Everyone is great and very helpful. They greet you and ask if you found everything you need but if did not they will an extra step to help you. All products and items are organized also very clean.

Had to leave the groceries with the cashier after waiting in two separate lines due to uneficient cashiers,2. Management should really pay attention to their employees closer to decide who is better and efficient at any position. Today cashiers and management were not efficient at all.

There meat department leaves a lot to be desired. The last few times Ive been there the meat was tagged w/ quick sale stickers & looked gray & unappealing. My advice for them is dont cut so much meat if it is not selling. Put out fresh meat instead & less quick sale stickers on packages.

It was good, the prices on seafood and meat are great, the meat from what i could see was from Mexico.Here are some snapper i picked up from there.

I went to the bakery to buy a birthday cake for my son who was turning 10. I bought a pre-made cake and I asked the first employee that I saw ( which turned out to be the bakery manager) I asked her if she could write happy birthday (my sons name) she said Im off the clock. I said okay thats fine can someone else assist me back there or at least lead me to someone that can help me. She said none of them knows how to write it on the cake. Im assuming she met no one could write nicely on the cake or something to that extent. I left very upset The cashier tried to help me no one would help her either. I left with the empty cake to sing Happy Birthday to my son because I was in a rush. I dont understand how youre the bakery manager and cant clock yourself in help me and clock yourself back out or at least had someone else assist me. All Im saying is they need better employees and better customer service.

First, easy and a lots of parking. Covid19 friendly. Everybody wear mask and carts are desinfected. Fresh products, clean and always someone around. Great prices if you have the app. Download the app (extremely easy) register and youll safe a ton of money.

This is definitely better than the other Hispanic stores in the area. They have better quality vegetables and there meat market area is neater than other stores. But if you are there to get vegetables be sure to get there early on shipment days. Love shopping for my groceries at Fresco I found lots of variety and lots of Latin products from Puerto Rico and other latin continent. Awesome place to come and shop.

Liked how we all had to wear masks, keep detail separation while shopping. Finally we had to step in clearly marked spots by the registers to keep 6 ft distance before paying. Helpful & friendly personnel. In total a very pleasant shopping experience!ps:We grabbed some food to go 🥪delicious 😋

I enjoyed shopping for my food at this Fresco y Mas store. Being a senior with limited income, I found the Prices were reasonable & affordable.

Poor customer service and no interest on helping you find a product. I always thought as a sales person your main goal is to provide great service so that you can hit target. Employees eating next to you while you shop. Need more improvement on cleanliness during this Pandemic.

Grocery with lots of Hispanic food staples. Very fresh vegetables and fruits. A variety of canned goods cookies crackers and other tasty treats. Fresh meats poultry and pork. Freshly baked bread and pastries. One stop shopping.

Store is nice and clean. Be sure to have the card before shopping...it gives you a discount on just about everything. The card will just be your phone number once you sign up for it.

They do not check their inventory, I when there to buy one particular item and all of them had expired some one year ago and some 2 months ago🤯😵🤬. On goldenrod and curry Ford in Orlando florida.

Its a ways from home, but we did enjoy our visit. The fruit and vegetables were not only beautiful but a wide variety!!! We purchased the dragon fruit. Although its a drive, well be back because of the welcoming staff and clean atmosphere!!!

Always nicely stocked, great prices if you have the rewards card! Employees are friendly, although you have to hunt them down if you have a question on where to find something. Cashiers always make conversation which is nice. My little one LOVES the kids carts!

Would not recommend to shop here during virus. Many customers without masks, doubt cleaning efforts, distancing efforts compromised by customers, sales published on ad unavailable and seems like bait and switch. Not clean like it was when first opened. Poor customer service. Recommend corporate review operational procedures and utilize mystery shopper experience ever so often.

Major makeover from Winn Dixie to Fresco y Mas. Catering primarily to the Latin community with more Spanish speaking sales people and loads of popular latin brands. Not Hispanic? Don’t worry because plenty of choices for you and bi-lingual salespeople to assist you.

I was empress with Fresco Supermarket. I found all the products Im use to buying . All the meats and fruits were very fresh. They even had all the Latin products you are looking for. I was surprised they had Medalla BEER. The prices were great . You become a member and get an extra discount. You cant beat that . They also have a restaurant, you can eat there, or take out.👍

Best part about this place is the little shopping carts for my daughter to use. The food a bit pricey, place is clean. One thing is were go sit down and eat cooked food is NOT SEASONED correctly nor does it have the right flavor save money and dont eat there unless its desserts. 🙅

Store and staff have improved immensely since opening day. Very bright and cheerful store. Well organized and clean. The Meat selections are one of the best in the area. Their Butchers are experienced and I can find great Spanish cuts of meats for Spanish meals . Visit weekly for great specials or just to get fresh meats, vegetables and fruits. Nice employees make it a pleasure to shop.Big change in products and availabilities. Visits on 3/ 2020 thru 6/2030 3 times weekly had to walk out. Veggies were not good at all. Looked like other supermarket throw outs. Meat packages to big or not a good selection. Stopped going, I now just throw their flyers away, wont bother going back to waste my time and gas. Employees still nice and helpful. Winn Dixie is much better.

Been trying to place an order for catering for the past 5 days. Keep getting the run around, getting told to call back. Then I call and get put on hold forever. Seems like no one really wants the business. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. I’ve never been to this grocery store before and definitely don’t plan on ever going after this experience. Thanks for nothing.

Very pleased. I must admit I was very hesitant to see my old faithful Winn Dixie make this change. This place has a better meat selection with better prices. We love the deli and the fresh spanish foods they offer. Not so sad about the change anymore.

I did not see that much of good deals, somethings that were about to expire had great prices on them..The produce did not look so great therefore I did not shop for uncooked meat. The seafood could use an update on products and the crabmeat dip is awful. The bakery products did not seem fresh. I did not see really any employees, the ones that I did see were fast to go the other way which is weird, normally people greet customers. The hot food for lunch/dinner was amazing, I will give them that.

Went this morning to pick up oxtail.. there was literally a puddle of blood on th cutting board with a dirty knife sitting on top. i was disgusted. what do they think happens with a blood in the warm air.. bacteria grows. i tried for 15 mins on hold to reach a manager, who didnt express one concern. will be contacting health dept!

Unless you buy whats on special you pay way too much for everthing else. Not sure sure if they are gong to lsst. I give them less then a year and they will be out of business. I use to like them but theyre pricing is way to expensive compared to other place in the area.

This place is awesome the people are super friendly besides the cashier I had she was so rude I said hello 2xs and she looked at me like I was crazy. The shopping carts for the little ones are amazing my daughter was having a great time. Usually going out shopping with my 2 yr old is not very pleasant as she doesnt like sitting in the shopping cart, but this made shopping a pleasure.

The store close late so is good for late snacks. Love it.
