The store have good inventory but the personal or employees they need more training about customer services. They have 2 asians ladys try customer rude.

Disrespectful staff, likes to humiliate their customers. Clearly should not be working in customer service. If you don’t like customer service get a different job, it’s that easy.

Clean and well stocked store. Found most items that I was looking for and the store personnel are quite friendly and help customers find items they need. Overall a really good dollar tree store in the heart of the city.

Always find something I like, just dont always like the long lines.Disappointed in not having a large Halloween garden section but its not the employeess fault.

Personally, my favorite local Dollar Tree location because they always have a large variety of craft supplies and holiday decorations.Their staff is also the most polite of any other location with the exception of the small store on Edgewater Drive.There is always plenty of parking and they have recently made some improvements on the landscaping at the front of the store. There used to be a small lane to drive around the entire building but it has since been closed off and I think this is much safer for pedestrians.

The is a young lady that has the friendliest greeting. It is like she is welcoming you to her home. Every person who works with customers can learn from her. A true asset to the human race❤️

There was definitely a lot of options there which was great. The store was very discombobulated and messy. Also, the cops came in because the homeless man laying outside tried to mug someone sooooo go at your own risk. 🤷‍♀️

For the location of this store I have to say I was expecting it to be trash and not stocked with those rude cashiers you dread even checking out with. So kudos to your establishment!! Thanks I was throughly impressed!!

They got a good selection of things that arent available at other dollar trees. Grab a snack, because the lines can get long. Its best to come early or late.

I love going to that Dollar Tree because they have everything in it and its neat and clean and it has stuff that the one near where I live at or up on the highway so dont theres always you never have a long line it has plenty of parking you can get in and get out and I like it I really like that one the best of all the Dollar trees Ive been to

Great dollar tree especially for crafts and cosmetics

I ran in this store around 10am on a Friday, to get some cleaning supplies real quick. While in the store I couldn’t help but to over hear the cashier greeting every single customer that came in. But it wasn’t the usual “hi welcome to dollar tree”. She acknowledged each customer as if she had personally known them for years! In fact when I came in and she greeted me I looked to see if she saw a coworker come in the door as happy as she was I had come in the store haha! She was so friendly and I wish I had asked her name but she was the only cashier working while I was there. She joked with the customers when they were in her line and her demeanor could turn anyone’s day around! I don’t leave reviews often, but I feel like her outgoing presence and friendly disposition deserved to be acknowledged.

Dollar Tree is a great place to shop when you just need extra items....great for gifts, school supplies and, house hold items you cant find nowhere else.....awesome party supplies

But the cashier was a 5 star. Great attitude and personality. Lifts us up. Should get a raise.

Hot!!! This stores air conditioning must be broken. Because it is mighty warm in there! I found myself walking down the aisles (with a mask on which certainly didnt help) fanning myself with my items in my hand. It made for a quicker trip thats for sure! But, its a rather large dollar store with a wide assortment of items and everything is a dollar or less. Cant beat the prices, but please fix the AC!!! 🔥🔥🔥

Good ole Dollar Tree! I popped in just 15 mins before closing because I needed to get two nice bday cards. Took me only a minute or two then I checked out. There are two older white gentleman that work here who are very nice, customer service oriented and have a sweet disposition. I noticed that one guy was informing customers that the store is closing in a few minutes but to shout him out when ready to check out because he’s aware that there was a customer with a very large order that the other guy was cashiering for. In the meantime I see him sweeping up, putting stock away, tidying up the store and getting the other customers rung up, greeted as they cane and left. These men seem to care about their workplace, take responsibility in the quality of the store and give great customer service. I had a pleasant experience tonight in my 6 minute visit.

This store is always stocked with pretty much everything you could possibly need.Very neat and organized too!

Just left here and the associate, Michangela was super friendly, said hi to everyone who walked in the door even if she was far from them when they came in. She was also quick so checking out was fast. So nice to have someone so friendly on your way in and out, thank you!

Im a frequent visitor of Target and I find this place the most suitable for purchasing grocery and other things. I love the way everything is so organized and well maintained. Moreover, the staff is always ready to help you find whatever you want. This probably serves as the top-most reason for me liking this place.

Not good. Really crowded and people were not wearing masks. They never have merchandise that I am looking for and you ask someone that works there and they tell you to order it online - well excuse me I dont need a whole case of stain remover. Or the manager lies to you and tells you they will order it. The store is messy!!!!!!!

I love how close this Dollar Tree is to our apartment. Very convenient, huge selection, friendly staff. It does get unorganized at times, but mainly from too many people running around the store. Overall, sufficient and well stocked!

