Flying Locksmith came out to relocate an old intercom unit that was placed in the middle of my wall in my home. My first contact was with Randy (Manager). He was very responsive, professional, and kept me updated on arrival time & date. He treated me with kindness & respect. His team delivered exactly what we discussed. The technician (Lavonn) arrived on time and was very pleasant, professional, and clean. He cleaned up after he was done (which I totally appreciated). He finished the job and I am a very pleased. We choose Flying Locksmith because of the positive reviews. Maybe they are great at changing locks and making keys but our job was a nightmare for beginning to end. They had to install very expensive mechanical keyless locks to our communitys brand new pool gates. The only way to put them in was to weld them into the gates. The first tech they sent out was just horrible - the job looked like a 10 year old did it and then one of the locks fell out. The owner said he would get a master welder on the job and it would be 100% perfect when done. Right away we complained about the look of the welding as being too bumpy. He met us at the pool and said it looked fine to him. We showed him one of the locks had a very ragged edge and was not completely connected. They refused to do anything -said we were being unreasonable. This was within the 30 day warranty period. Less than 30 days later, the welding has come loose and the lock is barely holding on. He says we are out of the warranty period and wont fix unless we pay again. He is also trying to say someone else broke it because they put some screw in - that is not true. You can see from the pictures how bumpy the welding was.

The installation was done on time and without any issues. The installer was very courteous and was able to answer most, if not all, the questions we asked regarding the new system. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Joel and his crew responded promptly and were very professional. Installation of magnetic lock and electric strike locks take precision and skill. The team at The Flying Locksmiths were able to install the tricky applications and hardware for me in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all locksmith needs.

I was on 192 and saw one of their drivers weaving through traffic going 15-20 MPH over the speed limit. Besides cutting people off and tailgating others, the driver blocked the road at intersections while deciding which lane was moving faster.If your employees act reckless and dont care about people, how can anyone expect them to treat their customers with respect either?

They were fast, courteous and clean. They diagnosed our issue, and had the solution in their van. WOW, we were greatly impressed and would highly recommend them, and will certainly use them again should the need ever arise.

Last night I was driving east on interstate four heading towards Daytona. A truck came up on me fast kind of weaving within the lane flashing it’s like an emergency and then started ishifting lanes back-and-forth trying to get ahead. I watch the driver cut many people off and cause the least two cars to have to swerve into the median to avoid getting hit by the truck. When I called the one 800 line to report a dangerous driver the lady that answered the phone said there was nothing she could do and then I need to call back during normal business hours. So I took on the license plate number I am plan on calling on Monday. However when I read the reviews I see that there’s a history of bad drivers Company. I expected the lady to at least reach out to the individual driving the car because of the license plate number and the location I have to talk to them about their power driving. If flying locksmith is interested in the license plate number of the vehicle is Florida plate GVI A30

I was in traffic on the turnpike with this guy yesterday. He was weaving in and out of traffic, pulling over into lanes that were ending just to get one extra car length further ahead and beeping his horn at people that were more than 2 feet behind the people in front of them. It was the most ridiculous thing. I felt like we were in a Nascar race. Im surprised he didnt cause an accident. This guy was such a jerk... And at the very least this was very poor advertising for this company because I would never use them.

They’re very busy. Had to figure out how to fit us in after the Locksmith that had been assigned to us called out. Katie took my call and made sure she called several people until she had confirmation that we would get taken care of. It was nice to see everyone do their best to make sure we got our lock fixed as planned rather than shrug it off and just say “sorry”. Their two techs were so professional and the lead man was very knowledgeable. Would recommend specially for commercial issues.
