Great place!got help by a guy named Frank, hes my hero of da day,hes an ace

If you are Hispanic, dont stop at this store where they treat Spanish-speaking people like garbage. On my first visit I was accompanied by my husband who does not speak Spanish and an employee of the apartment began to speak disparagingly of my husband thinking that I did not speak English and that I did not understand him, when I told him that I knew what he was speaking He noticed little interest in apologizing and turned his back on us, that time I made a complaint with the supervisor in charge who did not pay me any attention and without any apology said that he would speak with the employee. Today the deal was worse, my husband went to buy some screws that had no price and the employee of the apartment The same one from the previous time did not want to help him find the price and when my husband wanted to pay for the merchandise the employee of the The cash register also did not want to help him with the pretense that if the merchandise is priceless then it cannot be sold. There is no customer service and no employee interest in helping customers!

Always have the stuff the big box stores dont have.

Ericka and John were amazing with helping us get our new car key. They had to program a new key and worked well together the entire time. It took roughly 15-20 minutes for the entire process, and they even called in to the company which provides the program and equipment, just to ensure they did everything right. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car key, programmed or traditional, to come here.

Great store great service. Today however, I went in for one small item, and was met with ridiculous. Told that it is not sold separately and I should proceed to invest in a bigger item. That item is $30 and change, while what Im looking for is $6 and change. Granted its not a $600 tool, but still. For the rep that told me ridiculous Ive attached a picture. I bought it elsewhere.

It was nice. I had a curbside order, and decided to go inside to use the restroom. The restroom was very clean. The young lady at the counter was nice. She had to give me the keys to get in the restroom. All in all a basic fulfilling experience.

Great little hardware store. The service is always tops. If you cannot find anything from Home Depot or Lowe’s, Ace Hardware will always have it. Great experience each time I visit. Plenty parking is available.

I needed help with a plumbing repair job that I was trying to do myself; so I did have to hire a Plumber. Their customer service is excellent, the person helping me spent as much time that was needed to get the fitting that needed for an unique plumbing issue. The prices were very reasonable and you can not get the same one on one customer service from Home Depot or Lowe’s as you do from Ace Hardware.

Most of the time is good, Ive had a couple of employees failing at giving a good service but not always

First time at this hardwares store was not pleasant. I needed to buy a screw that holds the air filter for my car, I do not know the size and Miguel refused to go to my car to check the size. A week ago my brothers came in with a similar issue and they were able to accommodate his request and he was able to buy the missing screw for his car. Discrimination a gains women, you bet. And this supposed to be a friendly store, hardly. Never again.

I work down the road and purchase items here all the time. Prices are reasonable, on par with the big box stores. Much easier to shop here too. Thorough selection of everyday hardware products and tools. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I went into the store looking for a candy thermometer went down the aisle with the thermometers and found everything but a candy thermometer. Went to the counter to ask for assistance...which I had to wait for the guy behind the counter to stop flirting with a girl behind the counter. I was obviously interrupting something and quickly dismissed. I was told no they didnt have a candy thermometer in the store. I followed up with a question on whether another Ace Hardware would have that item and was told that no store would have that item it is an online-only item. As I could tell that the boy was purely dismissive of me so that he could get back to his flirting. I went ahead and called the Curry Ford Ace Hardware and lo and behold they did have a candy thermometer for 3.99. This is not a store I would recommend solely based on my one time experience of very poor customer service. If he did not know the answer he should have either told me he didnt know the answer or helped me to find the answer. That is expected for good customer service.

This is a bigger and better stocked store than most Ace stores which is why I gave two stars. The reason I like to go to Ace is because when I am in a hurry, I can get in and out quickly. Typically an employee greets me at the door asks me what need and show me the wares. Not on this visit. I wandered and wandered around until I found the section, then I had to find the products I was looking for. I saw several employees, but the only thing that was said to me, was Do you have a rewards card? and Do you need a bag? The management needs retraining so they can train the employees. Very disappointed.

The best hardware store in this area. Fast reliable service for the job. I get everything I need and the supplies are top quality.

LiarsI bought well over $200.00 in Valspar paint and the white went on with one coat as promised, however a colored one did not. I talked to Sergio and he said I would get a fee one to finish my wall. Ace on Orange Blossom trail was out of the base color So I was going to go to a different Ace to get what I needed. That’s when Sergio said if I waited till Saturday when the base color came in I would get it free and he said he would be working on Saturday when I picked it up. Liar, he was not working Saturday and when they called him, he denied what he told me. I will not ever shop there again. Integrity is dead.

Usually helpful. Frustrating when theres a sign saying buy 4 and save 10% yet they dont keep 4 of any items in that product line in stock. Cashier Maritzar wouldnt allow me to mix and match. Will take my business to harbor freight next time- they have plenty in stock and cheaper even without discounts.

Why three stars? .. good place to cover many needs of the day to day, but for some reason that I do not understand this chain of stores they created a sales system, that if you do not know of technical requirements or an expert handyman, you lose a lot time, because you have to wait for an associate to have time to help you.

Maybe it does not have a great variety ... but they treat you kindly ... and that is worth a lot more
