This is a clean, organized, well stocked store. This store is bright, airy and a cheerful place to shop. The staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient. Duarte is the best. I hadn’t planned to shop, then I found something that would’ve been cumbersome to carry. He asked me if I’d like a shopping cart, I said yes and he went and got it for me. That’s really exceptional service, its rare but Duarte stepped up and got it done. I really appreciated his initiative. Thank you Duarte.There’s plenty of parking and easy access to the store.

Another chosen one of the scamdemic. I would have always given five ⭐ to big lots. Been a faithful customer for years. They always have something Im looking for at a good price. What other reason? Generally nice employees. Again local business carrying the same goods end up closed and out of business while they seem to have been chosen to be the essential supplier. Bunk!

This big lots is nice, big and clean but we didnt find anything we were looking for in here. Not sure if we missed it all or if they just didnt have a baby /kid section. But the store is very clean

It was ok.. Not much variety to choose from in the home decor area. I guess Im used to another location which was a bit larger and had so many pretty little things.

Have to wait to long for assistance in the furniture dept. No one acknowledge that you are there.

This is the cleanest Big Lots I have ever been into. The team was super friendly and willing to help as I was in a rush.

Store clean and manager understands sale pricing when asked; however be alert that you get your discount... The cashier refused to admit the store had the 20% discount that was posted MULTIPLE times in every single aisle and even after she HERSELF showed us the discount in the flyer, we still had to ask her to call the manager who told her to give us the discount which she begrudgingly did after still saying it didnt apply. Geez! Relax, lady Big Lots wont go out of business by honoring their ad.

I probably would have waited 20 mins patiently to buy my bottled water if the cashier had acknowledged me in any way, shape or form, but she was speaking Spanish with the person in front of me for an extended period of time, and I had already been waiting for a long time, and well my time is worth something so I just left. I was planning to go back after a trip to walgreens to buy pillows and shop maybe a few other things, but I guess they dont need my money there.

Theyve updated this biglots 50x, exaggerating lol but the improvements on each one has only gotten better. They switched the floor plan, the cashiers at the front....I like biglots. I think its a nice place, its clean. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff are really helpful. Ive never returned anything or had any problems. I hope they stay open during this pandemic.

Big Lots is a really cool store. I’m cheap so I’m always looking for who has the best deals on everything. Big Lots almost always has the best prices. They’re like a cleaner Walmart. This location has some pretty good staff and a huge selection on everything.

They have floor displays of furniture, but NOTHING in stock.. 6 to 8 weeks.. maybe for arrival if paid and ordered...

This, my friends, is the fancy Big Lots! I love Big Lots for their good prices and this place definitely delivers. With a little extra pizzazz too!

Furniture was nice, but we waited like 20 minutes for a salesperson who kept adding to the price tag as we went along 😒 Gonna probably go with Overstock or Wayfair for our furniture set.

This is one of the best Big Lots! Great selection, clean bathroom. Very helpful and friendly staff.

They have the furniture for show, but most of it isnt in stock :/ also, the lady at the register was super rude.

Go to place for many items. This is a nicer store. Good location. Well stocked.

I have ways loved big lots but due to Covid they have not been stocking their stores like usual. So my shopping has not been that pleasant but I have been able to find some treasures.

New store layout gives the store a much cleaner more modern look.

Very nice place to shop. They need a few more items to sell instead of the same stuff.

I love big lots because they have cute house decor at such reasonable prices. Also their couches are amazing also. Their couch deals are hard to beat. They always bring out the seasonal decor also which is a plus around this time of year. I will be buying a couch from them this weekend!!

I placed an order online and was guaranteed a same-day delivery between 1 and 3. At around 3:15 pm I called the store to see what happened to my delivery that was promised. Their excuse was that they were too busy and could not process my order. So... were you ever going to contact me about the matter?! If youre too busy, dont accept deliveries for the same day.

