Refuse to honor authorization process for payment for customers who aren’t present.

Gexpro is awesome. I had a tough repair to complete due to misinformation wed been receiving from the installing technician. Having to go behind this person to clean up the mess and make good for the client was already challenging enough. Elisa at Gexpro was patient and accommodating as we got our bearings and really figured out what we needed. As it turned out, we still ended up with one incorrect item that had been precut for us. Fortunately, Jean took excellent care of us. He helped us secure the correct products exceptionally quickly, and worked with Elisa and her team to refund us, even though the didnt have to. Knowing that someone has your back has become a rare feeling in contract business these days. Its nice to know that Gexpro, Elisa F., and Jean L. had mine.
