One of the smaller Publix stores. Was very clean and well-maintained as are most of the public stores. Was in there on a Saturday morning and it was surprisingly uncrowded, but it was still early. Would have gotten five stars if they had a better supply of hand sanitizer, which was the primary item I was looking for.There was plenty of checkout staff and I needed help finding something, they were friendly and helpful.Parking is adequate, though not overly generous. Access off of Colonial Drive is good as there is a light at either end of the most common access points.

Publix is the same in every store. Polite employees in 90% of the store. The Deli and Bakery are ok but less enthusiastic to deal with customers. I guess its more demanding than the other departments. Its like that in all Publix stores. Other than that the stores are clean, well maintained and when I enter with my Service dog, I always have a easy and helpful shopping experience.

Always love Publix for its friendly staff, clean stores, either self checkout or full service, and the BOGOs. Not to leave out the pub subs, either

Deli meats are fresh and tasty. The store is spotless.The bread selection is divine. Publix has the very best lemon meringue pies.It feels great to be greeted in a friendly manner as you enter the premises.Magazine selection is outstanding.

I love this Publix! I came to this location by mistake about 2 years ago and so glad I did! The store is clean, well stocked, the bakery has a lot of options including the monster cheesecake that is available on a case by case and found other goodies that I dont usually see. They added an enpanada section and those are not bad.What I loved the most is that they have their own cafe! It is small and more of a to go concept and they include smoothies! Those are delish and I always get their green smoothie and since I come around during the weekend, they have a special of $2 off any large smoothie or açai bowl! Cant beat that for a fresh smoothie made with real fruit and quality ingredients right from their own produce!A great publix and it is definitely one of my go tos when around the area.

As a Publix customer service employee from another store, I know how we are supposed to treat customers. I’ve been shopping at this store for 3 years since it’s so close to my apartment, and every single time I go I feel like a burden to the people working there. I typically like to go through a lane with a cashier, (because hey, why be my own cashier at self checkout when I’m not on the clock) and I’m ignored by the cashier and bagger, who are usually talking to each other. Trust me, I get it, talking to customers can be exhausting and repetitive, but man at least greet me and ask me how my day is going! Today I went through self checkout because I only had a few items and it would be quicker. My store doesn’t have self checkout and I’m not familiar with using it. I was struggling to use it for a second, and the girl on SCO came over to me and was unbelievably condescending trying to help me. She honestly made me feel so stupid. The store is kept clean, and I’ve had a good experience with the people in grocery, produce, and deli. But man, the customer service staff just isn’t friendly.

I love shopping in Publix, customer service on point store always carry supplies. They load the groceries in the car for me. Always have a smile. Great experience as always!

Went to Publix to get zero non-alcohol beer they had it Ferdinand that was in some odd cents a 12 pack so like 14 dollars went to Walmart one day Walmart seals a six pack of heinekens beer 4 $12 a six pack Walmart price was too high and theyre still too hot I would not buy Heineken from Walmart again I will always go to Publix because I feel like Walmart was cheating Publix is 999 great price.

Fast service.. I dropped by for a bite to eat and I was in and out of the store very quickly. Place was clean and well organized.

We ordered subs from Jacob and he gave us such a great experience! Super friendly and personable, plus he made our subs perfectly. We don’t shop here often but we would come back to order subs from Jacob again 😊

Clean, well stocked, and the always polite and helpful Publix staff. Deli gets busy at lunch so if you want a sub, get there early or order ahead if you are in a hurry.

Prefer to go to this Publix over the one close to my house. As it with all Publixs the prices are high. The customer service at this Publix is not overbearing.

This Publix is one of the many Publix in the area that are amazing. ALWAYs well maintained, clean and stocked. What makes a great experience is the staff members and they did just right. I needed help at the self checkout and they gladly came over and helped me. Extremely friendly and made me laugh. Overall great experience.

Always a good variety os fresh products. This time I order a cake for my son Birthday love it, as I requested and the edible candle was super fun.

Staff especially customer service were always attention to customers need. Need to display a friendly smile on their face, to make customer more welcome to address their needs. I gave a 5 star because I was a former employee and I know the store reputation, customer will always compliment me when I was employed with Publix. Just this experience I recently encountering about job re-employment where I was discourage for a job interview.

I give it 4 stars because it is the most friendliest super market. It is always clean .it gas great Bogos.I hate to say anything bad about such a wonder store,however I must say the deli department this morning was not so staffed. 🙃 I was helped by a young man his tag said he was an assistant deli manager. Super nice young man greeted every single one that came to the line and said he would be with them as soon as he could. I heard him ask 3 times for someone to come help with the hot box too. No one came over.i seen a lady move off the line 😒. I would always choose publix over another supermarket I do know things happen. I just felt bad for the young man.I will add the sandwiches were delicious. Thank you .

The store is fine but watch out for the speed bumps leading to it. They are colored the same as the road and you cant see them at night so they are like land mines that will mess your car up

Shopping today at Publix was a great pleasure there. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Its very clean and the bathrooms are very clean too. Everyone had a great smile 😊. The prices were fair, awesome all the way. Ill shop there anytime. 5 ⭐ star rating experience.

She was working at Publix on her birthday and the Jennifers took time to pick out a cake, have me pay for it, and then presented it to my daughter. Took like 5 minutes to even take my order. Made the order wrong couldnt count change short changed me told me that I got more change than I was supposed to and gave me an attitude about it and the food sucks. Last time I checked $0.18 was not more than $0.31 you should have to know basic math to be a cashier.

Clean, wide variety of products, fruits, delicatesses. This markets also sell liquors (wine, seltzers, beer). good bakery and pastry (delicious chocolate cake)

My experience in public should always have a great one my brother is one of the only people I know to get cash back after purchasing that after purchasing a whole shopping cart full of groceries we also have family members that work there and they love the place to barely decent either you know everything considered now hey its a great place to make a family especially

Newer store, kind of an odd layout to get used to. Staff is really friendly and lots of premade meals. Parking lot is awful ypu have to be very careful driving and walking through it.

This Publix has a full-service espresso bar inside with a varied menu from iced cold-brew coffee to hot Café Cubanos. They also have lattes and regular coffee available. The price is comparable to most drive-thru coffee shops.

We had a great shopping experience here, as usual. Employees are always helpful and friendly.

I got a gift card for $200 from the store and it turned out to be a scam. The Publix just washed the hands saying we cannot help you and are not responsible for the loss.It’s the first time I got a gift card. Beware everyone!After talking to VISA claims I found that the gift card was used in another PUBLIX store.

I got some turkey from the deli, the worker didnt even clean the meat off from the last persons order so there were odd pink bits that I had to pull out.Good thing I dont keep kosher otherwise this would be very concerning

Every time I come to this Publix the Deli Department line is extremely long for the subs. I am looking at two managers talking while the line is long. The Department manager (Cruz) smiling at me as we all wait for the subs talking with the assistant manager (Geyer) . I haven’t been here in a month to come back the wait is still the same. My complaint is the same, why make your customers wait when it’s not necessary? There are only 2 people working the Sub station during lunch time just before workers get off work. It’s sad that the managers doesn’t see the need to assist customer to the full potential. However, Publix subs are good. Management know we will wait. The sad news is I only come once a month before I bought a sub every week. Waiting in line once a month isn’t going to kill me. Can you believe I am writing this complaint while waiting in line. I’m still waiting. SMH the good news is only once a month.

Love this Publix! It’s not my regular, but I still go here a lot and the workers are always so nice! I came a few minutes before closing time and was seriously craving some ice cream, and although I showed up so late, my cashier was so sweet to me and said it was no problem!
