First timers and most def not the last time we’ll be here to enjoy their homemade sweet treats. We googled “sweet desserts near us” and this was recommended. When we entered the whole aesthetics was adorable and welcoming but most importantly clean presentation overall. We asked for recommendations and the owner was sincere and offered us multiple options. We ended up with the homemade strawberry Japanese crepe cake and let me tell you i felt 0% guilty eating this. Was literally like a piece of heaven so light and fresh. We were advised he was making a passion fruit crepe cake and well that’s all he had to saw to have me come back. The only downside was that there were no furry friends at the shop today so that’s just another reason to come back ☺️ DEF RECOMMEND!
Yes, dogs are allowed. We were on this side of town for dinner and still had room for dessert, which led us to this great upscale dog friendly bakery.Bubble waffle was the perfect warm temperature and the texture was on point, making it that much chewier. Strawberry crepe cake was just as good, oh so good, as it was not overly sweet. Strawberry has never been my thing but that changed after first bite. Brown sugar boba was okay. Perhaps, will try a different tea next time. There is a fireplace you can turn on to light up your photos. Bakery is clean and pleasant and quite spacious. Owners are friendly and prices are reasonable.
Stopped by the new I drive restaurant for a traditional boba tea.....well decorated establishment currently in soft opening (4 weeks)....many customers hanging out and enjoying their drinks, desserts and free wifi as a welcome break from the surrounding outlets!Staff is nice and welcoming, answering all menu questions effortlessly.Service is not fast, but this is a place to slow down and enjoy, not rush!Different teas brewed fresh daily and worth a try.
I happened upon this place just after it opened and it was delightful. It has cute animal centric decorations with a focus on Shiba Inu dogs but with enough variety to satisfy any animal lover. They have a range of teas and juices with lots of ways to customize them. They also have an ice cream case though I didn’t try on on this occasion. I was able to try a waffle with chocolate and fruit topping and it was really good. I will definitely come back and try some more of the menu.
At the shop at opening time, nothing was ready, waited over an hour to have bubbles ready for bubble tea. It did taste good. Crepe cake took an hour to only have 1 available, taste was good but no enough staff to run the shop. Disappointed 😞.
Amazing place! Delicious coffee snd crepe cakes. Very modern decor, very nice service. All over 5 stars around!Love the concept and the sweatiness of the deserts (not too sweet). My favorite one is Gray Tea Crepe Cake))) so delicious!!Highly recommend!
We went there a couple months ago. Had the mango crepe cake and matcha boba tea. Both were very good. Not too sweet yet flavorful! We were going to visit there today but the site says its temporarily closed and also tried calling but no one answered. I hope they dont completely close!
Love this place! The decor is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. It’s always clean and the staff are always so nice! The food, especially the crepe cakes, is always so well made and delicious. This place is definitely one of my favorite spots!
Loved the coconut mango crepe cake and super fruit bubble tea! And guess what I also won a 6inch heart shaped crepe cake on their fortune card. Love this place and service was great
Went looking for a boba place near me and discovered this charming place! My first time trying a cheese foam boba tea and was not disappointed! We were also given a complimentary dessert for our wait (that wasn’t even much of a wait at all) which was very kind of them :) dog themed is a major plus and vibes are immaculate. Definitely won me over.
I had the peach green tea with cheese top. Very yummy! Will have to come back to try more
Very tasty waffle, crepe cake, and bubble tea!! Super cute shiba in the cafe as well. Can’t wait to return!
First time and last. The customer service was awful. I wish i knew his name took 20 minutes to slice 4 portions of Crepe cake And everytime a new customer came in he will stop doing our order and start theirs. I understand staff is limited due to Covid- 19 but really 20 minutes to just slice 4 portions of cake when it takes 5 to do a shake ?? Its not rocket science. I am giving 2 stars because the dessert are good but not worth the wait. Hopefully when they have full staff this can be fixed. But i will not be returning. Hope you guys have better staff in the future.
The food is absolutely delicious! Very cozy decor, and superior service . Looking forward to going back soon !
I was looking forward to eating the crepe cake it looks delicious but as soon as we walked in there was a little kid not wearing a face mask and walked up to us showing us his iPad and he was touching me and my wife like if he knew us I was a bit concerned about that, the lady working did not even say nothing to the kid nor did she try to stop him while we were looking at the menu another family walked in and was rushed by the same little kid they immediately walked out and my wife told me we should do the same, food looks really good but very poor customer service and they probably should not have their kid in the front he is scaring away customers.