This location is conveniently located but isnt always stocked. (Its in a plaza with an Amscot, Bravo Supermarket and Pizza Hut, near the intersection of Semoran Blvd and Colonial Drive.)The selection at this location is moderate. Im rating this location 3 stars because the beauty and health supplies are typically out of stock (due to the trade school next door). For instance, when it is lunch or dinner time, its not a good idea to go to this dollar tree. Therefore, when the students are out of class or on break, the parking lot is flooded, and you will be waiting in 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 lines to check out. Otherwise, you can find the basics at this location: hygiene toiletries, kitchen utensils, snacks, freezer section, house and car cleaning supplies, party/gift supplies, greeting cards. Their school and office supplies selections can be a budget saver too.☹The staff isnt very friendly to be honest.

In need of help, merchandise was a mess

06/18/19. I’m a longtime customer til today. Asked two cashiers for the restroom key. They said it’s lost. Politely asked the manager. He says he goes through 75 keys a year because of people like me who don’t return them. No key available. Manager is an angry, rude individual. I feel sorry for those who work under him.

Best selection Ive seen in a while! Friendly staff. Im giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because t was pretty warm inside the store. It was nearly 100 outside, so they need to turn down the thermostat. Overall a successful shopping trip-I left with a cart full for only $25.

It’s honestly hot or miss here. Usually you can find some great items to purchase for cheap, I come here for all my cleaning supplies. The staff here can either be helpful and quick or you could be waiting in a line comparable to one at a theme park.

Dude this place has so much stuff. For real. And they have a nice thing set up where they ask you while youre paying if you want to donate some specially marked items to the homeless. You just say yeah 5 items they grab them out of a bin and you give them 5 bucks. Its no extra time or effort and you can choose how many items.

Love that dollar tree

Very clean and organized. Its one of the biggest dollar tree stores in Orlando. Its in a very busy area and maybe I wouldnt go there at night. But during the day its fine. Thats only my opinion.

This particular Dollar Tree was very well stocked. I found items here I had not seen at other Dollar Trees. It was very clean for its location and customers were well attended . I will be returning to this store.

Whenever I need something small, I can count on Dollar Tree to have it...and for only $1! I got a list of items for Salvation Armys Christmas stockings to fill for kids and for under $20, I have two very full stockings for two children. And I got my Christmas cards, some fresh potholders for my kitchen and a cold bottle of ginger ale! Great place for stocking stuffers!

Such a broad variety and selection to choose from. Very well stocked store. Loads of arts and crafts supplies youd normally pay a whole lot more from. The biggest cleaning selection Ive seen in any dollar store and a great selection of personal care products.

The folks there are always so nice. Patrica helped tonight. I always remember the guy who is studying to be an engineer who always offers great customer service during our late night Dollar Tree runs!

Employee did not show up for work and put stress on the employees. It was visually and verbally noticeable. Nice store nice employees. Had fun sharing and laughing with customers on your 3 foot shoe horn

Cheap store and cheap prices

If this is the location near the Vietnamese area then the manager there sucks. Doug lets employees do his dirty work by him being lazy and pawning it off on others while just delegating tasks and ringing customers at register. The homeless hang out outside the store asking for money even after being told to leave. Parking lot used to have lots of space but not anymore. The bigger location by Semoran & Colonial is better in that its less cluttered, more of a selection, better management, equality in tasks among workers, & lots of parking.

This is one of my favorite locations. They all seem to vary a bit about what they normally stock. This location is convenient. Nice staff.

You guys need to fix the a.c. because that isnt fare to your employee or your customers to have to work in the heat also you guys need to hire more people because the customers where giving that poor guy hell but he was doing the best he could .. I shop at least twice a week at this store I love the store but there are things that could be improved for the employees and the customers..

This is one of there larger stores. It is amazing what you can find there for a dollar. The staff have been nice when I can find them.

Not the most organized store, as it sits on a busy and heavily trafficked road, but offers a huge variety of things, more than the average Dollar Tree, and the staff here are always so friendly.

Best of the discount stores. Everything is actually a dollar ( or less). Watch for weights and sizes, especially name brands, and you could save a lot.

I wish I could give my experience a half a star. The dollar tree on colonial drive was terrible. Rebecca the cashier was so rude to me because the register wouldnt accept my card. Never going back again.

Huge Dollar Store! Everything is $1!! Love it! They have food and actual ceramic dishes and 3-4 isles on the current decoration (Valentines day, St. Patricks day and such). Friendly staff (under-staffed)
