Love this store, had nothing but great experiences going here. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and outgoing/positive, the prices are fair, the location is accessible and down-key incognito. Very good prices on most things. They apparently have more at their other store and can have these things for you next day. Lost a star for this. Bought 4 cu ft of perlite for cost of 4 quarts on amazon. Specialty potting soils half the cost of amazon. Worth the trip.

I have to say this is the best and most informative gardening store I have been to in over 20 years and I can tell you in that time I have been to just about all of them in the greater Orlando and surrounding area. The selection is great as well as the pricing and there really isnt much of a need for the price match guarantee they offer because most of the pricing is already lower than competitors! The staff here arent just kind and knowledgeable, they are also honest and patient! I shop at the Orlando store and Rich who works there has always been a pleasure to speak with and is really good at helping you to understand what items would work best for your needs. I went in today to get a few items and was surprised when Rich informed me that they were going to give me money back from my previous purchase because I was supposed to get a discount last time. Seriously people, how many privately owned companies overcharge people these days and are honest enough to return the difference? None as far as I am concerned because I know this has happened to me in years prior with other stores and I never saw a penny! All in all, if you are looking for a place to get the best value, knowledge and overall pleasant place to do business with look no further, Grow Giant is the place!!! The gentleman working was very knowledgeable, during my first visit he actually schooled me on everything from seed germination, grow medium, soil, soilless and hydroponics as well as nutrients and lighting. I left there with a comfortable basic knowledge of indoor plant cultivation. Very friendly and great prices.

If youre looking for great price and amazing service, look no place else. These guys have all the best brands and loyal brands to the industry. Vast knowledge on all growing mediums and all vegetables and flowers. Theres no place else in Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Great employee and owner who usually run the place, always has great inventory to choose from and has even ordered a random few things for me that I needed. They always have better prices than local hydro stores and usually match up equally with Home Depot or cheaper. One stop shop. No reason to go anywhere else in Orlando.

I didnt even know this store was there. I teach at Valencias east campus (about 2 miles away) and dropped in for a visit one day after work. I was looking for a fun summer project to try out with my kids. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and talked me through the process, I went home and pitched the idea to the kids, and a week later I went back to get some supplies (Different staff member this time, but, again, super friendly and helpful). So, I bought the supplies and a week later our seeds have sprouted in our hydroponic cloner. We are still newbs at this, so I still have lots of questions, but now I know where to go to get them answered.

Small store with good and expansive selection. But more importantly super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t know how much I didn’t know until speaking to the worker there that day for a bit.

They recommended I buy the General Hydroponics a and b to replace the towertonic nutrients I was previously using for my tower garden, and Im so glad I made the switch. This round is looking healthier and the savings are substantial considering the mixture calls for half the amount. Thanks guys Ill see you again soon!!!

Mario is absolutely fantastic, went in looking for more information on a hydroponic setup. My plants were starting to have problems in soil, after about a half hour of really good conversation Mario determined that it was probably a ph and over feeding issue. Purchased a ph meter with neutral testing solution and a TDS meter for less than $50, now my plants are back on track and looking good. I will be returning for more conversation/advice and a few nutrients that will really help.
