Our garage door motor had completely broken and never even had a sensor. We called and had same day service. Within about an hour or two we had a new system with a sensor and reinforced garage door. So happy with the service and definitely recommend!

I used this company last year to change broken garage door spring. I used them because I was rushing to get the repairs done and saw a lot of positive reviews on Google. Service was fine but I had a non-related issue again this year with my garage door and after more diligent research I realized that I paid way too much last year for services wtih United Garage Doors. I paid $1000+ for garage door spring and was convinced by technician to change rollers and cables. In addition, the technician told me that the garage door spring never needs to be oiled. I couldnt take the noise and have started oiling the spring based on research onliine and what other garage door repair companies have told me. I dont know who is writing all these positive reviews but there are definitely better options out there than United Garage Doors.

Had my garage doors worked on a week ago by another company to address weather stripping issue. Bought new garage door openers. That company stated they couldn’t find weather stripping for bottom of doors but had a solution. Their solution didn’t work and was basically told you are on your own to fix problem which is now worse than before they started. Called a couple of other garage door companies but got the same run around. Finally got a hold of Rami Qader at United Garage Doors and he knew exactly the replacement part.
