I like going there but I was looking for a body wash called thankful, it comes around October and November but they discontinued. I was disappointed.

This store is always very clean and well maintained. Staff is always willing to help.

What a fantastic selection of fragrances, body spray, hand soap, hand sanitizer, body wash, body lotion, candles, home fragrances, car fragrances, etc... The staff are super friendly and eager to help all shoppers. Now that we are in the day and age of Covid, theyve done away with the communal mesh bags for shopping, and replaced them with using the paper bags you would be leaving the store with. For a large purchase, its not ideal, but... I totally get it! Also, this particular location is not inside of an indoor mall, so its very convenient!

They currently have a promotion for today to buy any wallflower plug, get a wallflower fragrance free. After picking out 3 wallflower plugs that we liked, and go to checkout we find that it is not on any wallflower plug. There is only 2 wallflower plugs that are included in the promotion. (Not to mention the 2 are hideous) After bringing it to the managers attention, Catherine, she didn’t care what the sign said. Catherine began to get an attitude when we argued the fact that the sign does not say it’s only select wallflowers or a certain 2. I tried showing her the sign again, and she walked away from us, not caring that the sign is false advertisement and misleading. The customer service of the manager was extremely unprofessional, and aggravating as a consumer.

I was in the area and stopped in to pick up some candles. I am extremely pleased with the customer service here.

I usually go for gifts but got 6 bottles body wash.Supposed to be on sale but I thought $43 was a little too much.Very nice staff and lovely choices.

The staff were super friendly. You sanitized your hands before entry and were given a paper bag..counters were wiped down between each customer checking out..really impressed by level of care for customers.

This place has a lot of great products. We went recently to the semi-annual sale and Iris was super helpful. We had to wait outside in line due to the Coronavirus restrictions but it was totally worth it. The sales were great and the products are even better.

This is the ONLY Bath and Body Works store Ive been to where when you have a coupon but cant find it, they DONT APPLY IT TOWARDS YOUR PURCHASE!. THE ONLY ONE! Very unhappy with this store. The prices have gone up in all the stores...but you send out coupons, and know theyre in circulation...FINALLY. AFTER MONTHS OF NO COUPONS....AND YOU DONT HELP OUT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?! UNACCEPTABLE

Great feiendly service and love the way they keep a sanatizing station as soon as you enter the store.

It gets a little crowded which is to be expected but the staff is very friendly and things are organized well.

One of the assistants told me that online orders can only be returned for a gift card so I took their gift card. Later I found out that I could choose either gift card or cash, thats what online order receipt states. It is frustrating that the stuff mislead customers to sell more stuff.

This, like every Bath and Body Works store Ive ever been in, it was clean, had friendly salespeople, and something for everyone. Today was the annual candle sale, so I got several candles to give as gifts this Christmas, and a few for myself to enjoy throughout the year. I got there at 5 am when they opened and there was a mad rush. I had no idea that there would be that many people will to wake up before dawn, but this is a seriously good candle sale! Got some favorites, and a few I havent seen before. I cant wait to open up and use one of the holiday scented candles.

The place was very clean and orderly. They have a wide variety of fragrance selections and types like candles body washes lotions etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I heard them engaging with several customers throughout the store and two different ones approached and asked if I knew what something was and if I wanted to smell a particular item. They also made sure I found everything I was looking for, it was a great experience.

I love Bath & Body Works, but dont care for the customer service at this location. I wanted to make a purchase on some items, but was told the sale just ended. I was going to pay full price, but decided to wait. Im glad i did because hours later the items went on sale again. Great customer service is to at least not waste the customers time with a purchase that will cause the customer to go back the next day for a refund.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The lines are long which is understandable during the holiday rush. More cashiers would definitely cut down on the wait time.

One of my most favorite places to shop for candles they probably have the best candles for the price. Definitely always wait for the sales to get the three wick candles for 1295 or $10 off your purchase… Their candles are the best their body sprays are pretty darn good too. Love Bath and Bodyworks

Disappointed after 40 minutes in line for the candles on sale, they open the door to tell us the candles on sale are out of stock and have been since 4:30 pm yesterday a sign on the window wouldve been nice! Especially that there out of stock online also 😒

Really thankful the amazing customer service from Emma and Fabiola! They really made sure we were taken care of and Fabiola went above and beyond to help us find the specific scents we needed. We know it was busy because of the season’s sale but we still felt assisted.

Love going into this place, this is where I can accumulate all my brownie points with the wife. Definitely recommend. Such a friendly and knowledgeable staff oh, so very helpful.

The sales lady at first followed us around as if she werent obvious. I picked up a fragrance and after awhile she showed me a half priced gift set. My sister and niece informed me she had followed them as well two days before.

The manager Kristen was super knowledgable and very polite she helped me pick the perfect gifts for mothers day. The other sales staff were very nice and greeted me. Was such a great time. Thank you all for the great shopping experience.

Love bath and body works but hate being followed and over watched like girls I know Im a young Spanish woman but trust me, I got my money to spend. Ive never been in and out so quickly because I felt so uncomfortable with the gossiping employees watching me, felt like I was a teenager all over again. I literally finished my shopping online.

Disappointed with this location today. Out of stock on many scents in the body creams. Also, the store was packed with a very long line, only 1 register open.

A plethora of smells from flowers to foods that will transform your body or your home (and your office) into the other place you wish you were when you play in the real world.!!! and they even have a mens section that carry surprisingly really good shaving and shower products (the Bigelow Premium Shave Cream is the best Ive ever used over any other shave butter) which go on buy 2 get 1-2 free sales several times a year.!!!They even have a huge assortment of scents and clip diffusers/holders for your car to plug-in diffusers/night lights for your home.!!!... be prepared to be overwhelmed as soon as you walk through the door, youll end up staying longer than you thought and buying more than you walked in to get.!!!Sign up for thier emails and circulars too, my wife does and the sales are really worth it on how much you can really save.!!!

Like this store because its a stand alone. However, my sister and I were highly disappointed after leaving, just a few minutes ago. We walked in, and were not greeted at all. The associate greeted another customer when she walked in, very nicely. Another set of customers walk in and, again, no greeting them either. No matter what the color of your skin, you should still be able get treated the same as others with different skin colors. This incident discouraged both my sister and I from purchasing anything from this location.

Ive been going to this store for the past 2 years now, theres a lot of things I like about this store and some things I think they could improve on.This store always has a sale going on. Which is good! Ive seen sales on candles, body care, and hand soap. Another plus is if you sign up with your email, you can get coupons and recent sale updates sent to your email.Customer service is good. Everytime Im walking around looking for something, one of the sales ladys will always attend to me and my needs. Which is a plus!The store is very well organized and spacious. This store always seems to remain clean as well.I personally think they could improve on promoting their sales more. For example, when you checkout they give you a coupon for your next visit. I believe they should hand them out around the store before checkout. This will encourage customers to spend more and also save money.Overall, I think this store is amazing. They have good sales, good deals and very good quality stuff. I would recommend, before heading out to this store to check their website for any coupons or current promotions they have going on. So your ready to spend and save money as well.
