Needed an emergency door service. Guy had us wait 4 hours to come out and charged $700 for 15 minutes of work after the fact. Seemed extremely excessive for the amount of time required.

Dealt with a sales rep to have a fan installed in a warehouse. He assumed we had adequate power on-hand to operate the fan he sold us, later to find out that we would need to spend another several thousand dollars to get the fan in operation. Salesman.....
