DO NOT GOT TO THIS STORE AND SOEND YOUR MONEY IF YOU’RE BLACK!!!!!!! the minute I walked in the door I felt unwanted and watched. This store is not black owned and has no idea how to properly treat its customers. How can a store whose very existence is to care to the beauty trends and hair care for black people be so uninviting.

Great prices and even better staff. Not sure of the womans name who helped but she was a absolute delight to deal with. I even got everything I needed while I was there and picked up some things I could use for my daughters waist length hair. I will definitely revisit this store again.

This place is totally cool. The staff is sociable. Prices for products are reasonable. Kathy has worked 💪there for over 8+ years,, and knows Everything about hair, makeup 💄, and beauty. Without her, this would not be possible.Must go 🚶and see. A+

The location of this beauty supply is extremely convenient, the price total builds up quickly though. You can easily spend $60 on just 4-5 products alone here. I always get surprised because the products I pick up are not an impressive size, whether its for hair or skin. Certain oils are pricey though brands claim them to be pure though theyre mixed with other ingredients and diluted. Going back to a positive aspect is that the workers here are very helpful, along with having respect. Good people, and good work ethic amongst themselves.

Big selection a little pricey but the lady that assists with the wigs and hair products is great.She goes above and beyond to help you.The others need to engage more with costumers

We go here all the time for out hair needs. Shampoo, gel, edge control, etc. Closed completely on Sundays though.

Not only did my husband have to drive over 30 minutes to get to this location to purchase and item for me that I’ve previously confirmed was in stock but this unprofessional hair store closed 5 minutes before closing time! My husband opened the door and an alarm was going off because they closed the inside door and refused to let him in to get the one item I called in for. I’m extremely upset and they’re pretty much rejecting customers and letting the owner lose money because they want to lock up 5 minutes early. Unbelievable . I will never shop here again

I love this hair store! I used to live nearby, but Ive recently moved to St. Cloud. When I say that theres NO hair store there, I mean that theres literally NO hair store in that area.I had to drive to Kissimmee to find a decent hair store. It was good, but not what Im used to.

Stop spending your hard earned money with people that dont respect you because of the color of your skin. You cant change that. They can change their ignorance. Today I watched a lady ask if she could use the restroom with her infant daughter who was beginning to pee. She had her hands full of items and put them to the side while she was trying to have her baby use the restroom. Asian guy pretended not to hear her the 3 times she asked before she tapped him on the shoulder and asked again. He LIED and said they dont have a restroom. They do, they just dont allow customers to utilize that part of their business. Had their been a sign on the door that said no restroom or we do not allow the use of restrooms I could understand. That little girl used the potty all over herself because of their BS. I will NEVER shop with them again. To that mom, Im so sorry you had to endure that type of treatment.

Every one is super nice unlike other stores where the management think all the people of color are stealing... From the time you step in the door you are greeted and if someone was engaged in convo they appologize afterwards and assist if needed... I will always come here due to this great service 💓💓💓

Terrible service! Bought a ponytail, when i open the package it comes with, the hair keeps shedding! Like if it’s new the hair shouldn’t be shedding like that. Then I came to talk to the owner, lady goes and say oh the owner is the here and they can’t even exchange or gave me credit. I am what ?! She goes oh all ponytail is final sale. No one told me that. And top of that you can’t even open it to see how it is...if it’s final sale, they should at least let you open. I ask to call the owner, let him know about the situation, she goes oh he in an appointment, really? It was like she didn’t even care! I told her open it and all and she goes ohh it’s not shedding. When hair is coming out in her hand SMH. She could of least let me get Credit. Is cause they know their selling hair that is CHEAP! I don’t recommend this store!! Stay far!
