I will NEVER again purchase from Edible Arrangements. I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have bought at least 25 arrangements for friends and family. Back in March, I bought an arrangement for my niece for her birthday. My niece’s parents are both in the military and she stays with a caretaker whom I have never met. I asked my sister if it was ok to send an arrangement to my niece’s caretaker’s house which she agreed. When edible arrangements tried to deliver, they asked the caretaker who is an older woman for my name which she did not know so they told her they wouldn’t be able to deliver it without that information and that they would come back to deliver tomorrow. I got an email saying it was delivered so I called my sister to confirm which she told me what happened and why they were not able to deliver. I call the store and ask them why they sent me an email saying that it was delivered, if they had not delivered it and were set to come back the next day. The store manager rudely told me that they did in fact deliver the product and that she has no idea what I’m talking about. I ask her for proof of delivery and she sends me a picture of the front door. Just the front door, no product and no proof they delivered. I told her that the delivery drivers did in fact go to the house but could not deliver because the caretaker didn’t know my name and that the picture of a door does not prove anything. I’m a supervisor and I would never talk to a customer the way the store manager talked to me. She called me a liar and accused me of trying to get something for free. I called corporate to try and get a resolution because I paid for a product that I never received and the customer service rep literally laughed while I was telling him what was going on. They told me that I needed PROOF that my arrangement was never delivered and that they would not resolve anything until I can prove that I never got the package. How was I supposed to prove that?? I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card who after a 5 month investigation ruled on my favor because of course Edible Arrangements had NO proof that they delivered my arrangement because THEY NEVER DID!! This whole process took months and hours of going back and forth. The only reason I took it this far was because I was not going to let them keep my money for a product I never received. I will never again give them my business!!!!!!!! I have attached the picture that Edible Arrangements wanted to use as “Proof of Delivery”. How is that proof? Where is the product in the picture??!!!!!

Excellent customer service!! They called before they left the item which I didn’t expect. The cookies and chocolate covered strawberries were very good! The whole package was put together with care!!! Thank you!!!

Matt Munroe is PHENOMENAL. I ordered a fruit tray for a friend out of state and Matt made sure it was delivered safetly! He took the extra effort to call me and make me feel comfortable being out of state. This is THE BEST Edible arrangements by far. Thank you so much again for the amazing customer service

Wow, what a fantastic ordering experience I had with Edible Arrangements, Colonial Drive yesterday!Milena, the manager, took my order and patiently worked with me to select the most suitable arrangement as a thank-you for the exceptional service given to my daughter by the UCF Housing Department. Given the current limitations due to COVID, she couldn’t guarantee 100% it would be delivered same-day, but she and her staff would do their best.They delivered - literally and figuratively! Not much later my daughter received thank-you’s from the Housing department staff! How amazing is that?!!!I will definitely use the Colonial Drive Edible Arrangements location again!

Valerie at this Orlando store went above and beyond for me. I am so glad there are people like her that still are around. I ordered an arrangement for my son who turned 21 and was vacationing in FL. I didnt know if was a gated entrance so they could not deliver because no one was there. I literally cried because I tried to do something special and it backfired. I just told them to donate it. The next day Valerie called me and suggested a few options which worked. She didnt have to and she went out of her way. I will be ordering again from Edible Arrangements because of this kind action.

My delivery was unsuccessful at first and they couldn’t contact the recipient, but they did try to give it to them. Lesson: read the delivery policies, as they can’t guarantee delivery times. They re-delivered for me as a courtesy, which I appreciate.

