I ordered a product online and had a small issue after ordering. I contacted customer service and they were able to take care of it right away. I am very pleased with the customer service provided. I will order from them again.

Ordered from here days ago haven’t received tracking or even a confirmation that it has shipped was told item was in stock on phone prior to purchase. No tracking no answer to emails or chats after payment just canceled and refunded waste of my time.

Ordered an inline duct fan originally and the pricing was wrong on their end so I cancelled order due to their mistake. Levi called me and we talked and came up with a resolution. He understood that it was their mistake and wanted to make things right. I appreciated that they went out of their way to contact me to resolve the issue. I have never had a company do that after leaving a review which shows me they are concerned with their business and they want to take care of their customers. I like that in a business because it shows honesty and integrity. I initially left a one star but because they manned up and took care of the issue by personally calling me, I felt it was right to change my review and recommend them as a quality business.

Ordered from here 20 days ago haven’t received tracking or even a confirmation that it has shipped. Ordered multiple things after this and they have all made it. Idk what this company’s deal is.
