Everyone at this location is more than accommodating. Their customer service is 10 stars π! They are quick at pulling my items and never make me feel like Im a bother which is important when I am making big transaction. I like to feel welcome when I am spending a large amount. Each time I come in they greet me upon arrival. They remember my name which I believe is so personal. I do a couple send sales from time to time and they make time for me and even help me with product variety. Not all stores do this. This is helpful since there is no way to shop online. I recommend having stores show photos on Instagram so we can see availability every so often so we know what they have. I would love to see what other locations have. Orlando international keeps their store clean and you can tell they take pride in their store. Their lipsticks are clean each time I come in and their testers are out front of every product. They are so presentable. Always priced as well. They work together very well and make an exceptional team. They are one of my favorite CCS stores. Thank you for always offering me the best service. It never goes unnoticed.

I have had some products from this store sent to me a few times. I have been assisted by Genesis and she is an excellent sales person! She even personalized the outside of the box with positive messages! What a wonderful personal touch. I love that I can find my favorite beauty items here at a discounted price, priced way less than my local retail store! The costumer service is horrible, they double charged me instead of paying $40 they made me pay $80. I had spend 1 hour and 30 minutes in the store on the phone with my bank and their manager trying to get my money back. After 1 WEEK I got my $40 back. The employees follow you around every where you go in the store like you are some kind of criminal. Funny because they took money from me and took 1 week to give it back, whos really the thief?. They need to change things around and train better their employees.
Iβve called many Cosmetic Company stores before, but this one is by far the best; the phone was picked up almost immediately and the customer service was AMAZING. All the other people of the other stores Iβve called before had a blatant irateness or rudeness in their voice when they talked. I felt disrespected in those cases. But the girl who worked thereβher nameβs Genesisβdid a fantastic job, so she deserves a shoutout! She is the example of what great customer service really is.

Today (data: 12/10/19 6:00pm), I bought 2 MAC sticks in The Cosmetics Company Store store, located in Prime Outlets of Orlando - Florida. One of the products came only in an empty package without the lipstick. Then, note to open a purchase upon arrival at the hotel. The price is very good. Customer service is not. Guess they donβt really care that much when you go for cheaper products.They donβt know too much about their products either. So do your research by yourself. You might have a good shopping experience. Lol now I go in, shop by myself, ask no one and finish shopping.
Absolutely LOVE this place! the selection is abundance. Genesis was the most helpful down to earth person she knew every product she helped me find me perfect shade that i stlll get compliments on till this day and they always have great still good clearance products that i racked up on. She took the time to help me choice items that not only my family would love but bring them joy! I travel a lot For work and go to multiple cosmetic company stores across multiple states BUT never experienced customer Service to this level.
Lots of lovely things.....would spend a long time looking and buying....however, no chairs for customers I am disabled and cannot stand too long. Thats why online shopping is so popular.All shops need a seating/rest area ...look after your customers....make them feel special...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The prices are good, but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH IT SO I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE.The workers there are not only rude and disrespectful but they are also inattentive AND LAZY. I tried purchasing multiple products and they told me I could ONLY BUY 3 PRODUCTS. What store only allows a customer to buy 3 products?Yaniris and some blonde girl gave us attitude and when we told her that we did not appreciate the way she was speaking to us she smiled and spoke to us sarcastically. We were surprised to even get their attention because getting to the store we tried asking for help and asking questions and they just ignored us and kept talking to themselves. They did not even acknowledge that we were there.I can honestly say it was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.If you dont want to work there or are unhappy providing service to customer in a customer-service job - you should look for another job or get fired.
HORRIBLE Customer service is an understatement. Not only are you not acknowledged as a customer when you walk in but you are excessively followed around the store as if you are shoplifting. One worker Jazzy was exceptionally rude and and nasty not only did she try to over charge me for a product she got down right viscous with me. I told her to cancel my purchase and give me the corporate compliance number. Needless to say they have to rare finds at bargain prices but its not worth the terrible customer service experience
I went in there tonight. Stood around waiting for someone to help me, while the young ladies (I use that term loosely) giggled amongst themselves, finally after about 10 minutes I asked if I could get some help to which they responded that they would get to me in a few minutes that they were very busy. Busy meaning they were smelling each others powder packs. After 15 minutes of waiting I walked over to the one young woman and told her I was leaving as I had already waited 25 minutes and she apologized and said that she had been very busy and that she was just getting to me. I told her that that was not the truth that I had stood there all this time watching them giggle back-and-forth. I let them know that I would take my money else where. They are very rude inconsiderate terrible customer service I will never go there again

