Came here today because I needed a hose replacement. Barry was nice enough to help and teach me how to replace the hose and I greatly appreciate it. What a kind man🙏🏼

Great service. Havent had to use them in along time. But they did a great job. Friendly and fast. Cheaper then alot other places. Will go across town to use them again.

A five minute cramping 4 foot hose 3000 psi for $120 hose is not worth it when all competitors sell the same hose at a higher psi I $30 you guys need to reevaluate your price gouge

Dropped off a hose to be fixed for my husband and when I picked it up my husband told the guy he overcharged me. One of the supervisors, even after dealing with my cranky husband, really helped me out and looked out for me and was extremely nice. I must say great customer service. I wish I had caught his name!

Was able to replace a broken piece from a new brake line install. Martin helped me out on the phone I sent him a picture and he was able to tell me right away they had it in stock. Arrived quick customer service with a huge warehouse of stuff if need any hoses I would recommend them as they can get exactly what you want

Absolutely avoid buying or getting any repairs done here. I have tried multiple times purchasing from here to see if i had just one bad experience but there is always some sort of problem each time. The most recent time i had a hose repaired and what should have been a one day turn around turned into over a week with no contact. On top of that they charge me more for the repair and did nothing to compensate me for wasting my time . Avoid Amazon Hose at all cost !!!!!!

Wont trust these guys with anything custom again. Asked to make brake lines for car. Made short the first time and wrong fittings. Noe over a month later of them fixing the issue im still waiting. No discount, no refund, nothing. 2 months for some brake lines almost in total...

My 17 year old craftsman garden hose had the nut come off of it and instead of going to home depot and getting a cheap-looking repair end with a clamp, I stopped in... $14 and 10 minutes later I had my favorite hose with the highest quality connectors.

Horrible experience. Customer absolutely no service in an open air wearhouse in Central Florida in June. Went in to buy four 3/4 ball valves for work to only stand next in line for 20 minute in the heat and humidity of this sauna warehouse. Basically I left with out buying or even being allowed to buy anything. Im sure it would have been cheaer but my time is more valuable. I would have gladly spent one or two more dollars on everything they sell if they would spend the money to close up and AC this hell hole. Customer training would be nice too. Highly recommend avoiding this place for an AC box store to buy parts out of heat and humidity.

Good product, the young guys at the counter are inexperienced, had to get the old guy to straighten it out. Cluster foink at best.

This people did an amazing job for me, i need it an automotive power steering hose for my 240sx, Super Expensive at the dealer, i took the old hose in for measurements, they reused the fittings and replaced it with an reinforced unit for a fraction of what i would have paid @ the dealer, and they did it from one day to the other, pleasant customer service! A+ what else could u ask for!

Then we had a credit on our account and the manager said I don’t think we can give you your money back 😂😂😂 so you can’t refund me my money that you owe me. What a joke