Bought so much today (20% off sale)...moisture wickKing King size sheets, party-size bag of M&Ms, bar soap, EVOO, spaghetti sauce, hugs container of nuts, and large bottles of Dawn detergent. And all on sale today. Plenty of parking and plenty of shopping carts. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoy a trip there often.

This is the worst experience that Ive ever had at a Big Lots! The young cashier with the long hair was super rude and the manager was horrible. Avoid this location at all costs!

Store was very clean but they realty need more than one register open when theres a line halfway through the store.

Absolutely beyond livid!!!!!! False instore advertising on refrigerators. That excludes dairy, eggs and milk products. Exclusions didn’t state pork products as an exclusion. Improper products not belonging in refrigerators from another stated fact from another sales person or manager working in the furniture section of the store. Manager then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go get the signage as if I was one of his employees. I’m a customer and not your employee. Got very argumentative with me treated me rudely in front of other cashiers and customers. And continued to treat me rudely. The cashier was very understanding and she was very nice and accommodating compared to the manager. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

This place looks so much nicer than the other locations. It seems that they remodeled and its clean and well organized. I have one right by my apt but I travel the distance for this refreshing experience of a discount store. Love it!!

Bad service. Announce curbside and waited 30 minutes and went inside the store since nobody show up. Inside waited 15 more minutes until someone came and asked me of I needed something. When I finally recieved it was super heavy and no employee can take it to the car. Manager was not a nice person. Not going back.

This Big Lots location is fantastic! I gave up on shopping at any Big Lots store last year as I found so many of them to be dirty, disorganized, and staffed with unfriendly employees. This Colonial Plaza location is very clean and organized with friendly and helpful staff. I hope this is the same at all locations. I look forward to returning to this store and telling others about it.

I always like to look thru the exotic food section. Never know what you will find and electronics items can be a good place to pick up phone accessaries. You can find a number of interesting things in this store.

Friendly staff, great prices, clean store!

I shop here because of the great customer service I have received. However my only concern about this store is there are never any actual prices on most items. I dislike taking items from the shelves, only to find what it cost.

Man, we were in and out in no time with everything we went in to get. What?!?! Friendly cashier. Glad to see they got smart and moved the furniture to the front of the store. Thats how one moves big ticket items; put it right in the face of the customer. Store was very tidy, but did have to listen to stock guy gripe and complain about the evening workers not putting things up correctly. Listen, customers dont want to hear griping. Other than that, shopping was good.

I cant believe there are multiple reviews for other Big Lots and none for this one! Its the best!!! The manager is super nice, the staff are great, and they have a much larger store with bigger selection than most Big Lots that I have been to. Plus, theyre in a shopping center with tons of other great stores!

Went to the one in Orlando at Colonial Plaza what a nightmare the girl had no idea what she was doing when she checked me out. Wanted to know if I had a rewards card I gave her my phone number as she asked she couldnt find it yet when she put my name in it popped up and then it wouldnt let her out it was just a nightmare it took me about 20 minutes to check out for two $8 items. Trust me it wasnt worth it

Great place my son works there friendly Place to go shopping. Helpful staff. Great plans with their furniture. They give you 6 months to pay off management is great you can find almost anything in that store that you need

I loved this place because me and my mom went to 5 different stores and we couldnt find anything to expensive, dirty somehow, out of stock and they had everything thing I needed which was curtains for a cheap price of 5$ 86 inches, recycling bin thats tin, snacks (lol), a cute necklace and earrings, just lots of decor on the body and room also Halloween decorations for outside and inside it was very nice and there is so many options of everything.

They remodel their store a couple of months back and now its bright and open space.

This store has done a remodel and the furniture in the front of the store great decision by corp it makes the store look bigger with the isle changes great job

Oh my loads of items I actually use not stuff I need to figure out how to use. I needed king sized pillow covers, a strech cover for my couch and toothpaste. When I spotted Nina Wafers my day was complete!!!!

Love this Big Lots as it is fairly new and has alot to offer. The only thing missing is automotive items but has plenty of anything else you may need. The staff there has always been friendly and helpful.
