I was in the area, so I stopped by to grab some hair dye products. I didnt have much interaction with the staff, but the ladies within eye sight all smile. My worst encounter was the one individual that I actually had to deal with. Now that I think about it, I should have paid with cash. She look like a criminal they just release to the public. And yes I am referring to the chubby jail bird at the counter. No greeting, no eye contact, and had the nerve to throw my bag on the counter like trash. Again people like that need to be in the stock room or back alley sorting trash not at the forefront of someones business.

This place was great for me to get durags, Sash the employee was very lovely she helped me find the items I needed. I highly recommend to come to the store has a broad range.

I love coming to this store. The staff is very friendly and the staff don’t mind helping you out with finding what you need. Today I needed help with pricing a product and Kay jumped in and helped me out and didn’t mind how long it took. I have visited the other Beauty Exchange stores and this is by far my favorite one. My experience at the store has been great. Costumer service is wonderful and easy to talk to. Kay has been really helpful and is great at what she does.

I would have given them 5 stars because I love this one but management is not too friendly. When you ask them a question they act like they are too busy to assist you. However, their employees are very helpful. Also, they dont seem to care about social distancing as much as they should.

Very unprofessional and will try to steal your money if you are not paying attention. Walk in today June 16th at around 10:30 am. A young guy was at the 1st register by the door and he was talking on the phone and ringing me up at the same time. My total came up to 3.19 and I handed him 20.25, he then attempted to give me 11 dollars, after I corrected him he gave me the rest of my money. What a shame to get over on people during this pandemic. This store is definitely in need of new management or someone who teach their staff not to steal from hard working individuals. I will never return to this store again!

The prices are good and the store is clean. My issue is that if your like me and take forever to decide on what products you want to purchase the boss would send the employees down the aisle to act as if they are looking for something but in reality they are watching you. I understand why they feel they need to do it but i absolutely hate that.

This is my favorite beauty exchange store & the only hair store I shop to get all my beauty supplies at an affordable price. The monthly sales always gets me right every time . I love all the managers there & the male staffs are always so polite! I remember when the store went out of stock on the 1b rio straight hair bundles because of a huge sale & all that was the body wave rio hair. I was disappointed but luckily one of the managers found me around the store & found me 3 bundles of the 1b straight rio hair . I will never forget that. It’s why it’s my favorite hair store! I give it a 1 star because the manager, or whatever his position is, seem to have an issue with me returning a merchandise that I purchased like 10 minutes prior to returning it. The female employee that helped me with this item was very helpful and patient. She looked for whatever I asked for and I was able to find the exact item I wanted. However, there was a mixed up and she gave me the wrong item that we agreed on while cashing out. I live 5 minutes from this store so when I reached home and opened it I realized that it was the wrong one. I jumped right back into my vehicle to return it only to find the store busier than I left it. Even with the crowd, the same female employee found time to grab the right item and give to me. So I went in line to do an exchange. The manager opened a register to help with the line. I explained to him that I got the wrong item and came back for the right one. He frowned as if I was doing something wrong. First of all, it wasnt my fault I received the wrong item. Second of all, the item wasnt worn so what is the issue??? He approached the female employee so she can explain what happened and then walked back to the register to hand me the item without saying a word. I guess he was upset. His face said it all. The item that I originally bought cost a couple dollars more than the one I exchanged for but he decided on his own not to give me the difference back. Yes they both are 50% off but thats not the point. The prices are different. I work for every penny I got. A store credit would of been nice at least. But he didnt say anything. I am a person that hates public scenes plus I was super tired from working all week doing multiple jobs in one day. I saw that the line was long so I just took the item and left. I would not be coming back to this location. If I could rate the female employee I would give her 5 stars for being so kind and helpful.
