Just bought a new Carry-on trailer here, yesterday. Today, I noticed that ALL of the lugnuts were installed backwards, and one of the wheels was coming loose already. I dont know who installs the wheels specifically, the manufacturer or you guys, but CHECK THEM ALL right now! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Im not worried about my trailer. I can fix that. Overall I am happy with my product and experience. But this is a wider safety issue, and needs to be addressed immediately.

Love this place but was disapointed when i bought a $200.00 rased outdoor garden bed and 2 weeks later this happens

I go to one store and they dont have my side tire, I as him to look online and they find 2 at this store. The store clerk calls the store to make sure they have them.. they say yes, drive 40 minutes, to this store for them to only sell it to someone else.

Beyond excellent service. Had the product delivered for $20. So worth it and delivered within a few hours. Truly excellent communication and service!!! Wish ordering from Walmart and Amazon/whole foods delivery was even half this easy.

I love this store! Cashiers, Kathy and Jade are so friendly & helpful. Bill, Jen, & Michael are nice, knowledgeable, & always willing to help. Chris, the manager, & Josh the asst. manager, are courteous & very professional. The delivery driver, Bill, is fantastic! Hes polite, helpful, thorough, timely, knowledgeable, & goes above & beyond for his customers.

This store is very unsanitary, employees are highly disrespectful to eachother working there,to customers as well-thought-out the store i seen clear evidence of rodent excitement and eaten up products just spilling out everywhere. When myself my wife,children,grandkids visit this store and products we are looking for were not on shelf we all were greeted with unsavory responses, of mumbling,eye rolling from employees and managers there regarding when inventory would be available, how much it costs for online delivery or actual delivery versus buying in store next time whenever they know its available.The bathrooms were disgusting. No soap in any of the soap containers and urine on toilets in both bathrooms,paper towels everywhere. Cashiers were very sarcastic regarding my purchases and my entire family asking them questions at register about rewards,online items.None of the cashiers wore gloves nor did I see any sanitizer on counter tops nor on cashiers. The employees smell like cigarettes, Marijuana and alcohol. Online it says ur cashiers,all employees must use sanitizer, wear gloves and none of my entire family saw any of that at all.When asked cashiers about proper sanitary procedures they greeted my entire family with i dont have to use gloves and we are not required to use sanitizer nor is it any of ur business. When my family asked if ur required temperature checks for employees was strict or random as proclaimed online website again was told its none of any customers business! I spend lots of money here weekly because I have a business, run a farm,have a huge family to support,but at the risk of my life,my familys this store is very unprofessionally run, this store claims to be sanitary and professional but is clearly a lie because they are all very wreckless and seem like others safety,health, arent valid and greet u everytime with such hostility and smug attitudes. They dont even deserve a star to be honest. But Google makes u put one,why I dont understand! The isles are a mess most of them,barely can even fit ur buggy in most of them because they are to narrow,jammed packed with inventory.

Today 6/21/2021 I went with great joy from the town where I live, which is a little far from this store with the expectation of buying some products for my horses. I always read the reviews and I found them very good. So I left early to arrive in an hour where there were not many people because I did not know this store until today that I visited it for the first time. Well, I was very enthusiastic, I arrived and said good morning to 3 employees who were in front of the store, I asked him about what he wanted and where to get it I shared that it was my first time in the store so I went to the area where There are the articles of the horses, I did not see anything and when I saw that I did not pay attention I went to the store and I see that a costumer with a huge and beautiful dog comes in and I look at them at the exit and I told them to all have a good day and no one answered me because their attention was all for the dog. How do you think I felt? No one help me, no one pay attention to me!! Horrible. Call my husband immediately as I felt very sad by the humiliating and unprofessional treatment of these young people. My husband suggested that to call the manager so I call the manager and he apologized and asked me if I spoke Spanish and it made me more sad because even though I speak Spanish I am not Hispanic, I am Jewish and I am married to a Puerto Rican guy who was born in USA bilingual, and he is a great human being. What is happening with this generation and with the people? It is that they do not understand that we are all children of the same God and we all deserve respect no matter where we come from. Apart from all my life I have worked in costumer service and I treat others as I want to be treated. I gave it a star because it is a requirement in google but I would not give it any. The manager tried to fix it and he understood my point but I think that his comment about whether he spoke Spanish was not appropriate. No matter what language we speak, the treatment must be the same for everyone. I hope the manager that I thought I was trying to fix has done something about it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I was able to vaguely describe what I was looking for and they found it with ease. They have a great selection, no matter what animal and this is a one stop shop. The store was very clean and organized, prices are very affordable. I drive 30 minutes to come here each time because there is no other store that compares!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Friendly and helpful staff. Especially Michael Anderson - He was extremely helpful! He demonstrated patience and tenacity to confirm the part number for the lawn mower blades I needed. Had he not helped me, I would have bought the wrong set of Cub Cadet blades. I am so very grateful!! He found the store that had them in stock and even called them to confirm they had it ‘on hand’. THANK YOU MICHAEL!

One of my favorite stores. I have a JD. Found a few things less expensive then online. But you should try everything attachments. Com to compare price. Everything attachments has everything you could want or need at great prices and a great warranty replacement policy. So need it now, tractor supply and harbor freight are the place. If not everything attachments is the place.

Found what I needed. The staff didnt ask me any question. No greeting. Line to the back of the store when I walked in. They opened a second register before I got in line so, I was happily second. The cashier did not ask me if I was a member, for the points. When I alerted him he finished the sale and told me I had to call a number. My reply was I need to speak to a manager. He fixed it instead.