It’s such an amazing cafe, from the great customer service to the amazing food and tea!!Everyone working is so kind and their shiba is so cute
Had a great conversation with the owner. Some of the most uniquely eclectic desserts in the Orlando area. You can tell a lot of love and care go into the desserts that are produced. Definitely get a boba waffle for something hot and sweet or a crepe cake for something out of this world. 👍
Coffee was great and so was the matcha crepe cake. The owner was extremely helpful and very sweet to our little Shiba. Will definitely be back again.
Best cafe I’ve ever been to and I stand by that, my boyfriend and I drive an hour out to get their amazing crepe cakes and boba tea. We’ve been exploring their menu every time we come in and they have ceased to fail us, from boba tea, to bubble waffles, amazing crepe cakes (I recommend the strawberry crepe cake, and my boyfriend loves their Oreo crepe cake) and savory takoyaki. (And that’s all we’ve had so far) the atmosphere is welcoming and sooo cute! If it wasn’t so far I would be here every day
Delicious drinks and desserts! Will definitely be coming back!
Nice man great food will be back the boba and chicken is amazing and the sweets were so good
Super cute cafe. Something thats been missing in our neighborhood.
I work right by this place and when it opened my girlfriend and I instantly fell in love! Such a cute place with awesome drinks and snacks. Please come support this small business it really deserves it and its a very fresh and cute idea. Also the bubble waffles are freaking delicious.
Amazing drinks and a very homely decor. Makes any one feel right at home. Located a little ways away from the busy section of I drive. The owners are very friendly and prices are very reasonable. Will be making regular trips there and you should to!!!! Support the business.
The crepe cakes are light and not over sweet. The tea was yummy as well. Great place for a sweet treat!
One of my new favorite places, great atmosphere, beautiful place with great teas and foods for a good price. The owners also seem very kind and are attentive to their customers. Definitely worth a visit!
I ordered a fruit tea and bubble waffle from here. I’m not going to lie but I was under the impression that the waffles were going to be really sweet like other places. I stood corrected. The bubble waffle was crunchy and had the right amount of sweet and savory within it. They also gave me a macaroon as a free gift with purchase (promotion because they just opened). I have had many macaroons over the years, and let me tell you theirs was one of the BEST macaroon I’ve had.
It’s perfect from the moment you walk in. A cute atmosphere that immediately transports you to a calm place. The food is addictive and refreshing. I NEED to go back so I can try other items on the menu.
Great crepe cakes, and tea. Amazing
The strawberry crepe cake was awesome definitely recommended.
The fresh Mochi is AMAZING. We have a Shiba and brought him in to check the place out and he gives this place 5 stars. Kind people and cute environment.
The owner is so sweet and the food, and drinks are amazing 5/5 would recommend!!!
I came with my boyfriend awhile ago and what a lovely date spot it is! Just the atmosphere and decoration alone is nicer than most coffee or tea shops I’ve been to and the workers are equally as amazing.
I just got a Matcha Bubble Tea but it was lovely :)
Love the art work and the decor! Amazing customer service!! I got the peach tea and it was tasty! Definitely coming back when in town.
Awesome place, friendly staff everything was delicious and most of the things are made to order
Don’t come here if you’re looking for good boba. The boba pearls are small and hard and lack any flavor. Not worth the $5+ they charge. The tea itself isn’t terrible, but whats boba tea without the boba? The mochi is pretty good though.
I absolutely adore this place. The bubble waffles are crunchy and not overly sweet, and there are many options for bubble tea and coffee. Highly reccomend!!
The Boba tea here is delicious and the decorations are cute
Great atmosphere and the owner is very cool. Being that we are Shiba owners, this is automatically a favorite in our hearts.
My friend wanted to try this place since we have heard a lot of good reviews about it. Can’t deny that the sweets on the pictures look so delicious 🤤 So I decided to try from the drink. I ordered a peach green tea with milky foam top. Not sure if the tea sits too long while delivering. I had two sips and could not continue. The drink is not cheap. I’m glad that I ordered it along with other meals with my friends so we could share the cost.First of all, the taste disappointed me. I would not try other things from this place since they couldn’t even make the drink right.Secondly, the delivery service was confusing me. They would “mention” you to pay 20% tips to the driver. Ok no problem. We had an order costs a little bit over 50 bucks, and I added 20% tips. They asked me again about how much tips I’ve paid so they could pay the driver??? I was like why your customer had to do the math for you? No problem. I bared with it. After 30 mins waiting for my food, I got a text saying that they didn’t do the math right, I had to pay $10 more to get my food. I was like???? Ok give me refund please. Then I got a text saying that if I would like to wait until 8pm to see if there’s more people ordering food they could still do it without the extra $10 charging. I was already tired of negotiating, so whatever, as long as I can get my drink tonight. I’ve done enough work for a drink. 😞Overall, bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Nice cozy, atmosphere. Try the takoyaki its delicious. Very friendly staff, great place for desserts, highly recommend :D
The food and drinks are sooooo good!!! You honestly can just blindly pick something off the menu and love it!