This morning I came in and had a blast .....This late afternoon I had an horrible experience.Why ? What changed?The team, new shift new vibes....I spent $ 264 and decided to leave behind a part of my basket.Morning and afternoon same flow or amount of customers. Afternoon was one staff extra.... it should have been better.Morning:I met a young sophisticated woman and her supervisor. Everything was elegant and harmonious. I Got all my fantastic advices from Myriam. Cute story she told me that she was not liscended as a professional make up artist. I have tonight the foundation, anti cernes, powder, contour and pre whatever it is ... mascara etc... she made me buy $264 ..and on top of it gave me better clue than the licensed one....I guess when you like what you sale ...it helps bravo !Afternoon: Myriam was clocked out and at the door.Do you know what she offered me ? To come back and help me getting my things ready!So much that I Thought she was on commission...and rassured her to give her name ( that is how I got her name by the way). she said : oh no we are all together for that...but said that she remembered all we saw and will retrieve them for me .Myriam will always be successful in sale and customer services or I know nothing! :) :)Second experience: the team speak Spanish ( English is only my third language so there is no point to think I am a racist....I understand that they find the store terrible, a mess, how a lot of things are missing.A few seconds later a young woman ask them politely : do you speak Spanish?And the curly woman says just a little....she had the nerves !Then I have a tester in the hand, she blows so much air of annoyance that I put it back and decide to check out.I guess She decided to straighten up when it is busy... and will help clients when the store will be empty...The young cashier seemdd to be adapting her attitudes to her colleague or boss.She acknowledges my presence at the cashier in a language I do not speak frequently or fluently..... rudness: this is what you have got?To what I reply how do you do, good evening, what a beautiful smile you have ( she was not smiling at all).Then I ask the young lady if they had found glasses I would have left in the morning.... she replies no.... she reads my mind about today tell her she did not checked ....and she screams to the back women did we find sm Glasses .... of course curly hair answers .... no sunglasses found....This is when I lost it .....telling them they were optical glasses and that at least they could fake better their no consideration attitude.My patience has its limits.... both understood.Then starts the dance..... we polish your shoe .....so you leave happy .....which is even worst....Damage was done I paid what was registered and left the rest behind.These 2 women should be ashamed of their performances and overall attitude: speaking in the back of their colleagues about their store maintenance efficiency in front of clients instead of engaging with customers is disrespectful to the company, colleague and customer. I would have accepted their private chat if at least they were welcominghelpful and effective.Myriam has understood so much about the power a sale assistant has: revenue making and customer loyalty.This is the positive image I will keep with the best recommendation of foundation I ever got.Roses never fade cactus always sting.
I went here specifically for Mac products and was pleasantly surprised by the size of selection there was probably 10 choices of each for example 10 blushes to choose from 10 lipsticks to choose from, if you know Mac youll be able to pick out good buys and sought after shades. The skincare they had was the same formulas as current but in the older bottles I.e strobe cream was in a pump bottle. Everything was about $6 cheaper than the regular Mac stores but that can help a lot. The cheapest thing I saw was old holiday gift bags from the Victorian collection for like $22 with a bag, brush, lipstick and liner. The store itself I thought was pretty good, obviously with outlets its going to be hit or miss. HOWEVER, I gave them 3 stars because the workers were awful, they were in the back stock room the first 15 minutes I was in the store chatting in Spanish to each other, there was about 7 people in the store without an employee helping us people could have easily stolen. My mother asked the price of something and the lady acted like she was going to sell the displays so I had to go give her an attitude and tell her she needed to clarify and actually be an employee. They finally came out of the back stockroom when another customer went into the back to yell at them for their poor service. They could have lost a lot of money from people walking out which is unacceptable.
Horrible customer service! Always sour faces and not even acknowledging or even trying to help customers. They should remember that we are the ones that allow them to have a paycheck! Shame on those women who work in the Orlando premium outlet on I-Drive. Learn some customer service skills before applying for a job!
We dont have CCOs in Michigan and I was really excited to visit while in Florida. Its ok, I kind of expected deeper discounts than what they actually had. I still got some great products but didnt save that much.

Agree with comments about horrible customer service. The girls take this job as a joke. Dont expect to help. One of them refused to sell an item to me because I bought one the day before. As if they dont have friends or family and understand the meaning of gift?