Horrible customer service. I sent a birthday package to my girlfriend. The delivery person arrived and she was not home. She called the number and they said they would try to reach the driver. The driver was visibly at the door on the ring camera while she was on the phone and they told her they couldn’t reach the driver. The only option they left me was to pick it up by 5 and I’m out of state. Minutes later I was able to get family to meet them. I called back and they hung up on me twice. By the time I received a live person they told me it was too late and they couldn’t turn around. I find this to be horrible service, communication and they made no attempt to make it right by driving back a couple miles to leave it as requested. I do not recommend this company and would never use them again.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my love and it included a customized photo message. Milena called to tell me that my photo did not print out correctly. She tried hard to work with me and figure out options by allowing me to email her a pic and going into the system to fix it. After several attempts, it didnt work out, so she offered me another option for a refund, balloon or cookies. I really appreciate her efforts in calling me first of all, but also her time and patience in making sure I was satisfied and also to still make the delivery special for my boo. Being that I live in TX and couldnt do anything else, it all worked out perfectly. I want to say thanks again and I will be a returning customer expecting the same customer service results. I would love to Thank the store on East colonial and Alafaya Tr. Today the team went above and beyond in the effort to deliver my order to the correct address. The 1st delivery was accepted but I had the wrong address. The people that got the delivery “claimed” they didn’t know their own neighbor. But the team made sure the anniversary is celebrated. Disappointed in the customer service provided and would love for the General Managers boss to provide me with a email with a phone number where that person can be reached. The GM is very rude and disrespectful, I definitely won’t be ordering there any more.

Terrible, terrible service. Delivery was unannounced and we were not home at the time. I called but no one answered and no option to leave a message. The next day I texted the delivery person and got a jumbled reply, so I called. Delivery person would not talk with me because he thought his English wasnt good enough. He didnt respond to text messages either. Called the next day and was promised delivery between 11 am - 7 pm. They literally held me hostage for 8 hours, no call, no communication and no delivery. Its now more than a week later when I get a call from them about an order which they had no information about. I was held hostage again on the phone while she checked it out. DO NOT order from this location. At least my sister was able to get her money back. Lesson learned.

Went there after 10am on Saturday to get an arrangement for our anniversary but the door was closed. Their app does not even list this place and the web site will not load. Very, Very disappointed

It was my sisters birthday. When she got the arrangement she couldnt wait to call me to tell me how pleased she was with the flower shaped fruits arranged in a mug that she really liked. She said it was the best birthday present.

I have been using Edible Arrangement for business in Washington DC areas and last Friday was my first time to order a product for my personal reason and have the store deliver it to my family in Orlando. The service (phone conversation and actual arrangement) and the caring follow up blew me away - I highly recommend this location! I also greatly appreciated the effort you guys did for me in delivering.

The bouquets delivered to me are always so beautiful! The melon has not always been ripe, like the one I got a few days ago, but generally speaking it’s a good solid product that’s delivered. It’s a welcome addition to East Orlando and worth a try rather than flowers for a special occasion or just because.

Had an order ready to go online. Called in and they were able to expedite the order for me by getting the item prepared while the order processed so that it could go out with the first driver shipment. Great customer service. And of course, great food

I know its Valentines Day and that is really big busy day. I am just glad that a wife or girlfriend was not waiting on these, there would be hell to pay They arrived after 9:00 PM, I know divorce/ breakups happens over things like this. I ordered in plenty of time, Im just glad my daughter finally received them.

I made an online order and it was delivered in only a few short hours. The fruit was sweet, delicious, and exactly what the website stated it would be. Very happy!!!!

I was having trouble using a coupon code on the website so I called the store. They asked my name and told me to put the order in and they would do the coupon code from their side. They actually got that done for me and saved me some money! I was very happy!!

This place is amazing!! The arrangements they make are fantastic, and everybody I have ordered something for has always been incredibly impressed.

I called the store to get more information before making my purchase as I am not in Orlando and wanted to assure my delivery went smoothly. When I called I was given information that I thought was correct (made the purchase) but turns out it was not. The person ended up having to drive 45 minutes to pick up her own surprise delivery after paying almost $20 for so called delivery. When I called the store (again) the lady was rude and said she would have the manager call me back. When I asked the name of the manager so I could know when they called she stated she could not provide me that information. To this day I am waiting on this manager to give me a call. if I could give this store less than one star I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Another established employing lazy and disrespectful unprofessional people speaking rough English and acting uncivilized. It’s a shame that these people are ruining our country. They have no work ethic, no míralas and respect. Disgusting

The fruit was ripe and tasty The chocolate was delicious While admiring it with a savory thoughts, the entire thing tipped over because the base was not strong enough to support the weight of the fruit. I, ended up taking plastic wrap to keep it together