Nice little cafe with sweet treats and tea.
Takoyaki was tasty! My tea was a little weird tasting though. Fun atmosphere and friendly people!
When I saw a news article about Sweet Shiba Desserts in March, I wanted to go right away! Unfortunately COVID-19 delayed that; I live in Port Orange, and it suddenly was not the best time to make a trip to Orlando. But I finally had an opportunity to go to Orlando two weekends ago, and stopping by Sweet Shiba, even if it was just to do curbside pickup and eat in my car, was at the top of my list. It was worth the wait! My family and I ordered the Oreo Mochi, Oreo Crepe Cake, Matcha Red Bean Crepe Cake, Mango Banji, Sunset Drink with Mango Popping Boba, and Pineapple Green Tea with Cheese and Mango Popping Boba. The mochi was bigger than we expected and was really good, as were the banji and crepe cakes. And the drinks had a really unique flavor that was so delicious! I can’t wait until I am able to go back and enjoy a meal inside the restaurant, and try everything else on the menu!
Awesome boba tea, the crepe cake was outstanding, we really enjoyed the food and serviceWill go back when ever we are in the area.
The owner’s attitude reminds me of Amy’s bakery company famous from the show called kitchen nightmares. All the bad reviews are from haters.
Wonderful desserts and teas. Also a great place to hang with other Shiba owners!
Checked out Sweet Shiba Desserts after we saw an article talking about this Café. The food was absolutely amazing (Jian Bing was my favorite) and I really loved the aesthetic of the dining area. Lots of cute photos and things to look at. We got take out and it was well worth the drive from Clermont. I had never had cheese top on my bubble tea before but it was a delicious combination of flavors (with pineapple tea for me) that ended up being like a savory-ish yogurt. We will absolutely be back and want to thank the owners for doing such a phenomenal job with this location! Next time we will be purchasing a slice of crepe cake.
Super cute place to bring my puppy. I was super excited when I first saw it on facebook and after going we had the best experience not to mention the great boba and best desserts. Beyond happy that the ambiance, food, and staff was exceptional!!! We will definately be back!!!!
If i could give them 10 stars I would. My new favorite desserts!!!
Loved this place!! Thank you!! :)
Mochi was hard. Tea was warm. Wait was too long. A real shame, because the place is cute and the staff is kind.
Beautiful place to take pictures and good boba tea!
Being a Shiba owner and a huge fan of bubble tea, I was really excited to hear about this shop. I was there last week and unfortunately a lot of products were out of stock including all of their baked goods. It seemed like the crepe cakes were set aside for delivery orders. Despite that, I ended up just getting a milk tea that includes boba. They did not have any boba on hand, so I was a little disappointed to still be charged full price for the drink. The service was also a little slow, but it looked like they were short staffed and training new employees. The hostess said they only opened a couple months ago, so I can definitely understand the owners may be still be working things out with their products and staffing. On the plus side, the shop is nicely decorated and has a good variety of menu items and neat Japanese/Shiba Inu-themed souvenirs for sale. Ill be looking forward to my next visit to hopefully try one of their desserts! Wishing this place all the best!
Amazing. I grew up in the city of ShangHai. The Jian Bing they have is the exact breakfast most people grab every morning before work, school. After living in the states for over 15 years i only get to have it every year or two when i go back to visit family. Now there is Sweet Shiba Deserts, 15 mins away from my house, its very special in my heart, It reminds me of home the place where i was born. I will be visiting very often, and they are dog friendly! Owners are animal lovers so how much more can it get! Next time im visiting with my fur babies!PS: staff is friendly, shop is super cute and modern and clean. Highly recommend!!!
Love this place the staff was so friendly & welcoming we’ll definitely be back!
Just visited and all tasted great. Friendly staff too.
The Boba tea was great and fresh!
So good! Friendly staff and we enjoyed everything we ordered!
Great food!
Such a cute place! Definitely will be back!
I had never had takoyaki before and I think it may have changed my life.
The chicken cutlet was delicious !
Very good matcha
Loved it! Totally going back!
Good desserts and friendly staff
Hated it!!