Before I walked in, I noticed a “no mask no entry” sign. I thought that was good! They’re being safe–as we all should be. Inside the store were signs reading “6 ft apart” or “two shopping carts apart” yet this wasn’t the case at all. It’s like stores are simply implying safe practices for appearance purposes but not actually reinforcing it.There were these two guys without masks on walking around me and uncomfortably close in the checkout line; as someone who still has some will to live I was inwardly throwing hands. Like sure, let’s just put these signs up–that mean absolutely jack–and hope for the best.It’s just really ignorant knowing that I couldn’t go to a friend’s funeral because of this virus, so my experience at this store was the last straw.

I get friendly and fast service from people here. Not to mention its a nice store with a good selection. I give them a thumbs up! My only critique: Water your plants. Plants like water.

Gloves, yes. Some work boots, but not many. Lots of animal food. Some hardware. I guess Im just used to the bigger TSC stores in the heartland.

Always an adventure to just walk through Tractor Supply. Its the closest place that carries Mazuri mini pig food, so we come out about once a month. They always have interesting things on the priced as marked shelf, and it is fun to visit the chicks. So cute!

Picked up information on chickens, coops,care. Great supplies. Friendly people, great service. In door and outsideShopping supplies. We go a couple times a month.😉

Always has great customer service here, always a very clean store, the personnel and the cashier are always friendly, makes you want to come back and be a regular customer.

Good place to grab any outdoor supplies you may need. ..And even a few extras! Employees are always super friendly and helpful as well! There isnt a home Depot super close so this is definitely the next best thing.

Its a nice store, employees are very courteous and helpful. My only issue is that Ive been to several TSC and the stores have more AG things. I suppose it could be due to demand but the fencing was very limited, theres no hay bales (I would expect to see that in this area.) Obviously, other people must call because I saw a note that said we have no hay.But do no other be deterred into coming for tons of other items, they have aplenty!

My dogs love their basted bone treats. Only place I know to get them. I love the convenience of being able to get in and get what I want and get out. Service is always great too.

Couldnt find anyone to help me look for something even though the store wasnt busy. A line was forming at the register behind a woman that needed assistance and they took a very long time to call someone to come help. Had what I needed though after I finally found it which was nice

Like that its close and I can get cat, bird and squirrel supplies. I have outside feeders for the birds (cardinals, doves, crows, etc) and squirrels love the food. It is reasonably priced Other customers in the store are usually kind and friendly. The male customer service staff is usually great and knowledgeable once you get their attention. The young cashiers are usually pretty nice. The older ones run hot and cold and they seem to hate to do price checks. Join their rewards program for additional savings. They even send coupons in the mail!This location also has mobile vet events on some weekends. They dont answer a lot of questions. I guess I had too many as a new cat guardian.They seem to just do common vaccines for dewormer and a shot for tapeworm and then sell you a six/twelve month flea treatment that will set you back $100-$200. I forget how much the vaccines were... maybe around $20 or so. It was not a cheap experience after buying the flea treatment. Its supposed to be better than the commercial treatments. I guess guess we will see.

Its a feed store. Target customer are those who are self sufficient, need field fence, animal feed, animal care. I go there for great price on pet food and litter.

Came here to buy some tools but realised that the item was only sold online and needed to be shipped to store. Giving it 4 stars because it wasnt made clear online that it was only an online item. The staff there was really helpful in trying to help me find the part though.

A decent amount of supplies for your farm/garden. I came here for the variety in pest management.Its too bad this is the only local store in the Orlando area. Customer service is a bit lacking and they seem to be short handed during the busiest times.It could also be better lit as some aisles are pretty dark.

Great source for large metric hardware. We get poultry feed and supplies here too. Kathy is always helpful. She knows horses very well.

This is always an interesting store to go to. In the past I purchased a pressure washer from the facility which is still running great.

Theyre good to go to if you need food for your animals. I find most of their stuff expensive, especially the clothing. Maybe if they have a good sale, the prices might be more reasonable.

This is a good store for the local rural residents to get their farm needs and families nearby to get hobby farm and a wide range of pet supplies. Knowledgeable, helpful staff.

Seriously disappointing.!!!I came in looking for an item on thier website, drove 20+ miles to get there to find out that it is only sold online (double checked the website, and no where on the page did it state that, even though the employee stated that it does and told me maybe I needed my eyes checked within his snicker).!!! So customer service went downhill from there...Its primarily a combination of HIGH Priced variations of Harbour Freight (less expensive), Northern Tool (less expensive) and Any Feed Store (less expensive).!!!but they do sell live baby chicks (🐤) and have a way too serious and highly opinionated cashier who smells like cigarettes and like he hasnt showered in a week after running around in the woods in 97° weather and still wearing the same clothes.!!! 😐So yeah... Unless you want the above experience, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other stores Ive mentioned and save your money.!!!

Came here for the first time, didnt know how many things you carry. For those wondering like me if all they sell is tractor stuff, it doesnt. Its more like a really big Ace Hardware but with cooler stuff you didnt think you needed. (I almost bought that huge rooster but my BF said I didnt need it.) I ended buying a paint stripper I couldnt find anywhere else including home depot and lowes.

I love this place but the prices are over the top really. And in store selection esp on clothes so limited. Disappointment. And I hate to say last couple visits the stuff I needed from them and you can only get there were not stocked or in store. Tighten up on the inventory check guys. And get more clothes in store because online is difficult to navigate the site and kicks u off alot and prices youd think would be cheaper but there not and you cant get the stuff in the store they barely have a section even for clothes. Your stuffs nice but not that nice. Geez come down to the working class prices and make more available and fix your site and really lower prices there and over free shipping over 50 bucks.

Long time shopper but when you bring a battery back for a core charge and the cashier has no clue how to do it and then proceeds to explain how they dont take the old battery the whole point of a core charge. I got so aggravated I told her just keep the $10.00 as the manager was walking up and overheard but still nothing done !!
