left out the store they laugh with other staff.. Very disguised by staff..students shouldnt have to experience this type of discrimination. I ask for manager or corporation phone number they claim they do not know it. Pissed customer!!

It’s convenient for universal employees, generally good gas prices and ok customer service.

I was there warming up my sandwiches when the manager named Paul looked at me like he wanted me to move I told him I’m warming up my sandwiches he said you need to move that out the way hitting my hand with his as he carried something and not waiting for me to move I normally use a walker because I am disabled. I told him don’t touch me he said get out of here I didn’t touch you I said yes you did And I proceeded to tell him he was rude and I asked the cashier for his name and he said oh you want my name my name is Paul. I just believe when you work with people there’s no need to be rude he was rude and arrogant! That’s no way to treat your customers he has no respect! I will never go there again NEVER

Horrible customer service!!! I walk in to pay my gas And there was an employer mopping the floor right in front of the door so I asked her do you mind if I step on the wet floor or do you want me to go around she responded to me why ask Rolled her eyes and walk away. So damn rude. So I then I pump my gas and went back in for a bottle of water that I forgot to purchase and she just looked at me and like just kind of rolled her eyes again . Again no customer service and the way she look look very miserable working there like her sneakers were dirty her shirt was wrinkled . Who let employees work for places like that.

Every pump was set to pay inside, and a handwritten sign said temporarily closed on the door. inconvenient to say the LEAST.

A great stop for gas, and great service from employees~ Selection of convenient products is not much tho

My wife and son stopped in here after her apppintment across the street. My wife is seven months pregnant. She paid for her drinks and snack with a ten dollar bill, the total being 7.35. He gave her back a dollar. Idk if he owns the place or just works there, a short, older balding man, but he (From what she describes) purposely short changed her. Shame on you sir for stealing from a pregnant woman. You are a disgrace. We will avoid this location and tell our family and friends to avoid this location.

Rude employees, waited at counter for 5 minutes while they gossiped and ignored me and other customers. This has happened many times before.

Always issues there with there credit card machines. not working
