Went to store bc I haven’t worn makeup in a long time and had some issues I wanted addressed (I don’t like heavy makeup). The girls there are fabulous and listened to exactly what I wanted and I am a new client. They took really good care of me and showed me how to apply and how to remove. Will see how the products are over time but this store was fantastic. Thank you.

My mom & I were attending a 20’s themed awards gala. We went all out on our costumes & NEEDED our makeup to slay.. So my mom decided to make appointments for us to have our makeup done. Not only have I not worn MAC products but I had never had my makeup professionally done... In fact this was my first time in a MAC store. Truthfully, we had high expectations based of what we’ve heard about this cosmetic line...Not only was the customer service “top notch” our finished product was amazing! The staff is phenomenal & extremely professional!! Sean Patrick (store manager) sets a standard of excellence and clearly knows how to maintain it. I’d recommend this location to any of my friends or family members.

Omg Shawn Patrick was by far the best person everrrrr. He gave me great service and made my face look flawless and picked amazing products for my face all on the first try. He is great at what he does and has a wonderful personality. I will recommend everyone to him and I can see myself going there much more just to do business with him. Love this store! The people knows their product and what fits your skin type. They found the perfect foundation for my skin. It was natural everyday, light - med coverage. They found the blush / contour with a bit of highlight fit for my skin tone as well.

The sales man gave me a sample like they always do, but it was so small by the time I arrived home it dried up and I couldnt even use it. The sample was for the dark circle corrector. Thanks but no thanks? Anyway, I got my long wear liner. yay. --->it smudges .

OMG! I love this makeup. It wears so well and goes on so smooth. They helped me with a little style. They were great.

My husband loves this store. He has been working with Joyce, one of the managers, for a few years and she is always helpful, knowledgeable and fun. This past Saturday she set him up with Fabiana for an airbrush class. Fabiana was an amazing instructor. She was kind and patient and always helpful. She made him feel completely at ease and made he and his model comfortable and relaxed. He learned so much and can not wait to do it again!

The free giveaway today was a disaster. They had people stand in line only to say they only have 119 lipsticks for free. Why pass out numbers all the way up to 200 when you know you had 119. I was late for work standing in that line for a hr then being told they were out. I wont do that again or tell my friends. Do disappointed because Im always in the store.

Walked out of the store. Knew what I wanted to purchase, had it in hand. Too long of a wait at the register. No cashier at the register!

One problem, Very indiffrent employees. MAC is obviously a big name in cosmetics. Quality and name recognition. But many staff members that make up the MAC team in The Millenia Mall are really disgruntled and dont care about the true integrity of the brand. After our purchase in MAC, We went to Sephora. What a difference. At Sephora they were all nice, courteous, positive and professional. MAC employees even a The Florida Mall are average at best. Hope things improve.

When going for an appointment double check. I made an appointment for me and my sister and they messed up real bad. Thank God that i called first or I️ was going to lose my time.
