Great place! Very helpful staff that arent out to just make a sale. Even though I left the store without making a purchase I will definitely be using them alot more often.

Went in to buy a pair of work boots, which Ive been buying from Grainger for about the last three years. Im treated like a diseased leech, stand behind the chain look from a distance and dont touch. I already knew what I wanted and stock number, and when it came time to pay they could not take my cash. If my cash isnt good enough for you today its definitely not going to be good enough or available for you tomorrow. You guys are not the only Supply Company in town anymore.

These guys could learn somethings from Home Depot. Your counter is 25ft long yet you have people waiting outside and it 101f hear index. Just for the record. 6ft space you can get 4 people inside not one. Common sense. I feel sorry for that old lady.

I understand social distancing but lets be real 1 person in the store at a time. My company spend way to much money to sit and wait 30mins for my stuff. Went to northern tools instead.

I stopped by Grainger this past Tuesday to pick up a new fan motor. Walked in and was greeted right away. I ended up working with Carlos and Bruce, both men were extremely engaging and knowledgeable! Bruce went above and beyond to assist and explain things to me. Definitely thankful for this establishment as they have lots of merchandise to choose from. I was able to do the job myself and saved some serious $$$. Thanks again Mr. Bruce, I seriously appreciated the assist!

Hit or miss service, depending who is working that day. A good supply company with ability to order online and ship to store which is nice. Their prices can be very high. Again, hit or miss. Compare shopping is required.

Great location and the staff is top-notch. If Granger doesnt carry it then you dont need it!

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. Shes patient even when they are busy. She worked the front and dealt with incoming deliveries at the same time. Its not like it used to be before Covid to walk in and shop but she has made the new normal bearable.

My AC went out and my repair guy sent me here. Really amazing business related supply place. Couldnt believe how much stuff they sell.

Make up your mind what your counter hours are, is it 5:00 Like YP says or 4:00 like your online agent in chat says, 5PM like your Facebook says or 3:00 like you are actually closing leaving me outside and f#$ked.

Horrible customer service, experience and “Bruce” he’s one of the staff should probably learn a thing or two about how to deal with customers and not bad mouth them. If I could give zero stars I would just because of my experience with Bruce

If I could give them no stars I would I called and was transferred to somebody who was not at the store who is just not helpful at all terrible customer service

2 hours in prime time traffic because I though they recieved what I ordered. Make sure to tell them to call you. Apparently ordering shipped items at the front desk isnt accurate enough.

Be in different Graingers from coast to coast and this is the worst for customer services
